The pool is heated and awesome. It is very elegant to take pictures. The check-in was fast and pleasant. The woman who checked us in was very nice and great customer service. The lemon water in the lobby tastes delicious. Thank you for great hospitality!

Everything was perfect. The pool area was amazing with lots of covered seating and tables and lounge chairs. The breakfast was very good. Parking was a breeze as was checking in. The front desk staff workers were eager to help with everything. I will definitely return to this hotel. I highly recommend it.

overall the stay was good - we were in for one night only on way back home to Canada- the bed was actually too firm for our liking and our room was at the front of the building which was ok but the building lights shone right at our window and the curtains were about 4 inches too short to block out the light- i slept on the pull out which was equally not comfortable- the staff were great though as usual!

Front desk receptionist was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. I know the hotel can't control traffic but lots of traffic noise from the highway. Ask for a room in back, not forward facing room.

Check in was fast and the gentleman at the desk was courteous. The king bed was comfortable and the room was big! I wish they had full size pillows on the king bed...but what they was nice and worked just fine. Loved the shower pressure, nothing fancy but it was hot and strong!

Comfort Suites in Marshall was a good stay. Check in was easy, the girl at the desk was very friendly. They had a hot breakfast with a good variety of food. Beds are pretty firm, I prefer a little softer. WiFi password is provided upon check in. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and they provided a complimentary one for her. Overall a great hotel.

I loved the decor. The halls were light and bright and had wainscoting. The modern lights in the lobby were terrific. The landscaping at the front entrance were lush and so appreciated! There were restaurants nearby. Good shower.

It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was the only disappointment. Not worth getting up early for. I've had much better at worse hotel. The refreshing lemon water was a great addition though. We will defiantly stay there again our next trip up that way but will plan on eating breakfast at Golden Corral. Thanks!!!

This is my second day in this hotel since May this year 2025 and I gave it a top rating the last time. The staff were very courteous and hospitable. The only thing I don’t like is that the complimentary breakfast hours on the weekend is from 6 AM to 9 am where the usual hotel breakfast hours are around 6am-10am. It’s weekend and you try to sleep in just a little later I thought that this was customary almost anywhere I have traveled. We were had been to an event and were in from out of town in this case, Dallas, Texas so I feel rushed to get up before I really wanted to for the weekend. Your father feels this way about it. Please let them at the hotel know.
