Extended Stay America Suites - Princeton - West Windsor

Worst stay at a extended stay ever. Started off with had reservations for king size got there and we're all out had to get double, sink kept backing up on its own. Said staff would look at it but never did. One of my employees tripped getting out of the shower and broke the toilet. Noone even came to look at it once front desk was told and made him stay in same room with no toilet. Good thing my guys are dumb so they could at least turn water off. Second day with the toilet they came to fix it but took all the towels to soak up water, went to front desk to get towels to rake shower they said that he needed to return other towels in order to gwt new ones. They were informed that maintenance took them and said we can't give yoy new ones without returning old ones, tried to extend room with front desk and said they were unable to do sonuntil date was reached, ok I get it, went down on the morning we were checking out said they could not extend but had to check out withbstuff and recheck in. Never again saying here.

We stayed one evening and didnt need kitchen. Freezer was ready with ice cube trays. Refrigerator was spotless.

They were doing construction on the place and its a total mess. They gave me the wrong. I booked one with 2 beds but was told when I got there they were overbooked and 'LUCKILY' they were able to upgrade me to a deluxe room. One king bed and a pull out sofa bed. Gave my daughter the king and I slept badly on the sofa bed. Had to make my own bed after having to ask for sheets. And was told they were out luckily my daughter nicely gave me one of hers. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Total experience was an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague !!!

yes, the room was clean. The staff was pleasant. But a special call out to a lady (I didn't get her name) who told me that she had worked there for 20 or 30 years. She was taking the coffee maker away after breakfast hours. When she saw that I was disappointed for missing out, she asked my room number. Sure enough, a few minutes later, she knocked on my door with coffee and breakfast treats.
