Stayed here while attending a wedding. The property was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a very nice hotel. The only challenge was parking in their lot. By evening the entire lot was almost full aside from a few spots where people had parked over the line and we couldn't fit

The rooms are very well appointed, clean, and in excellent condition. Some of the parking spots are covered. The property is well-lit and all the staff we met were courteous and competent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Black out curtains were very effective. The breakfast options were higher quality than average. We will certainly choose the Kulshan when we return to Sedro-Wooley!

Loved the room, beds were comfy and very nice having a separate bedroom. Parking lot is pretty small. Wouldn't have been a problem, but a car with travel trailer took up 5 spots.

This was an excellent property, we stayed when leaving North Cascades National Park. It was a perfect location to travel to the coastal areas and back to Seattle. We stayed for 2 nights and used the laundry facilities which was great for $5 to wash and dry a load of clothes. Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The property was spotless!

Still very new and clean. Quiet rooms. Well thought out except for kitchen light switch located by the door, on the other side of the breakfast bar. Staff was great. Breakfast food was good, but the dining area is a joke with only one table and then lounge chairs and little side tables for the rest (still not enough seating inside). VERY small parking spots - my compact car barely fit into the "compact" spots. VERY slow elevator. The stairs were much faster.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean and cozy. My only complaint was parking. Seems like no one knows how to park now at days. Front desk was nice and let us park at the charging station.

Room: Superb and Clean Facilities: Excellent Quiet near everything you need. The kitchen in the room was fully stocked with everything needed to cook any meal. The bathroom had everything you need, including a wonderful walk-in shower. No complaints whatsoever. Will be back soon!

Clean, modern, quiet location - Pro's Our toilet made a loud noise every time we used it because it wasnt property glued to the floor. The TV in the bedroom was way to big for the room and on top of you when you turned it on in bed. The blowing from the heater over the bed was disturbing. The breakfast was not good, Not enough food , minimal choices, and 1 community table.

It is a newer hotel but the bed was super comfy. Room had electric cooktop, all the dishes and pots and pans, big t.v. in living room and bedroom, walk in shower. Definitely a nice place.

This place was recently built - opening in Feb 2025. The room I booked had a queen bed and a king bed, separated by a sliding wooden door. Two large screen tvs. We were on the ground floor and had a separate entrance, which is how a motel is set up. There were some rooms like that, with others accessed from hallways inside the main building. So the layout was unusual. Regardless, it was a great place to stay. Full-sized stainless steel refrigerator was a real surprise, along with a long countertop covering a matching dishwasher and a large sink. Dishes, utensils, large microwave, Great for anybody preparing meals in the room. The free breakfast was quite good as well. Location was fine, just off Route 20. Area seems to be being built up. We drove over to Burlington for dinner and never really saw the town center of Sedro-Woolley.

I liked the style of the property. It is new and nicely designed. However, we did not like the location of our room. We were around the corner from the elevator. All night long, every time the elevator moved, the noise in our room was terrible. In addition, the hotel is very close to railroad tracks. It sounded like the train was coming through our room. In brief, do not accept a room near the elevator or on the railroad track side of the building.

Unknown. Unfortunately, had to cancel for family emergency 8 hours after booking and given they provided zero flexibility on my nonrefundable reservation, I had to eat the cost versus getting some credit. I’ve had previous luck on Hotels.com of getting my reservations refunded on travel issues out of my control. Despite Hotels.com trying, they were unsuccessful with the hotel. It looks nice, but definitely not staying there ever. The hotel gets my payment, but they will not get my future business. I know the issue was 100% on me, but my recommendation is to think twice before booking a nonrefundable rate.

This place, for the price, was first class. The staff was wonderful, the room was fantastic, and it even had a kitchen that we didn't use. The value was definitely fair for what we got in return. The breakfast was excellent. The area around was kind of industrial and there was one train that blew its whistle every night around 11 PM, but other than that, The Kulshan Hotel was great! We'd stay there again!

Stay here when I visit the North Cascades National Park. About 1 hour from the visitor center. Very new and clean hotel. There is a small kitchen in the room. Breast first was included. The town has everything we need. A very good place to stay for less than $200 per night.

The best beakfast, place is very quiet and parking space has convenient access to your room. I love the privacy and full access to amenities which is worth your money. The location is very close to Skagit Valley, 30-45 minutes away passing through small towns with a rural community vibe, fresh air, and stress-free! Highly-recommended!

We stayed here as the hotel is only a hour away from North Cascades Park. This hotel was recently constructed. Very clean, spacious, modern. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back. The only thing they should improve on is the breakfast. Not too many options for their breakfast/very limited.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Gym has 3-4 cardio machines, adjustable bench, bands, mat, ab ball and weights up to 50 lbs (maybe 55lbs). Can get a decent pump on. Only recommendation would be to add a cable machine with a pull up bar. Otherwise, we had an awesome stay and we were well fed. Thanks!

Fantastic hotel!! The staff was outstanding and friendly! The hotel lobby was sparkling and very welcoming! The breakfast was amazing and they were very helpful as we needed to leave quite early that day! The room was excellent with hot water in abundance in the shower! Beds very comfy and the kitchenette fantastic! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
