Always love staying here, but this time my rooms AC wasn't working to well, little things broken in the room, butno big deal. They sent someone to fix the shader, but I told him about the AC and he was on it, replacedit right away. The new AC was louder nut I'ma heavy sleeper, no biggy to me. The other 2 rooms were working great. The pool was awesome, they staff around the pool is very hardworking and very polite.

Everything was great, except for the parking lot, which if you leave the parking lot to see the city in the evening, when you come back there is no way to find a place and then you are forced to park on the street (not very safe) and the second option was to pay $40 for parking a bit far from the hotel, that was not nice

The hotel was very quiet, cute. One of my favorite hotels where I've always stay in old Vegas Fremont street. My daughter loved the fish tank. The only thing that you guys can change is to make the swimming time longer. I think 6 o'clock for the pools to close is a little crazy. They should at least stay open until about 9 years.

I’ve stayed at the Golden Nugget a few times and the quality of the rooms has fallen dramatically. The tub and sinks need to be refurbished. There was mold on the fixtures and the wallpaper was peeling off. I reserved two deluxe King rooms and one was smaller than the other and it didn’t have the couch depicted in the photos. The check-in process is by kiosks and we couldn’t get anyone to assist us with questions about the rooms.

Room was clean at first glance but then taking a closer look you notice little stains and damage in the bathroom. There was also a terrible smell in the bathroom on arrival. Downstairs shops are fine but the valet staff is very rude the gps sends you to the front entrance but if you aren’t planning on valet parking they are very rude to you and rush you out. Based on the conditions I wouldn’t stay here again.

Over all the rooms were clean , but the bathroom was disappointing. Toilets to low and the bath tub was cracked with rust stain. Floor to tube felt like I was in an egg shell. Water pressure was great. But couldn’t use full pressure or it would not drain. It would back up. Bathroom needs upgrade big time.

There was no fridge, alarm clock or coffee maker. I knew it was Vegas but the constant upselling every time I walked into the lobby felt desperate. They wanted to charge $28 for early check in, though lines of weary travelers lined the halls. The weathered interior bordered on gross, but it was relatively quiet in the Carson tower. They were nowhere near queen sized beds, full at most though advertised as such. Really short pool hours despite the resort fee. Fine for a quick stayover but not as comfortable as we anticipated.

My first night was perfect. Second night a concert that began early in day continued well into the evening. My room on floor 20, windows rattled and the entire room thumped to the music. At 11:45 I contacted the front desk, was told the concert was end a midnight. At 12:15 am still going strong I called a second time your staff suggested I used the supplied ear plugs. Their response was completely unprofessional. I asked to be moved, they said the property was full. Around 1, the noise ended. Yes I was not satisfied with my stay due this issue.

I stayed here to visit the pool but ended up not using it and instead paid to visit another pool nearby. What I didn't expect was the level of noise I had to experience during the evening hours - presumably from the Fremont Street Experience music. Probably won't stay here again, especially because of all the fees the hotel charges for conveniences that were free not too long ago

The room at Carson Tower is so old and the bathtub is not clean. It is old room. I had stayed at rush tower and gold tower which are much better than carson tower. So my stay was okey. The thing I don’t like is the bathroom. Everything else was okey.

Never interacted with a live, hotel employee the entire stay. Paid extra to stay in the Rush tower and it is outdated. Got 4 pods of coffee for the entire 4 day stay. Never replenished.

I come to Vegas often and try to stay at Golden Nugget at least once a year. Service has definitely gone downhill. I had to request housekeeping clean our room on a daily basis. Why is a daily call needed? Called to request it at 1030 am and left for 6 hours only to find my room not serviced. Definitely not coming back.

Lots of hair in shower. Shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. Remote had no batteries. Was told by a human to go to check in at kiosk, only for it to Throw and error and tell me to go back to the human. Said human messed with her tablet and then sent me back to the kiosk. Finally took my information, only to tell me I could upgrade my room for 22.89 to avoid the $25 early check in. Selected it, then it wouldn’t print keys. Back to the human, who sent me to another human, who told me I had to spend another $30 for another upgrade to avoid early check in fees. Ridiculous.

There was no problem with the cleanliness or the appearance of the property. Staff was as friendly as possible, and the food was good at the restaurants. My biggest complaint, as a disabled person, is that the wheelchair accessible elevator was out of order that week, and our room tower was on the far side of the casino. It was incredibly inconvenient and difficult to get to, considering the stairs in the lobby had no ramp to get to check in.

Never stayed in downtown Vegas and I loved it being right on Fremont - will stay here from now on. The Strip is a nightmare. He staff is really professional and excellent at The Golden Nugget. The food was excellent as well and we never had to fight for a reservation. Very accommodating. Highly recommend Vic & Anthony’s Steak House and The Chart House Seafood Restaurant. .

Both times we’ve stayed at hotel, something always going on with pool . This time no shark tank, no hot tub and no water slide. The rooms in Gold Tower are more expensive yet not updated. Fridge hardly works. No microwave, Our AC needed to be st 68 to feel cool yet our kids room could be at 74. We had 5 rooms and every single one of us were on a different floor which is extremely inconvenient since you need a key card for each floor. Our bathroom was dirty and tub/shower definitely needs work. Seems to be going downhill and that’s a shame.
