Overall good property with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay. Property had a Snack shop, dine in restaurant, laundry room, 3 nice size pools, vending and ice machines and a show room which they hold great shows nightly! Location is convenient with lots of places to eat near by. The Airport and Las Vegas strip are near by too! Price was definitely worth the stay. The only gripe I had was the Incidental deposit they held each night which was $100/night, maximum of $400 for your entire stay. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Rooms were great amount of space and very clean, but outdated. The lobby store, restaurant, and main pool was closed during our stay. We were there from a Tuesday to a Friday. For the price it was not bad and the location was close enough to the strip were the uber and Lyft rides were super easy and cheap. Disappointed In the amenities being unavailable

A nice quiet resort by the strip. They had their own restaurant and convenience store. There’s other walkable places to shop at too. Room was fairly renovated. Internet access was free but slow at times. Early check-in was quick and convenient after arriving in the morning.

My room smelled like a dead rat. There were bugs in the bathroom the sink and tub didn’t look clean at all. The sheets looked old. Instead of white sheets they were of ivory color.

On the site it shows it so clean and nice. The paint was peeling. Bathroom was disgusting. Bugs in the room. You can tell the room wasnt cleaned properly. Luckily we only booked for 1 night. Never again

Terrible, the hotel room smelt of mold. The air conditioner continuously leaked on the carpet. It smelt of sewage outside. There was only half a roll of toilet paper. I guess you get what you pay for

Bugs all over. We even gave bugs at front desk. Didn't give us discount. Front desk said that they have those when on ground floor. If they knew why open for business. Not happy with this place.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double. Called a Deluxe because it has a wall that separates the sitting area from the beds. This is a nice option. The other bonus is they have ample places to plug in devices foe charging. Other than that its very average. The bathrooms was starting to grow mold in the wall there was no screen in the bathroom window nor a fan. The bathtub grout lines had mold. The fire sprinklers has dust growing on them. One had the cover plat missing so you could see into the ceiling. The vinly flooring in the bathroom was starting to lift up. Oh and the fiest night I left for a few hours and returned to the parking lot bein restricted with yelloe tape ans police cars. The staff couldnt tell me what happen said thata handled by security. Given the option I wouldnt return here unless the other rooms are better maintained.

No frills hotel off strip. Lots of crumbs in room and kitchen area. The pull out sofa couch had stains. Staff friendly- including security, who laughed when they were called for “splashing at the pool” when my children accidentally splashed, someone in the pool. Plenty of parking that filled up.

My first time staying at this property and I thought it could have been more cleanly. There was a chair in our room that was filthy and it was disgusting. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better. The bathroom windows can be opened, but they don’t have screens on them. That is a severe privacy and safety issue. The AC units need to be updated.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the 2 story loft was very spacious and nice looked like a little studio loft. Other than that what really sucks is you can hear planes taking off all night since it’s right next to that airport and the beds were rock hard sadly. Free parking and nice pools. If you don’t mind hearing planes it was decent for Vegas

We stayed for my husbands birthday. We like to visit Vegas once or twice a year. We always try to opt for the hotels with more room space. The room was nice when we walked in.. but the more time we spent there.. the more we noticed the “renovations” were more of a Mickey Mouse job. The shower head & handle moved A LOT, so we were careful when we turned it on. The shower floor felt like we were going to fall thru.. uneven, creaky, & slippery! The bed was on a bed frame that someone might have “jumped” on too much and the frame came apart at the bottom. When I woke up in the middle of the night and got out of bed, I stepped down between the bed rail and the mattress and almost fell..my husband got up and “fixed” it so we could go back to sleep. The downstairs AC unit closest to the restroom was dripping what looked like water.. the neighbors were smoking weed so when we returned to our room Saturday, that’s all we could smell.. and lastly the planes! If you don’t mind the sound of Boeing planes flying overhead every 5-10 minutes all day and night, then this won’t bother you. I normally won’t complain about stuff like this, especially if we aren’t spending much time in the room. But this time just felt like one thing after another.

The rooms are out of date, You can head the up stairs neighbors walking all night, The door is hard to close and lock doesn't work on the door. The room is dark and a little depressing.

Staff was friendly and able to answer all questions. Rooms were cleaned everyday for the 6 days I was there. I was very busy while I was there so I did not have a chance to see the pool, gym, or other amenities. A few things I did not like. My room door would not close unless slammed. Bathroom door would not latch at all. The interior of the room looked like it was given the landlord treatment when it came to maintenance and repairs. Exposed plumbers tape and bathroom shower leaked. No elevator to 2nd floor. If you need to access the laundry or ice machines you need to go to one of the pool areas. The internet is very slow unless you want to pay what I think is a large fee for a very small boost to the already very slow internet.

The door didn't lock, the curtains didnt close all the way and its located near the airport so its noisy. You can hear tge upstairs people walking back and forth all night.

Hotel is well located, room was nice and big, shower (very important to me) had good pressure. Bed wasn't the best- kind of saggy in the middle (I like firmer beds). TV worked just fine once front desk explained the process (it's not your usual TV thing). Gym is outdated, but it works for simple workouts.

Alexis Park is cool for a budget experience. The rooms are clean abd the grounds are nice. The staff is professional and friendly. We had a room with two beds, a pullout couch and a small kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave. The room does come with a cook plate and some pots to cook, but no silverware, plates or cups. The room does not have an adequate trash can so it was hard to dump any trash other than a small amount of tissue. The beds were horrible. They sank in the middle and my husband and i spent the whole night trying not to fall in. There was one blanket and the beds only come with sheets on them. We probably wint stay here anymore even though the location is close to everything.

Absolute thieves / con artist. Don’t give them your bank card they will charge you a deposit fee for EVERY NIGHT YOU STAY! Completely unheard of and if you refuse they report you as a no show so they don’t have to refund your money!!

Our stay was pretty good overall, the grandkids were able to enjoy the pool, which was not that crowded and had lifeguards on duty. My concerns were with how financial matters were handled; 1st a $300 deposit is something you mention to guests up front. 2nd One gives or offered us receipts for food or drinks and intentionally not returned when asked for receipts. 3rd. When checking out the clerk stated they were unable to provide final receipts. Not a good place for people who watch their budget.

check-in was easy and room was very clean; conveniently located for our needs; dog friendly with manicured and well-kept, real grass; drinks were a little expensive, but a trip to the near by liquor store remedied that; We're in Las Vegas about 3 or 4 times a year and will stay at Alexis Park again.

The stay started out with a cold welcome and a surprising resort fee per room which I did not know about. The room I stayed in was clean but tired. Floor tiles cracked. Window blings old and not very effective. This certainly did not match the glowing reviews I read before choosing this hotel for a quick overnight when passing through Las Vegas. Also, the hotel is right next to the airport and the noise of aircraft departing was endless. First and last stay here.

I truly value the experience at Alexis Park for the centralized location to everything within the surrounding areas. Also the amenities that make staying away from home durong extended periods of time.the only thing i didnt like was how the house cleani g kept opening my door and comming into my room.

Although I had to call for multiple things missing, it was handled with professionalism every time. As a travel agent I expect a certain experience. The staff were very accommodating and I will definitely return. The multi level king suite was beautiful.

I booked a room for the 4th and paid a deposit fee. The next day I booked the same room for another night since I can’t move my semi and was told I have to pay ANOTHER DEPOSIT FEE for the room I haven’t even left. While arguing with the staff about about said deposit, since I already paid for the room, I was threatened by security to not only leave if I didn’t come up with the money but that I, my wife, and teen son would be physically removed from our room! I have yet to receive my money back and we’re basically forced to sleep in my truck instead the room I paid for.

It was a great location, 15 minute walk to the strip. Parking was free and easy with many options. The pools were nice and warm. They gave us the wrong room based on my reservation but were very quick to remedy it. The room was clean. The room was spacious and I loved the kitchenette. Only draw back was the constant sound of planes taking off and landing, but that was expected for the location, but it WAS loud.

About 25 minutes walk to the Vegas strip. As it is an older building you will hear more mechanical sounds if you're a light sleeper. Lots of parking near all the buildings where the suites are located.

Very convenient location close to the airport. The courtyard and three pools were very well maintained. The landscaping was nice with lots of spaces for people and pets. The bed and couch were comfortable. The price point on Expedia was excellent. The room could have been vacuumed better and the shower could have been cleaned better. You may want to call and confirm your booking after you book with Expedia.

What a perfect hidden gem. This place is set up like a large two story apartment complex from the 80s. But wow it was nice. The sprawling property has a large central parkline area great for pets and kids to play at. Three pools spread throughout the property to enjoy as well. This place is minutes from the strip and you get free parking.

The overall property is in good shape and is very pretty to walk past the pills to the rooms. There are no elevators, buildings are only 2 stories but worth knowing that you have to take your luggage up and down stairs. There are a few dining options. I only ate at the bar location and it was ok. I had fish and chips that weren't great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was plenty of room in the room itself as I was in town for school and needed a place to study, eat and relax.

There was no breakfast included with the room at this hotel. I was told there was a restaurant nearby I could use. The room was very quiet and clean and the king suite had had two heaters which kept me quite comfortable.
