Kind of strange that there is no handicap paring in the garage and no entrance without stairs form the garage. I saw people struggling with a stroller. Also $33 a night is too high.

The people there were kind, but the room was wet, hot and cold all at the same time. The parking garage was a nightmare. We saw people damaging their cars because of how tight the turn into the garage was and the gate sometimes didn’t work at all so there were cars piled up just waiting trying to help figure it out so we could all get out of the garage. No employee was there to help and there was no way to call for assistance. Plus we had to pay for the horrible parking, it was $33/night. The garage was not conveniently located to the elevators so you have to walk through all of the conference centers just to get to the elevators.

It is inexcusable for a hotel the size of the Mark Center Hilton to only have 4 elevators in the entire hotel. During my stay from 18-20 July 2025, I had to wait over an hour to catch the elevator. Three elevators were operational the first night of my stay and the next day only two were operational and the same thing when I was checking out. The hotel was packed with multiple events. I am a disabled veteran, and the stairs were not an option for me, so I had to wait and was really inconvenienced.

The rooms and main lobby were very nice. The pool is very small and outdated. The elevators are extremely slow! They have 4 and it wasn’t busy the weekend my family went but took over 5 min to get an elevator each time

Our experience was awful from start to finish. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke so badly we had to move. The second had black spots on the ceiling above one of the beds. Another room had used Q-tips between the sheets, pillows that smelled like sweat, and urine on the toilet seat. The chain lock on the door didn’t line up properly—it had clearly been forced at some point. The lamp had black fuzzy buildup around the base and switch, and the USB port didn’t even work. This place is in serious need of deep cleaning and maintenance. Will never stay there again.

I was there for an event for an organization I belong to. At the banquet, the glasses were extremely dusty, and the silverware was dirty. I don't know why the setup staff would even put the items on the table the way that they looked. Also, at one point, we waited 45 minutes for an elevator to come to the lobby to get to our room. Some staff were extremely helpful, and a few made it known that they were disgusted that our group was there. The ice machines were broken or leaking on nearly EVERY floor. The hotel has 30 floors, with only 3 working ice machines was horrendous. I would never recommend this hotel.

The bathroom in the room was not clean. There were hairs in the shower and dirt on the wall. The balcony was completely covered in bird poop where you couldn’t step outside. The elevator panels were loose. The indoor pool was closed along with the outdoor because they’re both seasonal and at my time of booking, this was not stated on Expedia or the hotels website.

My room had dirty sheets. I was moved to a different room and the second room had a dirty toilet. I called front desk and they send cleaning people to clean the toilet. Asked for money off from my charge but was told because it was booked through a third party, hotel couldn’t do it. The cleaning in the hotel is subpar.

I checked in and my first room was dirty. Crumbs an hair on the bed . Hair in the fridge and last but not least pubes in the shower . How is that considered clean . My second room the bed was clean (er) fridge still dirty and the bathroom didn’t have hairs this time but still dirty along the walls an borders.Next for a Hilton hotel the slight modern or nice feel a decor stops at the lobby . The building an rooms are extremely outdated extremely … not worth the amount of money they charge .. I was only there for less than 7 hours thank goodness so the furniture an styles didn’t bother me much but they were all scratched and looked like they were picked up at the local swap meet .. the bathroom itself was falling apart the counter tops were broken, the sinks hot an cold water were bad as in there was no cold water . Same goes for the shower nothing but hot scolding water even with the knob on cold . It took about 10 minutes to go from scolding to Luke warm . I’ve had bad hotels before but never to this extent where I needed to leave a comment … motels have better rooms . I hope I won’t be back in the area but if I have to I’ll try the holiday inn or just sleep in the car . And if you don’t believe you will once you enter the rooms . Even the fire sprinkler is filled with dirt an grime shows they don’t dust .

The room was clean, but they for got to clean once. The main problem is the availability of internet. I was unable to check in my flight and choose my seat. I got the worst seat in the plane on my flight back. hilton make it difficult to sign up to internet to much information need to be enter to access internet. Even the airport WiFi was this difficult. So disappointing.

I didn’t remember to get her name, but the lady at the desk who works night shift (leaves at 7am) was the most pleasant person to talk to and she was very helpful. Give her a raise!! We need more people like her in this world

I had issue with one staff member. Mario is not consistent in his customer service. I was unable to be served for breakfast due to him doing what he feels in the moment. I left my personal belongings and staff damaged my property. Also signage for breakfast should be included and you should be well informed in advanced that you have to pay additional fees. It's a standard powdered egg and frozen sausage breakfast and should not have an additional cost. I do want to thank the hospitality representative that checked me in. She was the reason for the high review for staff. Otherwise staff members were dismissive, inattentive and damaged my property.

This is a conference center so immediate area is businesses relating to industry. Was surprised that there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices. The Market did not have any cubes or cords for sale, which would be super helpful. Staff excellent, restaurant and bar area also very good.

We stayed for a night. Check in was smooth. Staff were professional and helpful. The bar and the food were good. Except for the small hair found in our sushi. However, the bartender was really nice! Whwn it came time to sleep, the air conditioner gave us problems which emphasized how uncomfortable the bed was. It got to about 74 in our room even at the lowest setting which did not make for a good nights sleep.

Pleasant experience. The front desk manager was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. My initial point of contact was not helpful but then the manager stepped in to resolve the issue. My thanks to her. The breakfast was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The overall hotel service at our program was great!
