Gorgeous property!!! Very fast check in!! Breakfast is made to order, restaurant style. It was very delicious. The room was very clean. Thick, clean blankets. Bathroom was spotless. Microwave and coffee maker in the room. Stand up shower. I loved it there and will return if I’m in the area. 😊😊… pool is just really small and hot tub even smaller.

The Hotel Indigo is excellent, however at the time they were updating this lobby, which seemed like a major renovation, But the room was great, the bed was firm, and the AC was so welcoming. All-in-all = 5 stars! I'd stay there again.

Lightning quick check in. Full service breakfast - high quality. Also, nice little lobby bar for after dinner cocktail - very congenially staffed. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room and throughout. Highly recommend based on these attributes. Very good value.

Very interesting decor, cute dog lives in the lobby. Location is bad. It was quite noisy. Definitely a hotel built for a local company to use, not so much for leisure guests. The poor waitress was doing 3 jobs at once, we felt terrible for her. Food was great, bed was soft. Pool and hot tub were very small

The stay was nice. It was disappointing to find out after we got there that the pool was closed due reconstruction. We were told that we could go to the sister hotel to use their pool, but we chose this hotel for the pool area, so it was frustrating to pay the rate we did for less amenities. Everything else was nice.

Very convenient location. Brewery, restaurants and shops easily walkable from hotel. The hotel decor was unique. We enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. The bartender was very personable. Staff was friendly and professional. We experienced an issue during our staff but it was very quickly and efficiently resolved. Cindy went above and beyond to remedy the situation. It was a great stay. We will definitely be back!

This is NOT an “art deco” hotel, as they wrongfully declare in their advertising. We chose this hotel because of that claim.. disappointing. Yes it has some colorful interior design, but that’s not art deco. Room shower was cold for a long long time, waiting for the water to warm.

We went to Columbus to get away for a few days. Its proximity to Brown County State Park and its rich architectural heritage drew us there. The hotel was fabulous. At checkin, they made sure we knew about the ethnic festival being held downtown. Room was terrific—spacious, bright and quiet. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and architectural sites downtown. The ethnic festival was a nice surprise. Loved Zaharakos Ice Cream parlor and its museum. Food in the hotel was quite good and they have an adventurous bar tender serving craft mixed drinks. We will stay there again!!

Property seemed dingy around the edges. I stayed here when the space was new and it seems like now they haven’t done necessary improvements or maintenance. The pool was clean but there were no towels and everything was thrown about it seemed. The man who checked us in was not friendly at all.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk when we tried to check in. It took awhile to find someone. Also, the bartender was not experienced. Other than that, the rooms were very nice and loved that there was a mini fridge and coffee pot. Very nice and clean!

We were there for a softball tournament and a homeless guy was aloud to enter the building twice. He was seen doing drugs on the 4th floor stairwell and then after a guest reported him, the guy entered the building again after about a half hour. This time he got into and elevator with 2 10 year old girls and thank god one of the other girls saw him and a parent stopped the door from shutting. The police was then called. If the front staff would have been more diligent at the front desk rather than sitting on the floor playing with the dog. He might have seen the man enter twice. The girls were terrified and the parents had to ensure the man was out of the building. Who know what could have happened if the parent would not have stopped that elevator?

The staff was attentive and friendly from the cleaning lady, Jess, to the breakfast waitress to the front desk attendant. The hotel is spotless and the design is simple and modern. Great experience. Tripp is the best little hotel ambassador.

We loved the location! It’s a quick 2 block walk to the downtown area which was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the stunning architectural sites were also within walking distance. Lots of fun pubs and scenic riverside parks were 5 minutes away.

Beautiful building and unique room design and decor. Fun, mid century modern-ish styling. Loved the room layout with a foyer housing a great little cabinet which held the mini-fridge inside and a Nespresso machine with selection of pods. Very clean room, good sizes bathroom with pretty big shower. We took advantage of the nice weather and had a light supper and then drinks out on the terrace. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful. They are exceptionally pet friendly, with dog treats right by the front door, where you will likely be greeted by Tripp, the adorable 'pet ambassador'. Loved it there and will definitely stay again!
