Our vehicle was broken in to along with 3 other vehicles in the parking lot. Front desk said their exterior video surveillance cameras do not work, so no video of the crimes committed. Front desk was not helpful or apologetic about the experience at all and seemed “put out” that they had to clean up all the broken glass from our busted out windows in their parking lot! Do better “Best Western” will NEVER stay at another one!

The only issue was with the airport shuttle service. We waited for 30 minutes (and called the front desk three times) but the shuttle never came. Everything else was great!

We checked in on Friday afternoon and immediately there was no attendant to be found. Waited 10 mins to check in, room was pretty decent other than the bathroom not being very clean. Skip forward to Sunday morning as we were headed to breakfast and my husband asked a guy on the elevator, how is your day going? The guy immediately informs us that a bunch of cars got their windows busted last night. We go out to the parking lot and see that we had two of our windows busted. Police report on the windshield. No one from the hotel informed us, or heard the car alarms going off. Once we had our rental towed they still failed to pick up the glass mess from our car. (Hopefully no one stepped into it) We didn’t receive a sorry or nothing. Talked to one of the workers who said it’s a pretty common thing to happen there. The whole stay we had there the attendant was MIA half of the time. We called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude about the situation and not compassionate at all. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE, your car is not safe at all!!!!!

Good shower. Only hotel near airport with shuttle leaving at 3:45am - 4:00am for very early flights. Good amenities including indoor pool, gym and a great all day coffee station with lattes, cappuccino etc. Clean and conveniently near airport with free parking and shuttle.

Unfortunately, my stay was hindered by a few situations. First off the toilet in our room did not have enough pressure to flush hardly at all but that was not the end of the world. As we were heading to bed my wife spotted a bed bug crawling across her pillow. We immediately got up, showered, and packed all of our things up and went to the lobby where the gentleman kindly offered us another room. At this point it was about midnight and really didn’t have faith that any other room was going to make a difference. We proceeded to sit on the lobby couch from about 11:45 to 4 am then took the first shuttle to the airport. The service that we had was not poor but the facilities and conditions will certainly have a very negative impact on my families traveling habits.

The hotel outside of our room was pretty disgusting. Not run down. It just looks like no one who works there has ever met a broom or mop. The room wasn’t much better. Walking the hall from the elevator to our room, you could smell weed. Getting in our room, you could tell it was a smoking room in its past life. Additionally, the shower had a defect where it had a layer of water beneath the floor of the shower effectively making you walk on a layer of plastic floating on water. It was very disorienting. Hopefully our downstairs neighbor wasn’t woken up with a water leak.

Our room was very clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most and the room was good size. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was hot and fresh. Also was very surprised at how quite it was considering how close it is to the airport. We would definitely stay there again.

Positives: Very comfy bed, decent sized room. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Close to the airport and the front-desk people gave good directions to get there. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean. Negatives: 1. Noisy. The front half of the hotel faces the airport, so you'll hear (and see) the jets take off every couple of minutes. After 11pm the jets stop flying so it's quieter, but until then it's really loud. 2. No decent restaurants nearby. It's all fast food except for a Shoney's, which is like Denny's. 3. Neighborhood one street over is kinda sketchy. Not bad, but I wouldn't walk around there after dark. And the hotel locks their doors after 11pm. 4. Odd housekeeping rules. When I asked if we could change our room to the back to cut down on the jet noise, the front-desk person refused, claiming that the jets would quiet down after 11pm. Other than that, it was OK. It's close to the airport, so if you want to catch an early flight, it's perfect for that.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The reason this property doesn’t receive 4 to 5 stars from me is the fact the room continuously felt damp. That is an ac problem. The ac worked but the carpet felt damp. Sheets felt damp & my clothes felt damp. I complained to the front desk the morning after I’d checked in. No change. The room just felt disgustingly humid the entire stay. I was asked at checkout how my stay was & I once again complained about the humidity in the room. All I got was an apology. Sorry it’s a thumbs down for me.

Only complaint. Out of any hotel I've ever stayed in the tv was extremely small. Like 23/24 inch maybe. Difficult to see from bed. Room was nice and clean. Upgrade the Tvs and you are set.

The property wasn’t awful. The beds were clean and complimentary breakfast was nice. It was quite noisy. And our television was out of service-when I asked the front desk, I was told some rooms worked and some didn’t—but we couldn’t be put in a room where it did work. I realize that’s trivial but we had ample downtime and it was inconvenient that the television didn’t work and the wifi was spotty.

Overall it was ok. Check in was fast and easy. Elevator is very slow. The room was clean. Water in the shower is really hot which we loved. The bed was NOT comfortable in our opinion. The pillows extremely flat. And being a King bed… the pillows were small. The TV in our room kept blinking in and out while watching a program. Overall it was ok. Would I book again? Possibly. Are there better options for the same value? I’m sure. Oh and hopefully you won’t mind the planes landing and taking off. I know it’s near the airport but you can definitely the the engines.

Big plus: 5 minute drive to BNA and super easy access to Hwy 40. Buffet breakfast acceptable, eating area clean. This is obviously an older building. Our room certainly showed signs of age and had that typical humid odor of a room that needs better ventilation. Price: face it, you’re gonna pay more cuz it’s Nashville and it’s an airport hotel. Bottom line: for the convenience of being minutes from the airport, this will do for one night.

When we checked in the staff was friendly and made sure our first Nashville experience started out great. They changed our room to an upper floor rather than ground floor so my little girl could ride the elevator. They also were very quick about making suggestions for a place to get dinner. When we got to our room our experience was personalized, we were greeted by name on the tv much to my six year old’s delight! Breakfast the next morning was hot, fresh and the best variety I’ve seen.

Fire alarm in our room started going off after 5 am. I didnt realize the noise was inside our room at first as I sleep with earplugs. After several times and my family being awakened I went to ask for assistance. The rude man working at the counter accused me of lying about the time it started going off, saying if it had been going off at 5 I wouldn’t have waited to come to desk til 605. He claimed housekeeping would have fixed it at 5 but now I had to wait a half hour. He continued to smirk and insinuate I was lying. I had said 5 something, not 5 on the dot. Regardless, compassion would have went a long way. Nobody came to fix this til 755 am. More than 2 and a half hours later. My entire family was tired and had headaches due to getting woken up several hours before we needed to be up and no solution from the hotel. Reached out to several diff employees requesting to speak to the manager. They told me he’d be in at 8 am, then 10 am, and when we left at 1030 he still wasn’t in. Messaged him and contacted hotels.com and manager refused to reach out to me and offer any apology or response. The rude man who works overnight should not work in customer service. He is the worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life. I have a video I will send the BBB regarding this.
Fire alarm in our room started going off after 5 am. I didnt realize the noise was inside our room at first as I sleep with earplugs. After several times and my family being awakened I went to ask for assistance. The rude man working at the counter accused me of lying about the time it started going off, saying if it had been going off at 5 I wouldn’t have waited to come to desk til 605. He claimed housekeeping would have fixed it at 5 but now I had to wait a half hour. He continued to smirk and insinuate I was lying. I had said 5 something, not 5 on the dot. Regardless, compassion would have went a long way. Nobody came to fix this til 755 am. More than 2 and a half hours later. My entire family was tired and had headaches due to getting woken up several hours before we needed to be up and no solution from the hotel. The check in clerk was horrible- she was so rude. I greeted her with a smile and when I asked her a question she was very sarcastic- I asked her if I had offended her and she was very snappy and had horrible customer service. Not sure what I did to make her upset but she was very unhappy to check me in.

I came in from a long trip and pretty sick. The front desk lady was so kind and patient. I seriously looked liked and felt like crud and she was So caring. I so appreciated her. The next day the other front desk lady was really kind and helpful as well. I don’t really remember the hotel itself due to being so tired and sick, but the front desk ladies stayed in my mind how kind they were and that oversees everything.

Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Ana was friendly and attentive, with a sunny disposition during breakfast time. The shuttle drivers were amiable, safe drivers, timely and courteous. My room was tidy and clean. I was particularly thankful there was easy access to a touchless water fountain, as well as to a variety of tea and healthy sweetener options. Thank you all for an overall good experience during my brief stay in TN. :)

Positives: Very comfy bed, decent sized room. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Close to the airport and the front-desk people gave good directions to get there. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean. Negatives: 1. Noisy. The front half of the hotel faces the airport, so you'll hear (and see) the jets take off every couple of minutes. After 11pm the jets stop flying so it's quieter, but until then it's really loud. 2. No decent restaurants nearby. It's all fast food except for a Shoney's, which is like Denny's. 3. Neighborhood one street over is kinda sketchy. Not bad, but I wouldn't walk around there after dark. And the hotel locks their doors after 11pm. 4. Odd housekeeping rules. When I asked if we could change our room to the back to cut down on the jet noise, the front-desk person refused, claiming that the jets would quiet down after 11pm. Other than that, it was OK. It's close to the airport, so if you want to catch an early flight, it's perfect for that.

A good place to stay before catching a plane the next morning. I have stayed here 3 times and it is consistently nice, with helpful and kind staff. The airport shuttle is offered on the hour starting at 4am and it was on time. Good food all around and some close enough to walk to if you’re feeling it.

Big plus: 5 minute drive to BNA and super easy access to Hwy 40. Buffet breakfast acceptable, eating area clean. This is obviously an older building. Our room certainly showed signs of age and had that typical humid odor of a room that needs better ventilation. Price: face it, you’re gonna pay more cuz it’s Nashville and it’s an airport hotel. Bottom line: for the convenience of being minutes from the airport, this will do for one night.

Not sure why the reviews are so high for this place, as it didn't live up to them, unfortunately. It's not terrible, but not as good as its rating would indicate. The hotel itself is okay, the staff were nice, but the breakfast was really poor quality and the whole place was kind of run down and needing a face life. To be fair, the AC worked well and our room was good sized, but all in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

It was a good stay. I would say they should up their security because 12 cars got broken into the night we stayed and they couldn’t tell us anything or heard anything when a car was right by the entrance was broken into and the night auditor heard nothing. They could also improve their breakfast. They had no meat options.

Friendly staff at breakfast. At the réception it was neutral. Clean room , convenient breakfast. But the AC in the top of our room was leaking and its drop water on the windows and make constant noice. It was hard to sleep . I had tonfind hearplug. Also ice ma hine broken on the 2th and 3 th floor.

Everything was good except the AC kept swapping from cold air to warm air in the middle of the night, and they could definitely use another elevator. The pictures are not truly accurate because the pools look bigger than they actually are and that was disappointing but other than that I enjoyed my stay.
