The property was very good. It is well located to walk to broadway or a very cheap uber ride away. There were some good food options right next to the hotel as well. It felt safe and was good value for money. I guess the only negative was not having our bins emptied when the rooms were tidied. I saw a review saying you had to request it (I think) and if that is the case it would seem a bit odd as surely it should just be done. All in all a very pleasant stay, well located and good value for money. The gym and pool area was also pretty decent. Would recommend.

My stay was great however when it came to valeting my car that was another story. My first issue was I forgot my charger in my car. My fault I know. I go to get my keys for my car to get my charger and they can’t find them. They couldn’t find them because they left them laying on the valet desk outside at 1230 in the morning. Both valet attendees were inside of the hotel on their phones so my car could’ve easily got stolen. Secondly I go to pick my car up this morning and it took them 20 minutes to bring my car around. After seeing multiple people walk up after me get their cars I became pretty frustrated as I was in town for work and it made me late. After asking for my car 4 different times and then asking my name 4 different times my car finally arrives. I look at my tag that they write the location down on in the parking garage and it was empty. So that lets me know they just forgot about my keys and lost my vehicle and had to walk around pressing my horn to find it. After having to pay 42 dollars to even have your car at their hotel you would think they would have a better system.

The pool was closed. We received three emails prior to our arrival stating the Bistro was open for breakfast but no notice about pool being closed. We were planning on spending a significant amount of time at the pool. Very disappointed.

Overall we were pleased at the accommodations, for the value. Location is walkable to downtown but it is approximately a 30 min walk. It has been newly renovated, rooms were clean & updated. The only complaint was the valet took too long at times to wait for our car. As that is the only parking option, we had to wait over half an hour at one point for our car. Not sure if they are under staffed when it comes to the valet parking?

The pool area was a mess-used vapes laying around and pizza crust, no towels. You have to pay $42 for valet services, no other parking. Night was very loud.

Burned out light bulbs was a minor inconvenience, but the fact that the room was so humid we felt like we were sleeping on sheets just taken out of the wash machine without drying. Same with towels. The hallway out side our room was not vacuumed for the 3 days we were there with popcorn all over. Although a rooftop pool was advertised in several places, the pool was closed without water the entire 3 days we were there. We were informed when checking in the room would be cleaned and fresh linens daily, it was not done on our second day there. We didn't think it was fair that we were charged for a full day of parking ($42.) even though we checked in at 5:00pm. It was all in all not a good experience and we would not go back.

Least maintained courtyard I’ve stayed at. The pool was dirty, the chairs and loungers around the pool were dated and uncomfortable. It wasn’t what I’m used to when I stay at courtyards and I was disappointed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Noisy, front desk not friendly, valet very unfriendly, cost for valet was too expensive, getting texts to leave a tip for them. I was late for an appt. Because staff of valet parking got stuck in elevator with my keys. Had to wait until fire dept got there before I could get my car. Never once apologized to me. Rude!!!

We got to our room, and even though we booked for 3 people, there were only two towels, and no bedding for the sofa bed. That’s irritating, but not the end of the world. I went back down to the lobby and got what we needed. But then I went to take a shower and found what looked like hair clippings from the previous guest in the sink. The front desk clerk was super apologetic, and we got a new room. The new room was virtually identical. It also didn’t appear to have been very thoroughly cleaned, with hair on the bathroom floor and visible layers of dust and grime built up in the corners. It wasn’t awful — I probably wouldn’t have noticed (or even looked, tbh) if we hadn’t just changed rooms because of a cleaning issue — but it was enough to make me uncomfortable. The bed was too hard — also something I normally wouldn’t complain about, but it added another level of discomfort to this stay. Then parking was exceptionally expensive. Overall a super mediocre experience for cleanliness, comfort, and value. The staff that evening were fantastic.

I only have two complaints about my stay. The first was my room was not ready when I got there at Check in time. And when we got to the room it stunk. It smelled like mildew and the floor by the air conditioner was wet. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel

Staff was friendly. That’s the best thing I can say about this stay. My room was not cleaned well. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower, wrapped around the shampoo bottles mounted on the wall. The bed was not very comfortable. Valet took forever to get our car each time, even requesting it 10 min before. The system was not working properly. Self-parking was only $4 less than Valet. On top of all of that their entry way was wet when it rained. I fell and hurt myself. No management was on duty and it took a while for the staff to reach them on the phone. They finally called me and I called back and I still cannot reach them. I was highly disappointed.

Location excellent for walking to restaurants. Close to hospital where my family was admitted. Very tight parking! Housekeeping is thd only reason I did not give a 5 star. Trash left in room. Drinking cups not replenished. No 24 hour housekeeping, so if you have a need, it will wait or go to front desk for cups, towels, etc. Bed was very comfortable!

The lighting in the room was difficult to find all the switches for each lamp. The pull out couch mattress was stained terribly and horrible. When you laid on it it’s like all the stuffing was gone out of it and there was just a thin cloth over the coils. The zipper to one of the cushions was torn out so it didn’t stay on. There were fine little hairs in the shower on the shelf. The fridge was dirty also.

Our valet, Willie, was the best greeting crew you could ask for! Great guy and very kind, friendly and welcoming. Front desk was efficient and quick. The room was not great. First, it was like sleeping in the stands of a drag strip next to a nightclub. The loud music and racing cars was awful (the hotel did provide earplugs and access to sound machines). The pullout bed would not open fully unless you shoved the couch all the way back and angled it away from the nightstand. Shower didn’t drain well and the bathroom faucet was loose. You had hold on to it to adjust the temperature otherwise the whole thing would spin. Just not what we expected for the price.

I know we don’t go to Nashville for quiet but the sound proofing is so poor at this hotel. Between sirens, the garbage trucks, doors slamming and hearing a neighbor pee in the middle of the night, it was definitely not restful. The hotel does offer a sound machine and some ear plugs but it just didn’t cut it.

This hotel was centrally located to lots of things. Pool was nice and room was comfy enough, though we had a shower that wouldn’t drain and a couple hours mid day where there was no hot water for maintenance. The internet was buffering a bit as well.

Ok so...i didn’t read the fine print about parking...and even bigger surprise their vallet can't drive a stick shift, so i had to pay for vallet even though my car never moved and never got in the garage. Also a bit confused why i could hear garbage trucks and delivery trucks so clearly on the 7th floor. All that being said though all the employees were pleasant and the bed was super comfy!

They charged us $50 for incidentals upon check in then at check out they said they didn't have a CC on file for us & tried to charge us again. And we have two $50 charges from them already! Also, it's valet only but we couldn't get in the parking lot last night to go back to the room. We sat in the street for 30 mins in a line of traffic waiting & then finally left our car in the street with flashers on so we could take our daughter to the pool that closes at 7pm... Senior members of staff were very unhelpful. Was accidentally double charged for my stay by a junior member of staff (who was very apologetic), spoke with senior member of staff (Amber) the next day and day of checkout who was very unhelpful and not particularly polite. Pool was closed when I arrived and I was told every day of my 3 night stay "it will open tomorrow", which it didn\'t.

I prepaid in full for a four night stay. Upon arrival at 12:30 am I was advised rooms were overbooked and I had lost my room. There was no prior advisement of the situation. I did receive two prior emails to explain they expected my arrival. I was given documents to provide shelter at a nearby hotel. However when I presented at this new hotel they were not aware of the change. After traveling ten hours to arrive and not have the service which had been paid in advance was very frustrating.

We had to wait over an hour to get them to take our car to be able to check in. We didn’t even know until after we booked the room that it was valet only. They charge $50 damage fee at the beginning that is supposed to be returned. The same night we got there, they charged me another $100 after they already pulled the $50 out. I went to the front desk and asked them why and they had no idea, but stated it would all be returned. I still have not received any of the money back and it’s been over two weeks. Definitely do not recommend.

We just did a 1 night stay for our 38th anniversary but it was excellent.Every single staff member we came in contact with smiled and greeted us. Loved the free fresh fruity water. Loved that the beds were low so my husband had an easy transfer from his wheelchair to the bed. The food at the bistro was excellent and the drinks had just the right amount of alcohol. I did not like that it only had valet parking and it cost 40 dollarrs. On the other hand, the valet attendants were super nice and helpful and very quick with unlimited in and out.

No issues it was a great 2 nights for a short visit to Nashville on our way to Alabama. Several restaurants in the area. The breakfast very limited and expensive. Otherwise no complaints. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Valet was awesome also

Overall a decent place to stay that could use some updating. Breakfast was good but staff working it seemed annoyed to be there. Other staff were friendly. A bit off the beaten path. Parking is expensive.

When we arrived at the property we were not made aware of valet parking only. That was $50 a day.... There was no free breakfast as I requested. When I booked that particular hotel... I was unaware of that when I booked. I did choose a hotel that had free breakfast in the morning. That was not the case and I'm very disappointed in the booking through expedia.com
