The breakfast area had good seating . The parking area was tight and there wasn't enough parking near the front door to make checking in easier. The area around the hotel is very office park industrial. It is a decent place to stay for one night and the price on Expedia was better than most hotels on the list.

Not bad for a one night stay. Pool was across the parking lot and no towels were available so that was disappointing. Room was nice and clean but the smell of whatever cleaner that was used was so strong it was difficult to breathe when we opened the door. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet and no traffic noise.

Beds extraordinarily comfortable. Advertised RV parking and then had their four slots filled with rock, trailers, and a car. We had to park in the main lot and got hemmed in by others arriving later.

It was nice looking and clean. But the strong odor of whatever they use to clean the rooms was overwhelming, and the freezing temperature was very uncomfortable. And although the bedding looked nice it was not suitable for sleeping, all polyester comforter and duvet. The breakfast was disappointing, there was only enough waffle batter for one waffle and the attendant didn't refill it. Had to ask for decaf coffee and that took at least 30 min. Also had to ask for the butter which should have been out with the breads and waffles. And the final disappointment was the EV charging station, we plugged in and after only a few minutes it stopped, blew a fuse or something and the person at the desk could not help her out rebooted.

Hotel was very clean and good breakfast. I thought the reception person at check in and check out, could have been more friendly. They were polite and no issues, but I just didn’t get same happy friendly vibe as I get from other hotels. Also like the Tesla charging, I did use it.

Overall subpar for the 9.2 rating they boast in the lobby. Arrived to a room that dmelled musty. We discovered the couch was covered in dog hair, our son is allergic to dogs. We called to have it vaccumed. They stated they didn't have the equipment to do it and had no lint rollers. Which means the couch has never been cleaned? We attempted to use the pool. It had obviously not been cleaned in a while and was full of bugs/debris/pollen. I was more than willing to skim the pool, but the only net was shredded. There were designated pool towels that were crusty. Back in our room we went to use towels and they were covered in various holes and spots. The hotel was full of dogs (we saw at leave 12 families with dogs) that barked throughout the night. The next morning breakfast opened 10 minutes late, which was already a later breakfast starting at 7am. Only positive was the nice staff and comfy bed.

Room looked nicely updated but room felt damp when we went in. After we were in it was full of mold. Fuzzy mold on walls. Black mold on walls, electrical outlet, around ceiling and just about everywhere we looked. Hinges on door had rust all over them in closet. Sheets were clean but felt damp. On the way to the room the hallway had several of some kind of portable unit running. The girl at the from desk was very nice. She took copies of my pictures I took and and gave us a different room which was a little bit better but still damp and some mold. We had a king suite and changed to a double queen which I think was cheaper but we still ended up paying for the king suite. Hotel looked like it wasn’t very old and would have been nice if not for the mold. Very upset over our stay. Would have left there but after traveling all day we stuck it out but very disappointed.

I chose this hotel because it had good reviews. However, thats not what we found. Customer service was great. 1st room smelled horrible of cigarette smoke, it had a machine plugged in trying to suck the smell out. We went back downstairs and she gave us a new room, no problem. 2nd roomed smelled like dirty butt. There was hair in the shower, on the bed, pillow and toliet. Most likely will not stay there again. I tried to add photos but it wouldn't let me.

First room smells like smoke, second room smelled like cat urine, and they wouldn’t give us another room so we decided to go back to first room, each time I complained they had to come inspect the room and after the second room they had to get housekeeping manager to come inspect the rooms, manager told me first room didn’t smell like smoke I said yes it does, she informed me she recleaned it, when we entered the first room again it was better but still had a musky smoke scent, but way better then cat p*ss!

General cleanliness was okay, but the shower floor was dirty, and there was rat and mold in the corners. The smell of the cleaning solution they used affected my wife’s olfactory senses. Bed was comfortable, but AC couldn’t keep the room cool enough - even set at 65.

The room we were in had recently had a flood. There was a dehumidifier at the front door of the room upon our arrival. The smell of mold permeated the entire hall along with a heavy smell of disinfectant. The room itself smelled of heavy disinfectant also. The vinyl floor planks were uneven and due to the water damage. The was mold in the shower and my wife told me when we left she found urine and blood droplets that she cleaned on the toilet seat. In retrospect we should have slept in our car. We stay at Wyndham properties at least two to three times a year and i am sad to say that trend has come to an end.

Got off to a very bad start as they had no record of my Hotels.com booking! Then failed to hold a room as promised. Ended up pay $35 more than original booking because that was all they had left! Room was fine, breakfast spartan and UNABLE TO CONNECT TO Internet! Fortunately, only there to sleep on the way to Florida. Unlikely I will ever use Hotels.com or LaQuint ever again!

We didnt actually stay there. When we arrived they told us their key maker was down and we would have to wait 2 hours for someone to come fix it. This was at 11pm. Terrible customer service.

The stay was ok but at checkout the girl had said she would apply military discount which was better than the online discount and that she would ok it with management, later that evening she said she had cleared with management and applied discount and that we would have the new balance at checkout. Well at checkout the manager on duty came out and said that we could not get the discount, and she had attitude. It was her call at the end which was ok but her flippant attitude left me a little upset. She could have handled the situation with a little more respect.

Romm and facility were very nice. However. checkin was not good. Staff needs education on what working in 'Hospitatity' means. No greating on arival, just a curt "Drivers License" - on please or explation for why. When I asked, all I got was a repeated "DRIVERS LICENSE". I was ready to leave and go done the road to another hotel but dince I had pre paid I stayed gave my ID and CC. Was treated like I was stupid or too old to understand how to use the CC POS device. Other staff were nice once we checked in.

I have walking issues and requested a room on first floor but they assigned us a room on the third floor at end of the hall from the elevator. After checkin the keycard would not open the room door. We were accused of placing the key cards too close to magnets or too close to our phones. We held the keys up in the air over our heads to prevent magnetic issue, still keys would not activate door lock. It was difficult for me to walk pulling luggage and then have the key not work. Same for wife’s key. Desk person said they were not allowed to exchange rooms. We made at least three trips back and forth. Each time waiting for our turn at front desk, walking to elevator, walking to end of hall, while pulling luggage only to have the key not work. By this time the wheels on my luggage were coming apart with little pieces breaking off. I think they were over heated from over work. I Asked the desk person if a maintenance person could assist us. None were available. Then we asked desk person if they or someone could go see why key did not work. But they could not. Finally we were given a room on the 1st floor close to elevator. Room was nice, clean, and quiet. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was very nicely furnished. Other than key problem at checkin all else went well. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and we felt safe at the location. We plan to return on our next trip passing by. But next time wife will check in and check door key before we bring in lugga

I have been traveling all my life and this is the BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. I am making this my new home away from home when I am in the area. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE My new friend Ms.Gabby! She needs a raise for being so kind, always had a smile, and was sooo helpful. I will recommend her for a manager spot. And in general the staff is amazing nice and even they had smiles on their faces. They need a cleanliness AWARD! 10/10

This was a very clean, new or renovated hotel. We had our little dog with us (she doesn’t shed-shihtzu) but there were no signs of animals before her at all. Smelled very clean no dog smell what so ever extremely nice shower. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great also, waffles you can make yourself and any other kind of continental breakfast bagels yogurt cereal grits oatmeal, etc. and they had other hot options like egg and cheese omelets, potatoes, link sausage and of course juice and coffee and other drinks. We would definitely stay at this location again very convenient to the interstate (75). Plenty of good restaurants around with in a couple Mins too. :-)

Breakfast did not have any coffee on Saturday or Sunday (9/30/23 or 10/1/23). I would think they could have planned better for 10/1/23 since they knew there was a problem on 9/30/23. Also ice machine on 3rd floor was off. No ice!!

I thought the breakfast, from which I could easily make a breaksfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, sausage patty and biscuit quite easily, was delicious and well-stocked. The coffee was fresh, hot and had some personality -- it wasn't the weak drink you too often get.

The front desk clerk was very nice and polite. But the morning kitchen staff woman was very rude. She was rude to myself, my adult son as well as my granddaughter. I do not appreciate this type of rudeness from a customer service worker.
