Very convenient with easy access to the elevator and a comfortable bed. We had our dog along and everything went smoothly. Very helpful and friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast with nice variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin. Check in was 3pm, yet our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. Traveling for 5 hrs with 4 children, they were eager to go swimming, yet we were told that they could not and the desk clerk only suggested we go find something to do while we waited for our room. Then actually charged us for a bottle of water after we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were in a queen suite and only had towels for 4 people. 6 people were in our room and on our reservation, yet I was questioned about the number of people and the number of towels already in the room…like I was trying to steal them. The next day I gave all the wet towels and washcloths to housekeeping and asked for 6 more, but they never brought them. So I had to go to the front desk and ask the same clerk for the towels and once again asked about the number of people and what size room we were in…I DIDN’T WANT TO STEAL YOUR TOWELS. Your staff was rude and could use some customer service training. Stop thinking everyone is trying to take advantage of you. Pool closed to early 8pm. I would not recommend this hotel.

I found a bedbug in bed @12:21a we left went to another hotel for the rest of my stay in NC. But before leaving we clean everything from our luggage and car to make sure we didn’t have any bugs lingering around and the hotel charged my card $25 + $125 talking about they found ashes. Which they probably did see ashes but it was from us cleaning out our stuff

The breakfast was good, but my room smelled like stinking feet and bleach. I could tell they cleaned the room, the beds were comfortable, but the carpet reeked of smelly feet. We went out and bought our own lysol spray to try and kill the smell, didn't work. I would suggest getting the carpets cleaned or replaced. Also, housekeeping neglected to leave towels and washcloths in our room after our first night there. They removed all of the dirty things, but didn't replace them and we didn't realize until the next morning we had to call the front desk for them. He told me to come to the front desk to pick them up. I was not going down stairs in my night cloths so He finally decided to bring them to my room. The bed was so comfortable.

My wife and I were nearly turned away even though we had paid in advance. We were told it was because we lived within a 50 mile radius of the hotel. We were just trying to do a romantic getaway. I suppose this hotel chain can’t be bothered to ban guests who damage rooms instead they throw a blanket on everyone. If you have guest’s damage a room, ban them individually.

I was told by rep at the front desk that due to a I live in Greensboro North Carolina that hotel.com shouldn’t allow me to book a room hotels say due to that I would not be able to stay there so I wasn’t able to get my keys or anything the lady Refused to give me a key and this was for my daughter‘s birthday weekend. It was a disaster due to this I just want my refund back cause this was a totally inconvenience when we had a lot of family that came out of town for this event.

The jamaican woman at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. We flew into town from Los Angeles and stayed one night. The room was clean but thr pillows were as flat as tissue paper. Wouldnt stay there again.

They gave us the wrong room. We reserved a king room with a pullout couch. They gave us a regular king room. We had to go back down to the desk and they said there was nothing she could do to help us. I asked for a roll away bed and she said " Oh yeah we do have those."

Extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very clean, up to date with modern finishes. The guest services were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Even though we were beside the interstate, we couldn’t even hear the traffic! The free breakfast was amazing, they offered Gluten free options, which I loved because I have celiac. Joyce and Jamie were great making sure we had any and everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Greensboro!
