Check in process was mediocre. Took a photo of my ID and couldn't tell me how it would be destroyed. The condition of the property was poor - many things in disrepair including the elevator. Upon check-in they confirmed it was a non-smoking room (and made me sign a non-smoking statement) yet the room smelled like an ashtray.

I got this hotel because of the location (close to DC but not in). And because of the swimming pool. Well the swimming pool is completely filled in and overgrown with plants. They DO NOT have a swimming pool. Location was extremely dirty. Rooms smelled of weed nonstop. Everywhere.

I got stuck on elevator on day one. Room cleaned twice on a 7 day stay. The same stranger knocking in my door at all hours. I had the feeling of an impending drug deal at all times. Tv remote extremely sluggish. Hotel lobby staff hiding behind bulletproof-proof glass. A $28 dollar Uber ride from DC mall. Look elsewhere. A poor example of hospitality.

There was no Bible in the room and there were cockroaches crawling everywhere. Also after paying $100 online for the room you still have to put a $50 deposit down for the room you do get it back the next day but it is still annoying.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were blood stains on the sheets. The floor in the hotel room had never been mopped. It was black filthy. The beds were horrible. Woke up in all kinds of pain. My little dog went under the bed and came out with a potato chip. Obviously, no one has ever vacuumed and cleaned under the beds. An absolutely disgusting hotel from top to bottom. And we were not compensated in any way for the disgusting conditions we had to endure. Furthermore, when I booked my room, I asked for a first floor room because my husband is handicap. When we got there, they had nothing but a second floor room to offer us. So my poor husband had to climb the stairs to our hotel room. And then there was the running and partying and arguing outside on the landing all night long crazy people acting up. and they want to charge $100 or more a night to stay there. They should’ve been a $20 night stay. You cannot pay me to stay there again. Do not work here one as fast as you can away from this hell hole.

Unpleasant experience. We were provided with a room that clearly has been used by another guest. Bed sheets and pillow case still has hair and sweat stains. Floor was not even swept and moped. We felt the floor was sticky with some fluid stain. The bathroom tissue was not refilled, left us with half used tissue roll. Please do not book a stay here at all. The staffing definitely needed to be revised. Owner should know that there is a problem to this property. Spend you money elsewhere and not spend it here.

I had to leave the room with hopes I’ll get some reimbursement and check myself into another hotel late at night. There were roaches in the room. Because I had already been in the room I wasn’t promised refund. ?!!

This is literally one room with a bed and a toilet. Its good if you just sleeping there for a few hours in and out, but to stay longer than a few hours with family i dont recommend it, excellent price, lots of restaurants around and staff was friendly.

We went in July and weather was hot and humid. Our AC quality was so so. Running it continuously made the room damp. So it was uncomfortable to sleep. Some strange people around the property so at times seems unsafe. But the front desk was professional and helpful.

Absolutely never again. They started knocking at 9:00 a.m. Even though I had a late check out for 1:00 p.m. I couldn't sleep after that and it was so annoying because I didn't get there until 11:00 p.m. The day before. I told him that I was coming in late and I do not want to be woken up. Then they start in with the knocking at 9:00 a.m. and then continuously knocking every hour on the hour after that. So annoying. I will never stay at a place like this ever again. The Days inn was disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves. I can't wait to get my deposit back because that's the only good thing that comes out of that hotel.

Floors were pretty dirty and the corners of the rooms. Not terrible, just details. There wasn’t a “do not disturb sign” and at 8:30 the maid came banging. We got in late and fell asleep around 1, going to sleep in, not! Overall a good experience, you get what you pay for.

The customer service was shameful. I arrived to check-in and the attendant moments later begins conversing with a man who shows up behind me, in another language. He takes his time to get me checked-in, while conversing with this man and not processing my reservation in any timely manner at all. Only after irritation shows on my face he decides to pause his conversation. I checked out today and over 90 minutes after check out my deposit hasn't been returned. The signage at the desk said it would be returned after 15 minutes. I call and call the desk but nobody picks up still. I'm bitterly disappointed. Totally unprofessional by Days Inn (Oct 6-7)

The hotel really needs to have two people working the desk checking people in during the evenings from 7 to midnight, especially Friday and Saturday nights. It took me 45 minutes to check in & then they charge $100 - which is as much as the room was - for a security deposit and, they double charged me on gbs security deposit so I paid $200 in security deposit for $100 room that it took me 45 minutes to check into, it's not acceptable. Then, there was another manager type guy there but he wasn't doing anything. He was just letting the one clerk check people in & he knew the line was long.

Drug bust in the parking lot, smells like weed outside and a drifter asked me to get him a room. And they called security on a guy who was disputing a credit card issue. Other than that, pretty uneventful.
