We love the valet team. A group of excellent guys. They always took care of us with our vehicle. The housekeepers always kept our room clean. It felt good coming back to a clean room. The bed comfort was heavenly. We always had a good nights sleep. Amazing! Food and service was good a Brass Fork. Starbucks was convenient and refreshing with their beverages and food. Wing Stop…loved it. We had a great time at Palace Station and will definitely come back to stay. Location was perfect for all we did in Las Vegas. Looking forward to coming back again!

Lindo Michoacan Is terrible. I’ve tried over multiple visits. It’s awful. Salsa is good, but even basic things like Enchiladas are…almost inedible. The acoustic guitar player was doing a fine rendition of Van Halen and other rock, mixed in with more traditional music for a Mexican restaurant. It gives the place a weird vibe. Tried Tailgate Social, which is way more a dive bar than the name suggests. Food again the issue. Burgers greasy, nachos soggy. What I would expect from a dive bar. But you should do better. Food court options are…ok. But for me, I’d rather see pizza slices, burgers, and subway. Quick food that can move with you if needed. Love this casino. Sports book is awesome. Rooms great. Location limited as the only food things to walk to is McDonalds and 7-11. Would be nice to have a good (or good+) resort side the casino. I know that’s not the model. But it would limit the rest of us who Uber out in search of food. Just an idea.

I liked the absence of smoke even in the casino. The restaurants were good, the staff in all areas were friendly & helpful. Year's ago the casino was very smoky. I have asthma & just to pass through the casino would be difficult for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They even have a movie theater.

This hotel had all the amenities you expect There are many good restaurants, conveniently located, including Starbucks, right at the bottom of the elevators Parking is free. The staff is very friendly accommodating. The location is excellent and just off the strip.

The room was very dusty as of they have not dusted in months. The bed sheets had stains on them, the carpet was not vacuumed and floor restroom had dirty foot prints, as if they had not mopped. I had to clean all the visible dust and wipe down the counters and floor from the bathroom. I would have stayed longer but the dust got the best of me. Not sure if I would be back nor recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

First, let me point out that I’m blonde. Why that is important is in the bathroom, the toilet and shower obviously had not been cleaned, because there was black hair everywhere. Aside from the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the front desk was very accommodating.

A nice off-the-strip hotel with free parking. My king bed room was spacious and very comfortable. I loved the roomy bathroom and the countertop space. I had a great stay at the hotel and look forward in staying again.

First off we have stayed here 4 or 5x & we like the hotel very much. Good food, free parking , clean & spacious rooms. They even upgraded us for free. My only complaints are the toilet paper holder was totally broken; the sink drained very loudly and for an extended period of time and kept waking me up during the night; and lastly the walls are kind of paper then and you can pretty much hear everyone doing everything. We also had to flush the toilet a few times EVERY time. Something is definitely up with the plumbing.

Ideal stay in Vegas if you want to be close but not in the middle of it all. Clean, comfortable and mainly friendly helpful team. Consideration of extra (and for variation, soft) pillows would be a plus as we found them quite hard to sleep on. Walls between rooms aren’t very thick so if your neighbours want to have a conversation late at night you may hear every word! Other than these points to note it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time with Palace Station Hotel.

We booked a non-smoking room through Expedia.com that was "assigned at check-in" and Palace Station gave us a Smoking room because they said everything else was taken. I found out after we returned home that that a hotel MUST produce a non-smoking for the guest if it was requested in the reservation. Of course they didn't tell us that while we were there, the staff didn't seem terribly empathic. Our eyes burned and our throats dried out while we tried to sleep at night. My wife couldn't stop coughing the entire night. It was horrible.

Horrible Customer Service. Was told by front desk to park in an area where later I was told I’d get towed. Restaurants wanted to charge me separately for dinner bills per item. Was denied “asking” a question about water and told to wait in the back of the line (there was no line). Was walked away from while asking a question about free play. And was also told different rates at the front desk, I was told $190 plus deposit, then right after my father got the same room for $106 plus deposit. Rather than booking there for the rest of the weekend I changed it to Aria Sky Resorts and couldn’t have been more happy with the decision. On top of all of that my complaints weren’t heard till 8am the next morning due to the management having no way to connect them until morning. I had to sit upset and mad until the manager became available. And after I spoke with her all I was told was she apologizes. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The initial trigger for this undesirable review was I had to wait well over an hour on Friday night for check in… very inconvenient. The thing that greatly increased my irritation was (despite what happened on check in), this hotel refused to grant an hour of flexibility on check-out (to check out at 12 instead of 11).

I express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent stay at Palace Station. Despite my reservation being active and it not yet being checkout time (before 11 a.m.), housekeeping staff prematurely assumed I had checked out, apparently due to the absence of luggage in the room. Without any confirmation or authorization from me, they removed all of my personal belongings from the room, including unused drinks and souvenirs I had purchased from the hotel’s own store. When I returned from breakfast to collect my things, I was shocked to find everything gone. It took considerable effort to even reach housekeeping. Eventually, they returned only some of my items—one drink and the souvenirs—but the rest were either discarded or kept by staff. This is both unacceptable and unethical. To make matters worse, hotel security was dispatched to inform me that I could not be in the room, despite the fact that I had not checked out and was simply trying to retrieve my belongings. I was essentially treated as if I had done something wrong, and they waited outside the room to ensure I left. This treatment was humiliating and distressing. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication, the violation of my privacy, and the mishandling of my possessions.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We thought it would be run down based on the price but everything seemed clean and well maintained. It had great parking which is a luxury in Vegas. I’d definitely stay again if you want to be close to the strip but not right next to all of the traffic.

The Palace Station is incredible. The staff is incredibly professional and kind all throughout the hotel. Everyone from the valet, front desk, security, house keeping, restaurant staff, bar tenders, to the shop cashiers. The hotel is clean. The bathrooms on the casino floor stayed clean and stocked. We had the chance to eat at the infamous Oyster Bar and let me just say it is worth the wait in line. The only restaurant I didn’t get to try was the Chinese restaurant but based off the excellence of the other restaurants I’ll just assume that it’s great. The location is perfectly central to everything. An easy commute to the strip or Fremont St, 10 minutes from the airport and surrounded by a lot of shops and eateries. I was here for a concert at the Allegiant Stadium and it was an easy 12 minute drive. I will be staying at Palace Station whenever I visit Vegas.

This is my first stay and I will stay again. Front desk staff was awesome and gave me an upgrade even though it wasn’t part of the VIP standard. The pool area is small, but super nice. The VIP discount on food was good. Plenty of free parking close to the building. Oyster bar open 24 hours with a long line but tasty! Although I did not watch a movie there the movie theater looked great.

Strip prices have gotten out of control, and this place is a great way to save a bit of money but still be close to the strip. The restaurants are very decently priced. My partner and I were able to share one brunch order at The Brass Fork and feel more than satisfied. The meal was $15 and the drinks were probably $5. The hotel has a cute little pool area with a full bar and food menu. If you want to splurge on the cabana, they come with their own misters, so even when the weather was 105 outside, it feels like 75 in the cabana. There is a $150 minimum drink/food order and the fee for the cabana is $50, so it’ll cost you, but probably not near as much as it would on the strip.

This is a great place to stay. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and clean. We were disappointed this time because we arrived about midnight. The only dining venue available was the Brass Fork. We were ok with that as we’ve enjoyed eating there before. Last night, however, there was a 25 minute wait for a table. Needless to say, we went to bed hungry. (Not even room service is available after 11 pm).

The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in was wonderful. Bed comfortable but pillows were lumpy and awful. No refrigerator in the room was unfortunate. We really enjoyed the pool with bar. I did not like the casino because it was smokey. Wish they had a nonsmoking section. The two restaurants, the Chinese and Mexican, were amazing. Loved that we got 20 percent off all food and drinks thru Expedia/hotels.com as gold members.

Although the refrigerator and microwave are an extra cost - there is no need for it since they have an amazing cheeseburger combo meal for $5.99 and delicious steak and eggs for $9.99 from 11pm to 6am and you ant beat their $3 drinks and $3 shots plus their $1.99 margarita drinks! Worth every penny!

Nice room, won a little money and ate delish food at brass fork and lindo michoacan. I only wish there was a snack bar/deli available 24/7. Starbucks, panda and wings are not options for me but sometimes i just want something simple and fast, such as a hot dog or a quick cup of coffee.
