This is our third time staying at the Bellagio and it always lives up to its reputation. Beds were super comfortable, and rooms are great with spacious bathroom. We like the location of the hotel as well, central to many things. Some say it's too busy of a hotel, however, we enjoy the energy of it all. Great pools too!

Our Bellagio stay was perfect! We were there to celebrate my nieces 40th Birthday. We has adjoining rooms. We were able to get into them early to do a little decorating before my niece showed up. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We tried out the fitness center which was clean and large. Good choice of equipment It was nice to work out a bit before the evening festivities. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful but there’s not much beyond that. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room so only option for a hot drink in the morning was to buy from one of the cafes or Starbucks. Pools were excellent, lots of loungers. TV difficult to navigate and didn’t have apps which lots of hotels have now, so that was disappointing. Hotel itself is excellently located, the fountains are splendid, and the Uber/taxi set-up is the best I’ve seen. We were able to check in a couple of hours early and check out an hour late, with no extra charge. Excellent baggage hold service which is free but be sure to tip the staff

Beautiful property. Centrally located. Bridges to Caesars Palace and Horseshoe. Staff were wonderful! Food was expensive but excellent. If you cant afford the food, the CVS located near the Horseshoe off of the Bellagio Bridge is excellent. Fresh food, alcohol and typical pharmacy foods. We stayed in the Salon Tower which was close to their Pattiserie, fitness Center and Conservatory. We rented a fridge for 50 bucks a night and it was worth it. The pool area was fabulous. Several pools available. The one criticism i had was the rooms lacked updated technology. I needed my phone near the bed and there were no plugs available/USB ports.

Perfect stay at the Bellagio, my… 15th one since 2001! Great location on the Strip. Nice room (Fountain view King) facing the fountains of the Bellagio. Very nice pools, and excellent spa (staff and therapist/attendant did great!). Great restaurants with excellent service (congratulations and thank you to Prime and Como Pool restaurants staff!). Everything is pricey, but the quality is excellent. Though my room was not perfectly clean upon check in, this has been resolved the next day. The parking (20$/day during weekdays and 25$/day over the weekend) should be included with the room, as it was in the past… I will definitely return for a 16th stay!

Amazing hotel. Had a fountain room view which was picturesque perfect. Only complaint is the fountain itself IS a little loud. I slept through it but it kept my wife up a couple of nights The pool was awesome but be weary of pool menus; $35 for a margarita in a cup. Overall experience was great. Definitely would return.

The Bellagio is a Las Vegas oasis. Seriously the most comfortable bed ever. The pools are beautiful with ambient music and so much space. There are multiple pools and hot tubs. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Again- the bed was amazing.

Had a severe headache the first 24 hours after walking through the smoke. They should have separate access to rooms without that exposure.

Bathroom had black mould especially where you need to stand for the shower. Bed sheets were torn in places. No complimentary tea coffee in room. Check in was a miserable affair with no fun feeling. Just lack high spirit customer service at check in. Pool area is amazing. Water didnt look very clean but hopefully it was. Pool food / drinks and service great.

I had reserved a Non Smoking room only to be put in a smoking room that was really horrible and they did not switch us room until night 2. They did offer a food voucher but it did not make up for the fact that we did not get what we paid for. Hairs on the bathroom floor toilet was dirty from the outside will never stay here again.

The room was not as clean as it used to be cause it is my 3rd stay at Bellagio. There was hair everywhere as we checked in the room from the guest who stayed before & that was a bit disappointing. Not many towels & the shower robes were not so clean 🙂 They did not accept to upgrade at check in & the view from the room was not as expected Overall this time it was not like i used to know the hotel before

The thermostat worked fine first four days then not and repairman looked at it and said we couldn’t have the temperature we wanted (72) like the four days. So had to be 68 degrees and fan never shut off. Front desk lady said that the thermostat knows we leave the room and turns unit off. I couldn’t convince her that she was wrong, so we checked out two days early.

Been here for the 3rd time. The only remark I have is that the room I stayed in (King, fountain view 16th floor) was not very soundproof. Especially the hallway. The doors close very hard and you also can clearly hear people in the hallway.

Mini fridge is full of items(pop/alcohol) that can't be removed since there sensor protected. They will charge you if you remove and put back. It leaves you only with space to put 2 water bottles laying down.

The bed in the Bellagio is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid in in my entire life. I have already started figuring out how to recreate it. The details of the room are immaculate and I can never stay anywhere else ever again.

They robed me, i had a 122$ for refund they sais it was not working the refund back to my card and they couldn't give cash neither, obliged me to consume that amount while i was already checking out it was around 7 am. This is robery!!! Everyone asking for tips wth!

I did pick up a couple items in the minibar. There were charges on my invoice for refreshments. I had to call to get resolved. There was a sensor in the minibar (mini fridge). If you don't want to consume the beverages, don't touch them. The charges were put on my bill automatically. They were not be removed after I checked out. You will have to call to dispute. The hotel will ask for 72 hours to investigate.

First of all.. I don’t know what’s worse TSA at the airport or the front desk, the line was so long then when it was finally my turn the guest service lady that checked me had the funkiest attitude!!! I was taken back because I spent a hefty amount on this hotel at least give me a warm smile and welcome. After getting checked, she gives the keys and the little map and basically sends me my way, this hotel is HUGE you almost need a tour guy. Anyways I’m sure she had a long day, but that’s not my problem because so did I- she needed to look like she wanted to be there

The mobile check in process is terrible. Keeping in mind it was busy when we arrived, that said we had completed the form prior to 3:00 but did not receive the email containing the QR code prior to arriving. After waiting for 30 mins for the code in the lobby along with dozens of others we decided to get in line & after waiting another 30 minutes we finally made it to the counter to complete check in. The QR code arrived after we made it to our room, had we waited we would have received it well over an hour after we were supposed to be checked in. I will say though that the staff were doing everything they could to move the line along as quick as they could. This is definitely a problem with the platform / system they are using for their mobile check in.

Have stayed at the Bellagio many times over the last 25 years. Love the location but unfortunately the hotel is looking a little worn in places and the high standards that once were do not seem to be anymore. Everything is very expensive, drinks, food and with the building of the stand for the F1 the fountains were obscured. They really need to pay attention to details like they used to in the early days.

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located right in the heart of the Vegas Strip. There are so many great dining options, and breakfast at Sadelle’s was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the check-in staff could have been a bit friendlier, but overall we had a wonderful stay and a great time.

Not happy about resort fee charge after paying for entirety of room on expedia. All fees need to legally be included on expedia. The smoke was extreme in the casino. Cigarette, cigar, and marijuana. Having to walk thru the casino to get to hotel elevators was unpleasant as a result Service was slow at pool. Many who ordered food never received and got a refund

The Bellagio was amazing they took good care of us! On line check in and check out were awesome! Be careful of the in room honor bar though it’s on a sensor system!! They will charge you for looking at items. Pool was amazing, casino and restaurants were world class. Overall it was an amazing experience. The best place we have ever stayed at in Vegas.

GREAT food at Sadelles and the pastry/coffee shop The food in the Mayfair was not up to par. Lobster was cold and clafired butter was margerine. Pork was good but sauce not flavorful at all good rolls But good show Michael Mina entre was very well prepared and served. Sole and salmon excellent
