Great security for the hotel portion. Sinage outside to find checkin was not good. Someone needs to put a point on google maps for checkin parking. Was a great stop on our way to CA from Idaho. The Adventure park was good, but all the concessions were closed way too early for us.

We really enjoyed circus circus. We did not win any money gambling. But we enjoyed the fresh hot Popeye's Chicken and the bagels from Einstein's bros. My daughter won lots of stuffed animals at the midway arcade. The hotels AC in the Skyrise Tower was excellent. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The parking was free and safe. 10/10

There seemed to be no stairs leading up past the second floor so when an event let out there was an hr wait for the elevator. Seems like a fire hazard of there is no working stairs and only an elevator?

We waited 30mins to get into an elevator during checkout hour. We had to use an elevator going up to eventually go down. The stairs only led us to the 3 floor, anything lower had fire alarms on them and would sound if you opened them. So that wasn’t an opting. Just waiting for a long while. This hotel has fun activities but when it comes to the rooms, it’s truly just a place to lay your head to rest. Staff was very friendly and helpful tho!

The room was very dirty, the room also had cockroaches. The room beds were not made. The room was on the 29th floor next to a AC wall. The next door AC unit possibly was running all night and you can feel the vet bed and the floor vibrating. When I complained about the Cockroach and the noise from the next door AC unit. I was change rooms to another room that was also dirty. I had no other choice but to continue my stay due to insufficient funds. I did ask for a refund but was told to contact hotels.com. I do not recommend circus circus casino. I was also told I could check in early Saturday morning at 3:00 a.m. by a staff member who is on call. That staff member gave me the misinformation and assumption that I was not going to be penalized nor rejected for the early check-in. Which I had to wait for 4 hours from 2:00 in the morning a.m. Saturday to 6:00 a.m. Saturday for early check-in. They also place me on the 29th floor which I did not want to be on and I expressed that. I was greeted with attitude and lack of professionalism.

It been decades since we visited Circus Circus. A last minute family trip came up and we made the intimate mistake of booking at circus circus! Absolutely disgustingly dirty is the best way to explain it! Fortunately we were only in the room for 5 hours!

I can understand the hotel is old and run down but this was ridiculous. The room was filthy. The bed cover was stained so badly that I had to take it off and leave it on the floor. The carpet was so disgusting. Most of the furniture had greasy looking finger prints on it like nothing had been wiped down, ever, even the light switches and doorknobs were gross. The shower walls had dirty streaks and handprints with something that I am assuming and hoping was dried soap scum looking gunk. It made me wonder if house keeping had even been in there before I checked in. I could hear everything that was going on in the whole building!! The self parking garage is a joke! There’s no exit so if you haves big vehicle and can’t find a parking on one level, you’d better hope no one is behind you because you’ll have to reverse the whole way out. The pool was nice though.

Upon arrival, I discovered my assigned room, was in an appalling state. The presence of what appeared to be bodily fluid stains on the headboard’s and chair rendered the room uninhabitable. This was not simply a matter of minor uncleanliness; it presented a serious hygiene concern that made staying in the room impossible. While I appreciate the offer of an upgrade to a newly renovated deluxe room, this unfortunately proved to be equally unsuitable. This room was infested with bed bugs, a discovery that caused significant distress and posed a serious health risk. The presence of bed bugs is not only unpleasant but also carries potential health consequences, making the situation far beyond a simple inconvenience. The cumulative effect of these issues - the initially unsanitary condition of the original assigned room followed by the bed bug infestation in the newly renovated deluxe room - completely ruined my planned birthday trip. The stress and disruption forced me to secure alternative accommodations at considerable extra cost. Considering the severity of these hygiene failures and the resulting disruption to my travel plans. I have requested a full refund through hotel.com and await their response.

This was our first family trip to Vegas, and overall, it was a great experience. However, we were very disappointed with the condition of our hotel room. It was not clean—the toilet seat was dirty, the carpet was filthy, and the shower head was rusted. Upon entering, the room smelled of cigarettes and mustiness. Additionally, I got bug bites which caused swelling on my left arm for 2 days. We hope you address these issues for future guests.

It was completely disgusting.They had a change rooms because the room I initially came to see was slept in an uncleaned and the second room.They gave us was at least the beds were made.I can't say the room was any cleaner.But the beds were made very unsatisfied.Stay we'll never stay there again.

dirty room. smells inside the room and inside the hotel. No one came to clean during our entire stay. Probably moldy. Water damage in the bathroom. The elevator was bumpy when traveling up or down. like if the tracks were worn out. Everything was just dirty and unsanitary. sheets were okay.

The room was so nasty an had a strong dog smell as soon as we walked in the room as if i had a dog with me the fire detector was hanging and you could see the wires. I sat on the bed and my pant instantly where soaked i pulled the cover back only to see it was mold and yellow brown stuff i was so disgusted, i went into the bathroom to change my pants and notice a black mold ring all around the tub i took pictures and would like to recieve accommodation else i will be taking this up to corporate i spend to much money at circus circus to not be better accommodation

Room advertisement said the rooms were recently refurbished but the bathroom tile had cracks and the wallpaper was peeling. Furniture was new and I like the laminate flooring as opposed to the old carpet. Overall the rooms were not great but fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. Decent for the price.

The room in West Tower was modern, clean, newly renovated. The TV channel selection has to be the best on the Strip. The Staff were very helpful upon check-in, at 3 PM. I went with the 3rd party. I might go thru the hotel website because prices dropped & I could have saved &400.00 but oh well. Parking in West 2 was safe & easy. I did not gamble or at there. $189.00 for Alaskan King Crab at the Steak House is no bueno.

I remember the place differently from my last visit here 12 years ago, it's looking pretty run down today. Room we were in had several places with broken tiles, walls and floors, and the lamps didn't work. No outlets in any practical places. That being said, we didn't come here to hangout in the room and we know you get what you pay for. It was a cheap bed to sleep in, close to the concert we wanted to attend, room was a comfortable temperature and noise level was great for getting actual sleep. I would stay again if I was just here for a quick concert trip, but not for the 'Vegas' experience.

We stayed in a renovated West Tower room. On the top floor. I recommend staying in one of the higher rooms. Pretty quiet. It was really clean. Beds were a little lumpy, but fine. The only toiletries they provided was soap and shampoo. We did have a refrigerator in the room, that we did not use. Overall, it was a perfectly good experience. We would stay again.

Bedding was very stained. Bathtub did not drain. Countertop and mirror were water spotted. I was given a 1st floor room next to the stairs and ice machine. So all night, and every night I stayed at circus circus, I heard footsteps running up and down the stairs. The ice machine dropping ice in empty buckets. The room above me had a family with children jumping on the floor at all hours of the night.

The new automated check in kiosks are horrible. They're laggy, slow, and lack warmth. Circus circus has a confusing layout with poor signage and room layout, which could all be solved with directions from a human educated on the layout of the hotel that's supposed to check you in. Terrible experience

Check in was easy. Staff was amazing. First room they put us in though was dirty. You have to make sure you pull back the sheetings to make sure that it’s clean. They did put us in a new room with no problem.

To begin with, our room was in Manor B, which was in one of the buildings outside the main hotel. Getting to Manor B was not fun and once we got there, it was kind of scary looking. The building was old as well as the carpeting, let alone the smell of the place. I called to see if I could get a room in the main hotel and of course, for a little more money, I was given another room in the main hotel. The second room was fine except the safe in the room did not work so we went downstairs and asked for another room. Got to the third room and again it was fine except that there was no safe in the room! Again, I went downstairs and was assigned another room, which was perfect! I’d like to give KUDOS to Carrie in guest services who was great and very compassionate and patient with me. Carrie went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience by giving us a discount and making sure we were happy with our room. We also went to the information desk for something and the woman there hardly looked up at us, like we were annoying her. She answered our question and continued looking down at whatever she was reading or doing…not at all good customer service, like guest services folks who were all smiles.

Circus Circus is, undoubtedly, the most family-friendly hotel anywhere in the Las Vegas vicinity. Going mid-week during school time is great for adults as there are less children than in the summer season. I was there in October 2022 and the changes they have made since then is incredible. Slots -A- Fun is alive, again, with slots, bowling, some actual coin machines and table games. The staff couldn't be any more helpful. Everyone was very friendly. Not a glitzy hotel/casino but a more traditional, vintage decor (which I prefer). PROS: Convenient Strip location. Free parking. The Deuce Bus is located durectly in front of Slots -A - Fun. CONS: Charging for an early check-in.

We had a nice stay at Circus Circus. Hotel is on the older side. Lots of people but never felt overcrowded. Being located on the South end of the strip proved nice for us, because when we were ready not to be in the overwhelming crowds of people, we could be there!

The room was clean but Circus Circus is showing its age. Good food at a reasonable rate was scarce. We ate elsewhere. The shopping area was ok. A lot of just the same stuff we saw everywhere else in LV. The staff was nice. Did not spend much time in the casino but not a lot of other people were, either, it looked like. Our room price was extremely reasonable but $150 in fees was a bit much all things considered.

The hotel/casino is dated and it shows. However, it's targets are families with children along with younger couples. The gaming areas have been updated with newer machines, especially ones that do not require personnel oversight. Food choices are scant, although the buffet, when it is open (Friday, Saturday, Sunday noon) had decent selections and is tasty. I chose this venue because of pricing and wasn't planning to take advantage of the family activities. Check-in is at kiosks & that was seamless.
