Luxe Hotel Nashville Opryland

Not great, chose this hotel for a pool and gym, the pool was under refurbishment and 4 out of the 7 pieces of gym equipment were broken. Hotel in pretty poor order including the rooms, left a list to be passed to the manager, he never called me!

I chose this location because it listed a shuttle service to the airport and an indoor pool. When I got there they said they have not had the shuttle service since covid and they have told Expedia to update their site. The pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. The room had bugs crawling on the floor and dresser both bed bugs and cockroaches. I had taken a shower and left my towel on the floor and there were bed bugs on it. It was very dirty and I was very disappointed. I do NOT recommend this location.

The pool was out of service. The ice maker on our floor was out of service. A homeless person was sleeping outside our door, police were called to have the person removed

Pool was broken and nobody said a thing and the free breakfast wasn’t open some morning and the card machine was down when checking in which requires me to walk across the street to the gas station atm in order to get cash to check in

The property appears to be undergoing renovation but it is in terrible condition. I booked this hotel because they offered airport shuttle but they DO NOT offer an airport shuttle and I spent almost as much on transportation to the hotel and back to the airport as I spent on the room. The floors in the room are a laminate flooring and were so gritty and dirty, I had to lay towels down on the floor as rugs. There are de-humidifiers and carpet dryers going in many public spaces as there is a lot of moisture in the air. It was just horrible.

No pool at the time and the ice machine don't work on the floors.

Continental breakfast was nice. Pool is closed and not available although it is offered as a feature online.

The property was very outdated. The pool says being repaired. Look at other reviews. It been being repaired for ever. So understand it will not work. They have people that live here full time and constantly someone is knocking on their door. My wife would not go out of the room because she was afraid.

Pool was condemned by the city for being unsafe, no notice prior to arrival for my kids to swim. Didn’t offer or honor a discount at check in for pool( most of our reason for booking) Tv was tiny and remote was held together by tape. Juice machine for the complimentary breakfast was also broken.

The shuttle to the airport never arrived waited there for an hour and no shuttle showed up

Well, we were very impressed when we first arrived. The room is on the first floor and huge with a beautiful mural on Nashville on the wall. And it has a mini fridge and microwave. The check in process was super easy and the desk staff has been friendly throughout. The location is perfect, literally across the street from the entrance to Opryland and a couple blocks from Opry Mills. But…when we checked in, we learned the beautiful indoor pool pictured in the ad was out of order. Wish this was made public on their site. Also, there are floor fans constantly running through the halls. Odd. And loud. So, I developed a really weird cold/sinus event that I couldn’t shake. I thought it was an allergy reaction to the feather pillows. It wasn’t until our last night that I learned what has my allergies angry. I noticed a German roach in the tub as I was getting ready for the Opry. Killed it, thinking it was a one-off. When we returned from the Opry and turned the lights on, roaches scattered. I always have this type of allergic reaction when German roaches are near. So, I didn’t make a stink because we got in after midnight and are leaving first thing in the morning. But it makes me ill thinking we ate their free breakfast here. I’ll let them know when we check out but I’m definitely leaving the lights on tonight. Gross!!!

Absolutely disgusting!! Extremely dirty! Garbage in hallways and elevator! Rooms not made up if you stay several days!

Mold! My shower had mold, my room smelled musty, I'm sure they don't clean with bleach. I'm sure their is mold in the walls. Mold in the bottom of my coffee cup from the coffee dispenser. My bathroom sink didn't drain. The property is run down and in need of many repairs and updates. The pool wasn't working. Staff not friendly. Breakfast is all cheap processed food. The area is not all that great. I worked about my car at night. Stay far away from here. I took photos but they wont upload.

Rooms are dirty. Black mold growing everywhere. One of the worst hotels ive ever been in. Ended up just leaving at 10pm, could stand to stay there

Window was covered in mold, and the whole room smelled of it. Dirty floor and bedding, gum on the wall. Everything about this place was so bad that we checked out first thing in the morning to get to our next hotel and shower. We tried not to touch anything. Just thankful I didn’t bring bed bugs home.

Our initial review of the hotel was that it was falling apart, inside and out (portico for cars arriving). After the 1 night we noticed a ton of activity outside. Drop offs and pick ups of some unsavory folks (prostiution). Hallways smelled of Marijuana. To top it off, after 1st night my oldest daughter was bit from head to toe all over her body (bed bugs) Only 1 night of the 3 refunded. Ps, this is NOT a Ramada by Wyndam, Luxe Hotels privately owned by Mr. Patel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room had dead bugs and living bugs. Pretty sure there are bed bugs in addition.

It was the absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life. The smell was over powering, on the entire 5th floor you can hardly breathe it is so bad, it smells of urine and water damage. There were fumigators in the hallways, so much dirtiness, damage, and nothing was cleaned. My original room had body fluids on the bed linens, hair everywhere, the floor was covered in grittiness, the mirrors had smudges and handprints all over them. There were splatters of who knows what all over the walls. I let the staff know and they were nice, and offered to put me in a different room, directly across the hall. I walked around and it was the exact same issues. They then offered a room on the same floor down the hallway, that was slightly better but the AC did not work, it was extremely hot and humid and then I noticed black mold growing out of the AC unit. I would like at the very least some of my money back. This was absolutely terrible and very distressing being on my own from a different state with no other options. The pictures advertised did not display any of these issues. I took many pictures and I will be trying to get ahold of some sort of owner to recoup some of my expenses based on the experience and shape of the hotel. It truly needs to be closed for an extensive cleaning, and repainting at the very least. A health inspector needs to be aware that they are selling rooms with it in this state that is it literally growing black mold and unsafe. I have picture proof.

The joining room walls are thin and could hear the neighboring couple enjoying themselves a couple of times.

The rooms need updating. Flooring without carpet which was great. Beautiful mural on wall. Bed squeezed everyone sat on it sat or rolled over. Doors were chipped inside and out. Bathtub had dark grey sha.

The checkin and staff was great and friendly. Lobby very clean. Room clean but dated. The beds were TERRIBLE. Metal frames and loud springs created a TON of LOUD noise and echoed in room. Woke up every time someone just turned over. Absolutely horrible.

Price was reasonable. Decided to leave bc mattresses were not firm enough for my bad back. Bathroom fixtures were not maintained vert well. The counters were not mounted to the wall properly. Toilet handle or button was covered by the counter. Weird setup.

So I had low expectations to begin with, But the bed was an inner spring and was AWFUL. The room smelled very VERY musty, like there was a flood, The Carpet was removed, and tile was dirty, The bathroom had a folding desk with a sink, jammed against the shower door. There were holes in the wall, and the wall paper was pealing, but they used staples to try and reinstall.

Wasn’t a clean room. The building needs some major upgrades. Couldn’t see out our window due to moisture in it. Not eco friendly at all. The pool was getting repaired, even though we saw it from outside it looked very unclean. We had to go down to get the sheets and more pillows for the sofa bed. By far the worst hotel especially so close to the Grand Ole Opry.

The beds were absolutely terrible. They made loud noises just sitting on them, like you are going to fall through them . They moved like your were on a boat. The walls were coved in filth. Each floor's ice machine was broken. The front desk help was inhospitable. He acted like he could careless about his job , like you were interrupting his evening. There is no refrigerator in the room. I am overall unpleased with our stay. The one good thing was I did not see bugs....

Conveniently located. Clean, but needed upgrades. Broken vanity counter, broken table leg, and places where things had been replaced/removed (lights, mirrors,etc) but no repainting had been done. Also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke in the room and hall, although we were in a non-smoking room.

So many things wrong. Outlets weren't covered, wires hanging everywhere. Carpets in hallway looked AWFUL. Pool was closed (we get it, things happen) but there was never any update as to when it would be opened. "high-speed" internet was anything but high-speed. We had to call to have them reset their routers multiple times because the television wouldn't connect nor would our phones or laptops. They tried to say it was the "room" but it couldn't have been. Bed frame was bent and then sharp and scratched our legs. Overall it was just a poor experience. I wouldn't recommend or stay again if looking for anything other than a place to sleep.

This property is NOT ready to be available to the public. The facility and rooms were filthy, the staff is rude, because of the number of complaints. I am requesting a total refund and will block my credit card NOT to pay them. A horrible experience.

No one was at the front Desk for over 10 minutes. Rooms were smelly, dirty, out-dated, and had tacky murals stapled to the wall. The bathrooms were gross, and the hotel appeared to have some type of recent water damage. Big industrial air dryers were in the halls, and several guest rooms had towels on the insides up against the doors. The fact that we could see the towels up against the doors was disturbing because the doors were a good 2-3 inches above the thresholds!! We left and stayed somewhere else.

Worst hotel experience ever!!! Do not stay here!!! We stopped on a road trip, around 1030pm arrival and it took me an hour from walking in the front door to get my phone key! Very understaffed, the front desk employees were not professional, not friendly, no customer service whatsoever. This place was a Complete Dive, Absolutely Disgusting! This is worth 30$ a night and I paid over 200$! Do not waste your time here! Ramada this is an embarrassment!!!!!!

Stayed here for one night on our way down to Florida. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before I found an employee. That employee (so seemed to be a manager) just told me someone would be with me shortly and didn't check me in. The sheets were stained when we got to our room and the whole building is pretty run down. It's a bed to sleep in but that's all you should expect.

Hotel service was amazing! Continental breakfast was okay. Rooms were better than what was shown. Hallways and elevator was dirty. Overall, nice hotel for the money!

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The area is great and safe feeling. Not alot of criminal activity and security is always around but without being intrusive nosey or power driven. The area and people just give you a sense of security and the feeling your protected. Inside the rooms is quiet cozy and spacious. The whole area is quiet and respectful where needed but outside around the stores bars and hangouts is alot of fun loud music relaxing and just good ole fun you don't find any more

Waited 30 minutes to check in, desk clerk had to go upstairs to check to see if the rooms were cleaned because the clerk didn’t answer. Rooms were old and needing updates, elevator needed new seal and paint. Heating unit was loud, fan in bathroom was too. Just needed to be overhauled with updates.

Great stay. We have stayed in past and the service is as always except. We arrived 30 minutes early and was able to check in. This is older hotel but still great. Big rooms! Beds comfortable! They have great breakfast. Will definitely stay again

There was an offensive odor that they tried to cover with an unpleasant strong Lysol smell. The “free breakfast” was only coffee and a waffle maker. However, the pillows and bed was comfortable and it was close to the Grand Old Oprey. I will not stay here again.

The hotel was ok. I had an insect walked on my bed when I woke up…😱 The odours in the room was not good.. But the hotel was very well located with the service of shuttle for 10$ that takes us downtown!!!

This property is a good place for a quick trip to Nashville. It’s not the top of the line but it is affordable and clean. The area seems safe and transportation is available to the downtown area. I would stay here again

NO HOT water! Kept telling me maintenance was coming. After 14hrs and multiple requests he finally came. Said he needed to replace faucet and NEVER came back. Pool not available. Airport shuttle NOT available. Downtown shuttle left us waiting for over hour just to tell us it would be another hour before they could take us. Holes in the walls. Musty smell. Portable dehumidifier sitting in hallway. No juice for breakfast any day.

Dining area not well kept, food offered was not available. Incleded in the cost of stay and not available. Ice machine was broken on room floor.

Very old property. Rooms were clean but hallways looked pretty worse for wear. Breakfast was bad. Only a few pieces of stale bread and stale cereal. No coffee until later in the morning.

I was not happy the pool was not open did not state that on the web site.The breakfast had no beverage other than coffee the juice machine was out of order. No hot / cold water marker on the tub to know that it had to be turn a little to the right to not be ice cold . will never stay there again

Hotel has their ceiling falling apart right on the lobby. If the entrance is like that, just imagine the rooms. I thought Ramada was a good chain until I staying at this hotel. Very run down and would not recommend. The breakfast is from 7-9AM but you better get there at no later than 8AM otherwise there won’t be any food left. Hope they do some serious renovations at this place. Ooooh, also the pool is out of service!

This hotel is showing its age. Doors are all scuffed, missing mirror in the room, tv remote did not work, pool is under construction, limited breakfast options.

The hotel was conveniently located but left us disappointed. We had a very spacious room which was nice but the whole place needs updating and a good deep cleaning. The pool was “closed for your safety” the whole weekend which was disappointing. The free breakfast was subpar and we ended up eating out for breakfast after the first morning.

The hotel does not let you hold a card and charge it at the end of the stay. They charge you nightly. Included breakfast was cereal or waffles with apples and bananas, no protein. Hotel needs some renovation, but it doesn’t look like it will receive any soon.
