Quality Inn Perry - National Fairgrounds Area

Had a good time. I was very close to the national fairgrounds and I loved the food and grocery options nearby. The hot tub was a nice bonus!

Room nice and clean. Hot tub feels good but jets don’t work. Pool is ice cold so kids play in hot tub.

We have stayed several times and this time did not disappoint. Though an older motel, well kept and clean. Pool, indoor, always ready and so inviting. Staff very helpful. When our refrigerator did not work, we were promptly moved to a room that had a refrigerator that did work. Bed comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast. We’ll be back when next needing a room in Perry, GA

It's an older hotel but it's clean. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. The pool room was very nice and the hot tub is fantastic. My only real complaint is that we had a nonsmoking room but it had an ashtray in it and the room smelled of cigarettes. The continental breakfast was okay. Perfectly fine place to stay for a night or two on a budget.

First interaction with staff was with a phone call a week prior to my stay. Staff was rude on the phone and didnt want to answer my specific question. Checkin was fast, typical of any other hotel. The pool was closed on the one day we were there. I picked this particular property because of the pool, so we were unfortunately able to use it. The ac also was off when we arrived (87° outside) so it was very uncomfortable and it didnt catch up until the middle of the night. Breakfast was kind of a joke with very minimal options, but at least they had some? Definitely will not stay there again.

It was great I would have given them the (stars but 1. They made me move my parking for no reason I have a trailer take up 4 car parking but u have 30open parking spots I asked why and they sead I was blocking drive way not true another truck and trailer parked there and he was not told anything and he parked on the grass and blocked the drive way I parked in the parking spots (it was the night shift lady every one else was great and amazing good people ) 2 and last thing is the hot tub jets don’t work but it’s still hot the pool is cool and I had it all for my self so I will be back I couldn’t ask for anything else . Everything was clean and day shift lady’s are nice people friendly faces .

Evening staff seemed very cold. The pool was not heated so it was too cold to swim in. The hot tub that they advertised had jets that were removed and the dial to turn it on was capped off, so they basically had stagnant hot water to sit in. The sofa in the room was stained and worn. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The hairdryer was supposed to be screwed to the wall was just sitting on the counter. The coffee maker in the room was dirty. The toilet paper holder was rusty. The drop ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart. Free breakfast was average. Morning staff was friendly. The lobby looked great. Would never return to this establishment. Very disappointed.

Terrible place, a lot of insects, running around the room, one chair is dirty

Room had bed bugs . I had my dog with me . The worker was nice and helpful the property manager wrote me a text apologizing minimally when I asked him to pay for my dogs new bed i brought in and had to throw away from infestation he commented back wrong number . I haven’t had time to address their Corp office on this location dirty and awful

Bed bugs and blood in the beds. I took photos. Showed the front desk person and they were not very worried about it. No manager on site for the whole week they said. Reached out to Expedia for a refund. Not going well so far.

The rom was filthy. It did not look like there had been a deep clean in that room in a long time. I found an old chicken bone and used water bottle behind the nightstand and there was grime on many of the surfaces in the room.

Beds were made daily. Roaches, cleaniness lacking. They dont clean under the top mattress

The room smelled like an old mildewed camper that had been closed up for a long time. Spider webs around the AC unit and the AC fan was so loud you had to put the TV volume at 50 to hear it, pink mold in the shower, and my feet/socks were black from the floor...

The room was dirty and had not been dusted for months. The room also smelled like animal urine. Bathroom floor had not been mopped or cleaned.

I booked for 2 nights. I ended up leaving and booking somewhere else on the second night. I came back from working and found MULTIPLE bugs in my room. A very large black spider, over 6 large beetle like insects that I kept finding even on my way out, and I set down my wallet for only 15 minutes and when I picked it up, a small roach ran out. Very disappointed. Will not be staying here again.

Rooms was full of roaches. Found roaches in the bathroom, sink, and on the bed along with cigarette ashes and burn holes everywhere. Spoke to staff and they didn’t even look up at me nor cared to comment or comp. Said I had to come here to get any resolution. Stayed here last year with a huge group (700 people) and we will not be going back and will be advising all to avoid at all costs. This is easily a $29 room… not $80

Bathroom door needs replacing, hinges are saging and the door is coming apart. Door is too heavy for tje framethe frame, screws are stripped

The a/c was not and it took half the night to get cool in the room.

The air conditioner needs updating.

Good stay. Air conditioner was noisy, and lots of traffic noise.

Bed was the worst ever, room was ok

It was clean, my experience was soso due to fridge compressor noise that kept me up rm 147

Roomy rooms!

The room was full of bugs. Returned from dinner there was a guy urinating under the stairs leading to our room. Tbe room was next to a very noisy ice machine laundry room. Active all night. Probably would not recommend or stay again. The staff was very nice.

For a handicap room, itwas a little small. G l ad it was just a stop over and continued our trip the next morning.

The staff at Quality Inn was very friendly and helpful with everyone during the hurricane evacuation for hurricane Milton. They went above and beyond to try to take care of everyone's needs. And throughout everything they stayed very cordial and very pleasant. I always recommend Quality inns because we use them every time we travel they have the best rates and nicest rooms available anywhere. Thank you to all that Quality Inn!

Shunda front desk clerk was very helpful and nice!! I loved that my room had two bed plus a chair and ottom!! 10 out of 10!!

I made a mistake online reserving a room with the wrong date, and Quality Inn refused to give me a refund for the date that I never stayed. I don’t appreciate this at all, and will not ever stay again. I am in Perry Ga 4 times a year.

I wanted to leave a more favorable review, however the staff at the property is really lacking in any form of customer service. I left a pair of shorts and sweat pants in the dresser drawer and sent a friend to retrieve them the following day and staff made no effort to return my belongings. It was also impossible to get the same lazy woman behind the desk to print me a receipt. If they fixed the staff issues, occupancy would soar because they are in a good location with a decent property. Paul

We were disappointed when we checked in at 8:55pm and the pool closed at 9pm. Most hotels close at 10pm. My son was looking forward to the dip before bed but accepted that he could swim in the morning. More on the pool later. Our real issues started immediately when we entered the room. There was a cockroach on the carpet, which I killed, and another in our garbage bucket. It must have fallen from the curtains. We checked out the bathroom and there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor. Fortunately, that was all of the cockroaches we saw during the stay. In the morning, the cleaning staff tried to come into our room very early and before knocking. We were still in bed. Maybe they knocked lightly but we didn’t hear them and they didn’t wait for a response. Then they proceeded to check on us every 10 minutes until we left. Lastly, my son was excited to get some pool time before we checked out. We went to the pool but the doors were still locked. I asked the lady at the front desk and she said the pool was closed because it’s raining. This is an INDOOR pool!!! I asked “You always close when it rains?” She responded “Yes”. Needless to say, my son was really upset. That was the cherry on top of a horrible stay. There wasn’t a whole lot of breakfast items but was fine for a continental breakfast. Overall, I would never recommend this property to a friend.

Just a quick overnight stop. Nice, clean and cheap. Definitely would stay there again. Lady at the front desk was very nice.

Staff are unfamiliar with ADA laws regarding Service Dogs and people with disabilities. They decided to harass me at breakfast for having a service dog. Called corporate to report them. Stay was unpleasant and I felt unwelcome.

The room was nice, and other than the spider crawling on the ceiling it was clean. Very convenient to the fair grounds and Cracker Barrel too, which was important because not many places can accommodate a truck that’s pulling a figth wheel!

Safe and quiet area

We happened to be there at a time when something was going on the next morning at the fairgrounds. The hotel parking lot was full. Someone parked their truck with a U haul type addition on the back end. We could barely park r get out. The pool was very busy. Watch the fairgrounds schedule before you book. Otherwise, OK.

The good about the property is that it is cheap and right next to the interstate. With that being said, you get what you pay for. The bathroom was dirty and had bugs coming out of a hole that was drilled to allow the shower pipe to come through. While the area was very well lit at night, its a motel and motels usually attract sketchy people driving around the perimeter and just sitting in their car for no reason which I found odd. The bed was very comfortable but the sheets were not the right size. How that happens is beyond me. I was just coming through to lay my head down for a conference the next day at Fort Valley since there are no lodging facilities near the school, but would I stay here for any other reason, no.

Close to everything and very nice

We attend the Ga National Fair every year since 2004 as our daughters show Livestock. We have started at several hotel at this same exit, but not st this hotel until this past weekend. We found it very convenient and easy to access. Of course the added benefit is Chick-fil-A right next door. This may be our preferred Hotel for the remaining years of our visits

Room was ok, check in clerk was nice. However, site shows hot tub, so that's why we chose it. Tub is there, but they took out heater and bubbles, so its just a small cold pool, just like the regular pool. Breakfast left alot to be desired

The desk clerk was friendly enough. Once we were in our room, we noticed how worn down this room was. I am assuming the hair dryer once was hung up on the wall. During our stay it was hanging from the wall. This “motel” had an updated bed spread and a new bathroom counter. The “breakfast” was minimal. The yogurt was room temperature. This room needed more attention with cleaning. Whomever is in charge needs to either clean themself or hire capable help. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The beds were so comfortable and the property is quiet. They have a working hot tube! Good value here. Continental breakfast was lacking but did the job. Nice staff.

No condiments (ie:ketchup, peanut butter, etc) for breakfast. English muffins were available to make an egg and sausage sandwich, but nothing to put on the sandwich, making it very dry. Coffee was very deluded.
