Room 244: 1. The minute we got in both of the double beds had black stains on them. Large and very much visible. There's literally no way anyone decent tending a room would have seen that and thought it was ok. I had to call to get the sheets and bedding entirely replace to which the male receptionist did and brought new clean ones to the room. 2. The room itself. Old. Needs a full refurbish. It's extremely dated and there were termites in the bathroom eating away at the caulk in the bathroom by the tiles. Also- "no smoking 🚭", but the AC remote had a lighter burn. As well as parts of the old stained furniture. The bathrooms lock doesn't work. And the door at the bottom is falling apart to where you have to push the door and can see the fake wood varnish stick and jam the door. Also the bedrooms decorative baseboards/trim were peeling off. The carpet flooring in the room is very obviously not vacuumed often. Biohazard at the least. 3. The parking lot. Shady as hell. Too dark. Park anywhere near the back and 100% that car will be broken into. It's just too shady and the outside is littered with garbage. All in all. Save yourself the regret. Book anywhere else.

The room was absolutely not clean. There were roaches, the fridge door was disgusting and the walls were stained and dusty. We had a back door to the balcony that wouldn’t even shut all the way which made us feel unsafe.

Everything was good and clean 👌

We rented a room and the smell wasn't great. The bed sheets had stains and there were hairs in between the sheets. We asked to switch rooms, the next room smell was worse sheets were cleaner but still some hair around the bed. I would not ever come back.

The room was not as clean as it supposed to be and the bed bugs were horrible ate my whole family up I even got one in my car the staff was very nice the pool was cleaner than the room should have stayed out by the pool
