The receptionist made me sign a waiver to use the pool, certainly a first. The pool was overcrowded with a lot of unsupervised children. There weren’t any towels left. I requested more with housekeeping, they eventually brought more however it was very few and shortly after ran out again. My daughter (7) was bullied in the water by 3 other girls… kicked in her stomach, hair pulled and water purposely splashed in her face. I’ve NEVER experienced this and my family travels often. This experience was very ghetto!! Princeton, NJ was deemed a safe neighborhood however I felt very unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel, unless you’re looking for a good boxing match! There are many guest with no class making it a very uncomfortable experience.

Beautiful hotel, very pleased with amenities- gym was very nice, included a Peloton bike, all sorts of weights. Restaurant was fantastic, enjoyed both breakfast & dinner.

Our room was very dirty. Needed to have all bedding changed. Also called the front desk and requested housekeeping to vacuum the room as there were crumbs and food on floor from previous stay and no one ever showed up. Food and beverage good but overpriced.

The room was excellent and very clean. The property was very pretty when you walked in. We loved the koi fish pond. The restaurant was top notch and the server Candace was amazing. The only downside was that the rooms face the lobby and seating areas. The noise from the other quests at night was louder than I have ever encountered at a hotel. Audrey Parente

The interior room I stayed in faced atrium with the restaurant/bar. It was dark during the day and very bright at night. Also, the music from that area was loud. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this room if you choose this hotel.

Comfortable, clean, spacious & very nice in general, but our room was on the 4th floor facing the atrium, which was very loud. Even with only a few people in the atrium, it sounded like a mall/middle school gym in our room, with banging chairs, shouting children/teens, loud bar conversation etc. until around 12am. The space and room is nice aside from the noise ... but if we stay here again (would consider), we'll ask for a room on the other side and certainly bring earplugs.

The main issue is that we could not sleep. The hotel is organized around a large atrium. That night there was a very large wedding that basically privatized the atrium and they paraded and chanted until past midnight. I am sure they booked a party-room for the wedding but in reality hundreds of guest were congregating and partying in the atrium. Our room had a window on the atrium. It was just impossible to sleep or even rest. I went to complain about the noise twice, but no manager was in charge. Just security personal and no option was offered. We were there for our kids soccer tournament. First game was at 8:00 AM. Really an awful experience. They should have offered a different room, not on the atrium that night, as they know it's going to be noisy. They should have told us it was going to be noisy until late. They should have tried to find a solution when I came twice to complain. They did none of these and I am asking for a full refund. I feel that the wedding party paid a hefty fee for their party. We paid a hefty fee for our room. The wedding was allowed to go on uninterrupted and partying until past midnight. We were not able to enjoy our room at all. We paid for a room for 3 including a pullout sofa. We returned to the room late in the evening only to discover there were no linens for the foldout. After 2 calls to the front desk followed by a trip to front desk, we belatedly only received a very thin blanket. They told us they didn’t have any spare linen. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night's sleep for my son.

Service was terrible . We arrived around 11pm after a long deive and front desk clerk said our room was allowed to be booked in error and they were sold out. After a while she found us a different room type- 1 king and a small pull out couch vs two double beds for my adult son and I. When we got to the room, the sheets for the pull out were missing. The room phone didn’t work so I went back down to the desk and asked for sheets. She gave me one flat sheet and a pillow and said that was all I needed. When I asked for an additional sheet she said the hotel didn’t use fitted sheets and that was all I needed. When I explained that I needed a sheet for the bottom and one for on top of me, she insisted that I could use the blanket in the room (the kind that is not washed between uses) and I didn’t need another sheet. When I pressed again and tried to explain that I needed another sheet, she was clearly annoyed and finally said that she didn’t have any other sheets and that housekeeping was gone for the night. Absolutely no attempt to reach out to anyone else in the entire hotel to find a sheet for me. She truly didn’t care. I was extremely tired at this point and saw that it was fruitless to ask anything else of her. I was truly disappointed in what I expected to be a nice comfortable stay after a long trip.

By 3pm checkin time! NO ROOMS were available! In spite of being there hours earlier. Mismanagement, overbooking, housekeeping understaff! After speaking to many Staff, we got our room 3:35pm, 35 minutes left. I asked. No credit given.

The staff seemed very unhappy and avoided making eye contact, as if they didn’t want guests to approach them. There is a small café in the lobby. We ordered a coffee, but the staff member served it without even looking at us. She looked extremely unhappy. When we asked for milk, she simply handed us a three-gallon bottle of whole milk. Considering that we are paying for this service, this level of customer care is unacceptable. Please avoid employing staff who clearly do not want to be there. The customer service and overall guest experience were very poor.

It is a different architectural concept of horizontal development and central entertainment and food - all rooms facing the center. Breakfast is extremely expensive. I do not recommend it. Go for breakfast around, there are more reasonable prices nearby.

Its an ok hotel that tries to pass for a more upscale hotel than it really is. Carpets in the rooms are old and dirty, air conditioning filters seem like they've never been changed. Your experience at the front desk will vary wildly depending on who you deal with. I had excellent service from Mike, not so much from others. There was an Indian wedding while I was there, lots of noise on Saturday morning when I was trying to sleep, and rowdy, inconsiderate people yelling all over the hallways. The restaurant tries so hard to be Italian while serving traditional American dishes with Italian-sounding names. Pizza for example, diavolo has nothing to do with shrimp. The "buffet" breakfast they charge $28 for is really a very basic continental breakfast with carton "eggs" that you find at any motel 6. No room service, when you call the restaurant they don't answer the phone half the time so I ended up ordering Uber eats on multiple nights. No laundry, only dry cleaning. They also denied me Hyatt points for booking through my job's travel agency, even though the hotel is geared toward businesses at Carnegie Center, and we're part of it. Overall, I'd say hard pass. Much better options out there.

The Hotel had a easy check in, the pool was amazing, the staff was friendly, the hotel is beautiful and clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and wow wow wow, simply amazing and fresh. We even ordered pizza at 9pm and let me tell you, that pizza in to be in a magazine. My room has a balcony and it was perfect for my grandson to play with his games and toys. I really like this hotel and I will return in November for a short getaway. So far my favorite in the area. Its a 10 for me! Go with your family for the weekend and they will have a ball with awesome & fresh food. Just go!!

Everything was excellent. Rooms clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel is beautiful. The only downside was the food from the restaurant inside the hotel. Food very under seasoned. I ordered the rigatoni. Very dry and no type of sauce. For the price it should have been better
