They have a little corner bar. Got a vodka tonic - made in a stemless wineglass & bartender didn't know how much tonic to put in. $18! Included breakfast didn't do any good because it was pretty much empty. Told the front desk. They didn't seem to care.

I would have appreciated a kinder greeting at check-in. While the gentleman was just OK he did seem very put off by me interrupting his evening ice cream. The property and room was good, but the restaurant and bar were not open as posted that was a disappointment.

Becky, our craft cocktail specialist, and also waitress was amazing and a real assest to this hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by the full bar and restaurant on property! And the food and drinks were super! Beds are excellent and the rooms had so many great features and charging ports everywhere and moveable furniture was supwr convenient. Easily the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed, what a pleasure.

Nice, clean outdoor pool. Quite a few people were taking advantage of the pool on a hot evening. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean, except for a couple small, tight (floor, shower) corners. I'm guessing they get missed by cleaning staff trying to turn rooms over in a hurry? Corners like that take time to clean well. The bed was in great condition, clean, and comfortable. Nice linens. Heat & AC controlled by a thermostat and very effective. Not loud. We had dinner (pizza) and drinks at the 2nd floor bar. Both were very good. There's a nice selection of food, including salads. Drinks are reasonably priced. Cozy, with fun decor.

I arrived at this hotel at 10 PM, there was a terrible smell in the room. Almost like a musty basement Apartment smell. Perhaps this room, 233, has had some sort of water damage? The pool closed at 11 and I was eager to get in the water before bedtime, it’s the reason why I chose this hotel. So I didn’t have the desire or energy to go walking around looking at other rooms. The front desk brought me up a room deodorizer bottle. It didn’t do much to help the problem The next day, I realized I left my swimsuit and a skirt in the wardrobe. I called and they said no one had checked into that room yet so they would check lost and found and with the cleaning lady. Then I was told sorry, there’s nothing there. It’s not really a mystery. My belongings were either thrown away immediately or stolen. Extremely disappointing, especially for $220 for the evening Not inclusive of breakfast I do not recommend staying in this hotel

We travel around the country twice a year and stay in a lot of different hotels and this was one of the best. The room is spacious, quiet and dark at night with special shades. The bed was the best, the refrigerator was quiet-no humming. Lots of counter space. Beautiful bathroom with good lighting. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

I really loved this hotel. By far one of the best I have stayed at in the Columbus, IN area! My only issue was the restaurant hours and breakfast not starting til 7 on Sunday. The room was excellent. Comfortable and big. Nice shower and bathroom area as well! All-in-all a great place to stay.

Front desk manager was rude and not helpful. We had two reservations and it was a total cluster. Then we did not have any hot water in Room 217. When we told the front desk they said they knew due to construction. Bar was right outside our room and people were loud and noisy until 3am. I will not stay here again.

The front desk person when I checked in was not friendly at all and gave me told me that all rooms in the hotel have the same view when I asked if I could get a room with a good view -- pretty weird because certainly not all rooms would have same view as there were 3 floors and 4 directions to the hotel. But I liked the room I stayed in, quiet and comfortable bed and the bar was great!. I will stay again.

The front staff was rude as could be on 05/27 trying to explain their cancellation policy. But per IHG which is who they fall under terms state we could cancel a room upon arrival before 4pm. Which me and my sons coach tried to do. Unfortunately a mix up between two parties and we miscommunicated. However not a reason for staff to be short and rude.

This hotel was wonderful! It was clean, quiet, the staff was incredibly nice and gracious! I even got to visit with the chef and waitress as they told me some history about Columbus! This hotel is just down the road from downtown Columbus, and approx 25 minutes to Nashville, IN. We will be using this hotel from now on when we visit our extended family!

Wish there was a coffee bar and a continental breakfast. Did not want to pay for a full breakfast. Just like a place to enjoy coffee and toast or fruit. The staff was excellent.

I always stay at holiday because of the gym and free breakfast. No one mentioned that breakfast was not included. Imagine my surprise when we received a bill for $28 for 2 of us. We would have preferred McDonalds. This is only holiday inn I ever saw where breakfast was not included. This should be pointed out to guests at check in!!
