This was a quick overnight trip for our daughter’s softball tournament. We weren’t there for more than a few hours outside of sleeping. Pros: Front staff were friendly, breakfast was decent. Room fridge was nice & cool. Pool was good for what my kids needed, but definitely disappointed that the spa was not functional during our stay. Cons during our short stay… several stains in the hallway, walls & carpet in our room. The big window in our room was cracked & had glue (?) holding it together. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. We’re a family of 5 who spent 12 hours at the ball park so we all wanted to shower, but by shower 3, there was no longer hot water. Finally, every time the toilet was flushed, it would spray water (we hoped it was water), everywhereeeee. Overall, worked for a quick trip, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Was pleasantly surprised. Property is either new or more likely recently renovated. Had a first floor room which had a sliding door that opened up to a nice courtyard, which would be great to have in warmer months. Only drawback was the lackluster breakfast options. There was hot food but the available selections were few and there was no decaf coffee.

I personally liked that it was cleaner than most in the area, the hot beeakfast was ok, but really didnt care for the eggs benedict and sausage links, would prefer something more like biscuits and gravy and either bacon or sausage patties. The walk out patio was awesome touch and so were the free pay channels on tv llike showtime. My only complaint was believing there was a swimming pool but it had a huge sign that stated pool closed but had no more info.

The outdoor patio space is among the best you'll ever find. If you enjoy relaxing outdoors at the end of the day, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

A very disappointed 8 year old! Pool was closed. We arrived at the pool door ready to swim to find note pool closed. Instant tears. The mattress was not comfortable. Disappointed stay.

Very nice hotel. Exterior clean and well maintained. Room was very nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good. Cereal, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, eggs and sausage was available as well as apples and oranges. The coffee was hot and good. Apple juice & orange juice available, too.

I’ve stayed in other Country Inn & Suites and had good experiences. The staff was friendly enough. I didn’t interact with them much. I stayed in a suite. The room had an odd smell. I’m not sure what it was. The furniture was all really worn. The light above the bar in the little kitchen area was blinking like a strobe light & couldn’t be used. The light fixtures and top of the headboard were all covered in dust. The wallpaper in the bathroom was bubbled and starting to peel and there was a spider web by the shower head. The lights were all very dim and it just had the feel of a sad place. I will say the bed was comfy and sheets were clean. The place needs updated & cleaned very badly. The people upstairs sounded like they were jumping up and down during my entire stay. A lot of noise in the hallway too. Overall the place needs some work.

We for checked in. Went to room. It wasn’t cleaned yet. We went back to front desk and they told us to check in later. We can came hours later and the keys didn’t work. Went back to front desk and they rekeyed us. All in all Terrible non customer focused experience. Won’t be back. They did apologize but didn’t make it right.

My room became ant infested during the night and a awoke to one of those tiny suckers biting my arm. The receptionist didn't even apologize and didn't try to make it right. They were crawling all over the place.

Rooms air conditioning didn't work very good. We kept adjusting the temperature 1degree at a time but couldn't get the room to adequately cool the room. The hallway was cooler than our room. Breakfast was sufficient with the exception of some hot items were depleted. The front desk staff manages not only the front desk but the breakfast area as well. We didn't have time to wait for the items to be replenished.

Had a hard time finding the entrance, no signage whatsoever. One other annoying thing was they didn’t have the tv at the end of the bed but on the side of the bed. Had a sore neck trying to watch tv!

Our room was nice and clean. Rest of hotel well maintained. Greeted by friendly staff member. Asked her for options where to eat and she gave us several. Overall stay was good. When at breakfast guest had to wait for refills on food options. Staff member was clearly overwhelmed trying to keep items at breakfast stocked for guest. Found out she was doing laundry and breakfast. Then when checked we out she was also doing front desk. She was keeping up a friendly attitude through all this. Wish I had got her name to tell you she deserves a raise and some help in future.

We arrive at 1 am after a long drive and were given a room that wasn’t clean. I went to the front desk to alert management and no one was there. I wandered around the lobby looking for someone and finally found the woman who checked us in outside smoking. I was exhausted after a long drive and just wanted to retire to a clean bed. There weren’t any other king bedrooms available and we were given a room with two full beds. Not what I had booked. Very very disappointed with the service at this hotel.

Located convenient to I65, we stayed here one night while traveling north. The hotel is in an office park area, which is very quiet and safe at night. But it would be impossible to find without a map app. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the balcony looking on trees was a nice feature. Breakfast was average but sufficient, and there is a grocery store nearby.

Very nice facility, king bed room was comfortable with a nice couch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the breakfast and breakfast area. Somewhat limited options and only 1 small pot of regular coffee, no decaf was available. The area where food was should be redone since it still looks like an abandoned kitchen area.
