The parking lot is very well illuminated, but considering that the blinds one the room windows are sheer, your room will be blinded with lights. If you have a hard time sleeping in the equivalent of daylight conditions, stay somewhere else. There is no way to block the very bright parking lot lights from your room.

Great location! Across from Fairgrounds and 2 miles from the Seminole Hardrock Casino!!! Nice new beautiful hotel! Felt safe, all lit up. Rooms were quiet except for road noise! It was loud! Rooms are gorgeous, beds and pillows were super comfortable! Staff was very nice. They have coffee and breakfast items for purchase. There is a tiny coffee pot in the room which made not bad coffee. Nice touch. Elevators were fast! Shower didn’t get really hot but it was ok. There is a nice patio and a nice looking pool. I would stay here again and definitely recommend!

The hotel is relatively new. Nice, open rooms, very clean. No free breakfast like most places but a wawa is next door for coffee and food. There is a mini food place in the lobby area. We did not use it so no opinion. It is a very plain looking hotel. We were wondering where the garden was! It is very convenient to the casino and really close the fairgrounds.

Was a wonderful pet friendly hotel near everything, or at least easy to get everywhere from location, 24 hr Wawa next door walking distance, casino is very close 5 minute drive . Comfortable beds , lots of channels, clean pool. Going back soon

Everything on the property is new. They opened about four months ago. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate for a special needs the café downstairs although a little bit pricey is convenient and the food is delicious. The beds are clean and very comfortable!

Room was huge, spotless, and has fresh fragrance smell. AC works great and curtain blackout excellent. Coffee machine works well and easy to operate. Hotel conveniently located in a great neighborhood and easy accessible from/to the freeway . Very close to Seminole Hard Rock Tampa and the Fairgrounds. The mattress and pillows very comfortable. The only thing is the bath towels a bit too small, I’m not a big/tall person and the towel barely fits me. Staff were excellent and pleasant, very polite. Overall everything is good, we will definitely come back.

Got the the room and they only had 2 towels for 4 people. Had to run downstairs and get more towels. Then there was barely any toilet paper. Another run downstairs to get some. The room wasn’t clean at all, found long black hairs everywhere. Then the last straw was the stains on backside of pillows. Looked as if nothing was washed. We switched rooms because it was too late to leave the hotel with 2 small kids. For a brand new hotel, I would avoid it.

Rooms were fine, it’s brand new so I didn’t understand the rust stains in the shower so early but I would suggest cleaning the bathroom shower walls in the corners better and taking care of that stuff more as well. I’m a bathroom person first. If bathroom isn’t clean to my standards I tend to leave

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had in quite some time. From the moment my girlfriend and I checked in, it was one issue after another. Upon entering our room, we began to unpack only to find a crack pipe inside one of the drawers, along with dirty towels. Naturally, we reported this to the front desk immediately. What was most shocking was the staff member’s response asking if we had thrown it away. Why would we discard something we didn’t bring into the room? That level of negligence is unacceptable. We were then moved to a different room, only to find stained bedding and lukewarm water in the shower. The overall lack of cleanliness, care, and professionalism from both the cleaning staff and front desk is honestly beyond comprehension. This will be our first and last time staying at this hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no guest should have to experience this.

Very clean and nice professional hotel to stay at if you’re visiting the Tampa fairgrounds area or hard rock casino, literally only 3 to 4 minute drive from the casino. The rooms are very spacious and the bed and pillows are super comfortable. They have everything you need for accommodations. Great value for the price which is very reasonable

the rooms are very nice and clean, there's really no staff at least I didn't see anyone except the front desk guy and we were there 3 days, the cable kept timing out, there's no microwave in the room, we were only giving one key, and the a/c isn't great it was always hot in the room no matter how low we dropped it

No electricity on entire wall, including TV, fridge and overhead light, had to change rooms from Disability room to regular. Thin walls, took a long time for the water to get hot in shower. Difficult to understand person at front desk. Long check-in, no form of free breakfast, and charged an extra $100 for a 100% disabled retired Veteran’s service dog.

Hotel was excellent and staff very supportive and professional. Only issue I have is I could not get a copy of my payment invoice/receipt when leaving and was referred to Expedia for my receipt. It was a hassle to locate and finally found the link only to be block by Chrome. Customers should have the option to get invoice a the hotel.

The room was okay. The location is great. The front desk did not have many customer service skills, anytime we had contact with them. Don’t stay in the room to relax during the day at anytime. I have never heard a noisier cleaning staff. It’s a nice hotel, maybe just new so people are learning!

There are no anti-slip features in any of the tubs. My 88 year old father was traveling with us and while he had a room with grab bars in the bathroom, anti slip features in the tub would have been a welcomed safety feature. However, the hotel is new and beautiful and the staff is amazing. We would stay here again without a doubt.

This was a new place. The staff were very nice! The room was modernized and came with all amenties needed. The bed was very comfortable. They have a little shop for snacks and also a coffe bar that sold sandwiches and muffins. It wasn't hard to get to dispite the traffic. I would stay again!

The post office wasn't too far away, and neither was the Costco or Walmart. You did have to drive a bit to get to the good restaurants in the area. The hotel didn't have shower gel, but I did bring my own. I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, but I was mistaken; I had to pay. So, I went to Walmart and stocked up on yogurt, milk and ceral, life was good.

The room was well clean and the staff was very nice even if we needed towels they were very generous and helping us out. It's just that the location of having to do u-turns to get to where I need to go to was a little hat that specially with the work that was going on outside. Other than that the hotel was very nice. But we were a little upset that the breakfast was not free.

The hotel has only been open for 4 months, so being new, everything was in pristine shape. The small things that I look forward to in a hotel room were lacking, like lotion and a shower cap, but perhaps that will change eventually after they are open a little longer. The people working there are super nice and pleasant and even though they don't offer a breakfast in the morning, they have a great menu to order from. My white chocolate mocha caramel cappuccino, which the gentleman made himself, was amazing!

I can tell this is a fairly new hotel. Very clean smelled nice bed was decent. The check in was not personable. And was told about a deposit amount that was not explained during booking. They had a food space for grab n go snacks. Was a decent stay overall!
