El personal es muy amable, su desayuno muy bueno. Pero sus habitaciones tienen un tema, algunas no tienen blackout, otras se inundan al bañarse al grado de que el agua llega hasta la cama, y otra la enregaron con el cabello todo pegado en el muro del baño. En nuestra estancia nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación y lo vuelve incómodo ya que es guardar todo varias veces.

El personal es muy amable, su desayuno muy bueno. This place was disappointing from the get go. The room was incredibly cold and the temp setting could not be adjusted. We also went out on the town and I left my Iphone 12 charger plugged in the room. When we got back it was gone. I travel all over and have never had this happen. We told the manager and of course he apologized but at least gave me a "cheap" one to at least charge my phone. I ended up renting a car the next day and told the front desk I was going to self park. They told me there was a fee which is fine. The next day when we were about to check out I asked Pamela about the investigation on my charger and she said that the maids there cannot steal a charger like this since my phone was too advanced. Lol. Ok, so i got upset and wanted to leave. I misplaced my key card to get out of there and asked Pamela to make me another one. She smiled and said it would be an additional 650 pesos, roughly $32USD. Really!! For a key card. I asked her to just let me leave and she said she could not. I was furious and told her I would call corporate. She laughed as if "go for it" Lol. Well I found the key thank GOD and got out of there.Terrible place. Never ever will I used a Holiday Inn, hotels.com is fine but very disappointed with this experience.

Me tocó en el piso 2 y estában pintando traía a mi bebé y llegaba a la habitación el olor y le comente que me prei¿ocupaba y les comenté la primera noche si me podían cambiar la recepciónista me dijo que me iba hacer el favor de respetarme la tarifa y que me avisaba la mañana siguiente nunca aviso entiendo que a lo mejor no había disponibilidad pero al menos por atención me hubieran avisado

To be honest our best experience was with room service amazing food amazing service. I was sick due too a bronchitis with asthma and couldn’t do much and the room service staff were angels to my staying. Thank you i couldn’t be more grateful.

Esta ubicado en la zona sur cerca de Coyoacán cerca del cenrro comercial mitikah en genral esta bien el hotel sin embargo el servicio no es lo mejor llegamos y nadie nos asistio con las maletas y no nos dieron un solo minuto de tolerancia para la salida en una mala actitud, maxime que la salida es a las 12 pm

Varios puntos; no nos recibieron el auto, no había nadie en recepción, nada amable el el personal que me toco, me dieron una habitación horrible, pedi cambio y la que me dieron olía a caño y tuve que poner toallas en las coladeras. Esta super sobrevalorado para la atención y el estado de las habitaciones. No me vuelvo a hospedar ahí, muy caro y no vale la pena.

La persona que nos atendió en el front desk, no nos trató bien, le pedí que si nos podía dar el upgrade por que somos “gold” y no nos contento. Nos mandaron a un cuarto que tenía toallas tiradas en el piso de la puerta Había toallas tiradas en el corredor por que la puerta de junto estaba en construcción El cuarto olía a pintura fresca y tenía manchas de yeso La terminaron de remodelar ese día en la tarde ( llegamos en la noche) Pedimos cambio y nos mandaron a una habitación que olía feo Pedimos unas toallas y nunca llegaron

To be honest our best experience was with room service amazing food amazing service. I was sick due too a bronchitis with asthma and couldn’t do much and the room service staff were angels to my staying. Thank you i couldn’t be more grateful.
