Lovely comfortable room. Friendly staff. Lively part of town. But its very central. Will stay there again.

Elevator was not in it is big problem for carry the luggages to upstair. There are to many steps Manager helped us

OK hotel close to Hamburg Bahnhof. Quite rough neighborhood, especially during the sundown hours. There is no lift and many stairs to walk up (and carry your bags!!!) so be aware! No Hotel lobby or luggage room. They were very kind to let us leave our luggage anyway when we arrived at 5:30 am. The room was clean and ok with a fan. Breakfast ok. The Hotel was on all in all, a bit too provet, I would not stay again due to all the stairs/neighborhood/price.

Excellent location for Hamburg train station and attractions. Lack of lift a problem with heavy luggage. Hotel has a real character, it depends what you are looking for!

Convenient but not a nice area - needs a lift to get to the 3rd floor - but I knew that when booking
