Nice place. Clean. Would have been the perfect place, but we were traveling with our granddaughter who was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool. The pool is out of order and looks like it will be for a long time. Playing in the pool was the whole reason for the stay.

I had 2 rooms reserved and they couldn't put us on the same floor. They couldn't put my Bonvoy credit or verify if it was in my reservation becaulse i booked through Expdedia. Elevator was not working either.

Im never going back because it was the worst everything was out of order swimming pool, exercise room, elevator out of order the doors on the side of the hotel side entrance was open not locking safety issues

Could have been cleaner… Both beds tilted and made you feel like you were falling off if you slept on the edge of it. The ice machine was broken. I had to go to a different floor to get ice.

The property does not have a hot tub on the property nor does it have a functioning pool. Both of which were listed as available & reasons I chose this property over others. It took 3 rooms to find one that everything was working in (102 non-working tv, 202 dirty bathroom & 107 was okay). Not too happy that it was not as advertised, needs maintence, and the inconvenience we experienced. Staff was nice and helpful but had limited resources.

Indoor pool closed indefinitely, not mentionelef when booking, bath room and tub filthy. No usb charging in rooms no rv stations available in room had to sign in to amazon to watch tv. Over stay was very poor never staying there again.

It was convenient to location of the activities I was in town for. Some of the towels were spotty with stains and looked dirty. I put on brand new white footies to walk in the first night and when I pulled them off the bottom of them was brown—-so that showed us the carpet was filthy. The hallway and entrance on the first floor looked filthy and worn. If I pay the amount I paid for a hotel I expect it to be worth it and this one definitely wasn’t.

Patch spots on bathroom wall were incomplete. Shower curtain liner was too short and missing a snap attachment. No grab bars inside the shower or outside the shower. Carpet was filthy, needed shampooing. No explanation of how to operate the TV remote. Sconce fixture on the hall wall leading to our room needed a bulb change. A mildewy odor upon entering the hotel. Not impressed at all with my first visit to Fairfield Inn and Suites.

I room had a lot of Asian Lady Beetles. In two clusters above the right side of curtains and one above the desk and it was nasty. We stayed out of the room as much as possible. The times I went to the front desk at night no one was at the desk. They were staying warm as we checked online why they are in clusters. Please contact me ASAP if you would like me to ever stay at one of your hotels. Nasty. And the sheets were too tight for the mattress and would stay on as they seemed too small for the mattress. And the counter space was non existent.

The property was nice. The staff were friendly, and it was easy to check in and out. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room smelled stuffy and moldy. There were water stains on the ceiling. Also the room was handicap accessible and it was at the very end of the hallway not convenient for a disabled individual at all.

Outside of motel & entire parking lot was dirty. It has not been taken care of at all. Room just didn’t feel clean. Bathroom shower curtain was dirty. Hair was in shower. Room across hall looked like it had been broken in to. We didn’t feel very safe.

Very run down hotel and felt unsafe. Inside was dark and old . Door to room rattled and curtains barely closed. I checked in and by an hour passed and just decided to drive the rest of the way home. Worst Fairfield property I have stayed in last 10 years.

The room was outdated. The couch was a pull out couch but it was worn and uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and updated. The bed was fairly comfortable. The hotel overall smelled liked they were trying to cover up an old smell. It was okay, but still needs some updating and refreshing. Now, the breakfast was really good.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. The rooms need to be updated for the price of the room. The bed was kind of hard. Another disappointment was the pool was out of order. For $174 the hotel was definitely not worth the price.

The room was updated and clean but as I sat on the mattress it’s like it was tilted. I had to sleep on the side closest to wall so it didn’t feel like I was going to roll out. Not sure what would cause the tilt. Breakfast was good.

Location was good. Ihop next door was convenient. It appeared our room had not been vacuumed since there was trash on the floor upon arrival. All other was clean and neat. The room was dated with old furnishings, the switch plate covers were yellowed. Upon arrival their system was down, we never had a key to our room so we were afraid to leave once there.

Waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before finally having to call the hotel phone and ask someone to come up. Found a bug in the bed. Pool was closed for some reason. Definitely NOT a $200 a night experience.
