The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would just suggest upgrading the breakfast. Fruit, yogurt and muffins are no longer available as last year it was.

It was clean, quiet, great parking, the only thing that was less than great, was the breakfast, but we didn’t book it for that anyway.

As far as price and amenities goes, its hard to beat. Fairly friendly, didn't try the breakfast but the bed was comfortable.

We arrived early and we acknowledged it but since we were traveling with an 84 and 87 year old, we asked if there was an opportunity to check in early even if it was one of the 3 rooms we reserved. the lady at the front desk was very rude about it. Also, after we checked in we noticed a huge sign on the side of the building advertising weekly room rentals for $395 which we’ve never seen before at a Hotels.com partner hotel. The hallways smelled of marijuana and the carpets were dirty. One couple in our party had a toilet that didn’t work properly and we had an air conditioner that didn’t turn on and off properly. Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well either. The breakfast was mediocre, no fruits, mostly bagels and toast, and we noticed some of the cereals had expired already. We would not stay there again.
