Room was clean and tidy. One thing I woild want to point out is that public bath to operate until10 or 11am, so that gusts have a little more time to enjoy hot bath.

Italian style breakfast looked good, and reasonably priced per room. Very clean, staff spoke english and were very helpful and accomodating with our last minute change to booking. Quite spacious for Tokyo, eapecially given the price. Would 100% stay again.
