Doesnt do refunds and dont help within there own business. I made reservation at wrong comfort suites and nevdr made it to the one i accidentally reserved and they wouldnt refund my money and they they wouldnt even take that reservation and use it to book stay at the same hotel, comfort Suites, in the town i meant to reserve room in. And it was cheaper than room i paid for in wrong town!!!

Nice enough room, but had a musty odor. I was given a handicap room but I’m not handicapped! Not sure why that happened, but that may be why the room seemed stuffy and stale smelling.
