I stayed at this hotel when it was La Quinta. The last time the place was going downhill. This hotel has now been renovated. It’s clean, comfy, everything is new. Excellent service, pool was delightful, breakfast fulfilling and the price was right! Right off the highway too

Very clean with comfortable beds, furnishings excellent and clean bathroom with great shower. 80 degrees not understanding why pool is closed when this area is warm throughout September, very disappointing. Breakfast average but great staff and well taken care of. Didn’t appreciate the 250 damage deposit, that’s more than the room and wasn’t told using my checking card vs credit card made the difference between 2 day return and one week return…

The property is undergoing renovation, and after a long trip, we had trouble locating entrance to the parking lot, as well as entrance to the hotel. When we checked in, we were told that the elavator was not working, and that they had no rooms on the first floor, which meant we had to haul our stuff up the stairs, which were inconviently located at each end of the building. At least we got to see where the fire exits were. It seems like we should have been given a discount.

I have to say i been using laquinta for my place to stay and i have to say this by far is the worse experience i ever had. The check in person double billed me after i alfeady paid on hotels.com and i tried speaking to the manager and i got no where so far i went to take a shower inside the tub was black stuff and i ran the water for a little while and the water was merky light brown and the toilet water was running all night

Clean and bright. Updated decor. The tv remote was dead but was easily replaced at the front desk. The bathtub barely drained. Plumber needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Out of the 3 rooms that were made available to me, none had a working privacy lock. Someone had tried getting into my room at midnight.. they were able to open the door a few inches.. luckily there was the top catch.

The property isn’t in the best area. It was close to convenient places. The breakfast was not very good and lacked choices. O.J. Tasted like water, when staff were informed they seemed bothered by the mere mention of it. Front end staff were not friendly and at times downright rude. When asking for towels to be sent up in the morning, nobody came. I called down in the afternoon and was informed there weren’t any housekeeping in and to come down to the desk and get it myself. My husband went down to get the towels, she gave him 1.

Everything was okay...however they charged me again for 2 days after i paid in full through Expedia They were only suppose to charge an additional $75 for incidentals that would be returned after check out but they charged me $75 plus an additional $486.10. I have spoken to 2 people but they could not help me and I am waiting for the front office manager to return my call and get this rectified.

We were in town for a softball tryout and I was stuck with nowhere to go till noon. The friendly front desk associate hooked me up with a late checkout so I didn’t have to hangout in a frozen parking lot for 4 hours. This is my new go to spot in Manchester.

Short stay one night ,but front desk was very friendly and accommodating got in late no problem checking in Next AM new person at the front desk again very friendly and she let me extend my stay to 12 ,which help out with my busy day. Keep up the great work! Only place I would stay in Manchester Area

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas Holiday. It is conveniently located just off the highway and next to downtown Manchester. The rooms were extremely clean and well organized. The Technology in the rooms were on point and easy to use. I loved that I could watch my own Netflix. Every part of the hotel I saw was extremely clean. The front lobby and breakfast area were very inviting and comfortable. I highly recommend the breakfast spread, had a ton of options. Shout out to the kitchen workers who kept us fed. Even over the holidays, the hotel seemed very busy and very diverse with travelers from all over the world. My family and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Manchester area.

It was not our first time at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was spotless, the staff was kind and available, our stay there was enjoyable. And it’s well located, close to highway and services. I recommand it to anyone who visit Manchester.
