When we checked in after 3pm staff was very helpful and friendly I waited about 15 minutes or more at front desk to check out up leaving Lady that finally came to desk was far from friendly or caring No thank you come back to see us nothing this was around 9am 8/11/2024 Must say very clean hotel good breakfast hours for pool didn't fit into our one night stay but looked nice

It’s dated, nore more dated than I remebered the last time I stayed a few months ago. It’s not as clean as I remember. It’s just the bathroom floor grout that seems like it could stand to get cleaned better. Other than that, the hotel is cool. The grassy areas for the dog is decent. The grass is clean and thick. It’s cut! All good!

We booked it for the pool and hot tub. Neither worked. Areas of carpet are stripped, our bathroom door was scratched, paint was missing, etc. It needs basic maintenance. Grout is missing in many areas. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was actually very good.

Hotel old but maintained decently. Got the room that we asked for which I’m finding to always not be the case, kudos for that. Front desk clerk at check in could have been friendlier but check out clerk made up for it. Noticed back door to hotel was always open therefore no security.

We got here and was told that our was not available with king bed because it smelled mushy, the room had got water damage,so plug in an air freshener. Bathroom had some black mold on the wall . Not up to Hampton best

Staff was great just severely under staffed. All garbage cans were over flowing, only one person running a super small and crowded breakfast. Always out of food and people were mad the had to wait. The one staffer was trying her best to keep up but one waffle maker clogged the room. Got our room wasn’t cleaned, but staffer quickly corrected it. Room thermostat wasn’t connected to AC / heat unit. Carpet was run down . The renovations stood out vs the old dated things. For the price I paid I would expect more for Hilton members and patrons in general. Super disappointed

I needed to stop on a trip driving from New Orleans to Dallas, and this hotel met my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was very clean. Also easy off, easy on the highway.

The young lady working the desk when I checked in and for a few days after was so pleasant and kind. The others that worked the desk were also very pleasant and nice. I don't think I have had that kind of friendliness in a long time. Thank you all for a great stay.

I have always enjoyed stays at a Hampton Inn. This one was a huge disappointment. The staff was not friendly. The cleanliness was not up to par. Overall appearance is shabby. They do allow pets for a $50.00 fee but there is no decent place to walk your dog.
