Maybe we misunderstood parking fee but $5 is per that you are staying at the hotel. They charge $20 per day if you stay one night and fly out the next day. We chose this hotel for the $5 per pay but that did not work out. Plus the shuttle only runs once on the hour. We ended up parking at the airport for $21 per day.

Despite calling the hotel four times and being told a shuttle was right around the corner, I waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive for a five minute Shuttle drive. Staff was simply lying. I understand being busy, but tell the truth about where your shuttle is. My room was not vacuumed. Would not stay here again.

Room was freezing when I arrived! Attempted to turn the air conditioning down, but it didn’t work. Controls on unit also were not working. Wall control was set at 70, actual temperature was 61. Finally in plugged the unit!

We had a one bedroom suite which was very spacious and was worth the extra money. Front desk was very nice and we were able to get into our room a couple hours early. Also, a great location, very close to the airport. Overall, I was very happy with our stay.

The phone, bathroom plug and tv remote didn’t work - and we stayed in a handicap room, so the shower water ran into the bathroom, soaking all of the towels. We were on the 1st floor, so it was noisy at night and early in the morning. We stayed a week ago and didn’t experience any of these problems. Overall, we were disappointed.

Eveything was great. Room was spacious and clean. The shuttle service was excellent. Adam, at the front desk, went above and beyond. He picked us up at the airport in the shuttle and then jump started are vehicle once we returned to the hotel from our vacation to find out that our car battery died. To have employees that care that much to help their patrons should say it all.

Had to check in different family members at different times and the concierge made that happen smoothly. Very friendly and gave exact directions to my mother how to find the shuttle bus at the airport for transport. Had multiple rooms and one room the AC went out, so Adam quickly got us into a cool room quickly. Breakfast is standard, but tasty. Check out simple and convenient. Good price and quality hotel. Would recommend.

We called to fix the toilet from running. It stopped once and then started again. Then breakfast was not all good. Flavorless. But, the staff were very nice. The hotel is right near the airport so it is convenient for those traveling. I will say though it is not a top spot for quiet. So you get what you pay for. Safe and clean.

Comfortable rooms! Desk staff were very helpful with airport shuttle and other questions. We were surprised to get housekeeping, as we thought it was only every 4 days. Also had ice cold eggs and sausage first day (9AM Saturday) for some reason, but Sunday was fine.

Really pleased with this booking. Have stayed at various hotels in this area being close to Nashville airport. After a tiring 9 hour flight, you don’t want to fluff around and with this hotel, everything was clean and worked as it should. Desk staff were fantastic, ready to have a chat and answer any questions you had. Couldn’t work the TV for some reason and a maintenance guy was called and fixed in no time. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was cooked, hot and very nice. Next time we visit Nashville, this will be the place to stay. Highly recommended.

The young lady at the counter was very helpful in guiding me to the location at the airport to catch the shuttle. At 4 a.m. she was wonderful to coordinate with me and the shuttle driver. I give her an A+

Renovations are being made. But the room we stayed in had issues in the bathroom: ceiling messed up over the toilet, towel hook came off when placed the towel on it, nothing on bathtub to keep you from slipping, underneath sink had big gap where coming unglued and light switch did not cover the wallpaper cut to short around it.
