The most extraordinary part of our stay was the exceptional kindness of the staff. We arrived in the morning straight from a cruise with one of recovering from flu. The staff did heroics to get a room ready hours before check in and meanwhile brought us a hot beverage. Some of the other reviews might pick out one or another shortcoming. In our mind kindness outweighs say everything else. Thank you. Also it’s really a lovely hotel.

Staff was lovely. The room was fine, but I could hear absolutely everything. Above me, next to me and the loud noises from the main lobby and restaurant area. Not the most ideal. The bed was pretty uncomfortable as well. Amazing location, though. Just wish there wasn’t so much noise (this was especially annoying when trying to sleep) during the day is not a big deal

A bit pricy for what you get but a great location if you're going to any shows in the area. Room was clean, passably quiet for being next to a busy area, and the staff were all friendly.
