This was a good hotel for our stay in Manchester. The location was very close to the wedding venue we were attending and we felt safe during our stay. The breakfast wasn’t the most robust, but was enough for what we needed. I would likely stay here again in the future for the price.

This hotel has seen better days and is looking a bit shabby. However, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room/bathroom were clean. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful. It served it's purpose for a one-night stay.

Well I arrived at 2:02, my fault 52 minutes before check in at 3, they tried to add 27.50 to my bill. So I stood around, no one else checked in in the 58 minutes and the staff just sat and played with the phone. I was given a room on the highway and may have been the loudest room I have ever slept in at a hotel. The smell of marijuana filled the fifth floor hall. The rooms TV could not be turned off and needed to have the remote reset...the staff two different men could not do anything. I had to unplug the tv and its one station, this looks as if it has been an ongoing problem as the tv was unplugged when I got there. I did not stay for breakfast and the long term housing guests did not seem problematic. My room was older and dated and clean. I stay in many budget hotels and do not complain often, I was very unhappy here.
