The hotel had an unexpected $22 per day parking fee that we were not aware of. The room did not have a microwave. We had what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room, but the bathroom did not have safety rails. The hotel was clean and the staff were all nice.

Our day was great. It was only two nights for a cheer competition. The main reason I booked this hotel was because it has an indoor pool, we got there, and it was closed, apparently there was a crack in the pool so of course that was disappointing but overall, it was a great place. Just would have loved to enjoy the pool. The front desk people were awesome very friendly!

The property stated they had a pool which is the biggest reason we stayed there but they are destructing the pool and no longer have one. The room air conditioner was extremely loud and unit was coming out of the wall. Lobby was lovely but rooms were dated. There was a false eyelash left on our bedding .

The staff was very nice and considerate. The breakfast buffet was great. They offered a lot of variety and fresh fruit. The only 2 things that didnt make the stay excellent was the following: 1. They charge to park ($22 a day). That is not disclosed unless you read carefully. The bad part is the exit barrier isnleft open to anyone that wants to come and go. None of the reviews mentioned the parking charge. 2. The hot water didnt work properly. Somwtimes it was hot and othee times it was cold. I did tell the front desk. Hopefully they get it fixed before the next guest comes. We paid a good price but the name didnt meet our standards for a luxary hotel.

We were gone all day when we returned our room was not cleaned and we spoke to housekeeping and they assured us that they would clean our room and they didn’t. When I contacted the front desk, they kept sending me to the recording music. Once I reached them, they touch me that housekeeping was gone for the day. The only option that they offer us was for us to pack all of our personal belongings and move to a cleaner room. It was a real inconvenience. However we moved to another room. The AC made a lot of noise throughout the night. I will not return to this hotel.

Overall the hotel was ok for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight. Lobby and bar area were nice, but the hallways and rooms need a refresh. Carpets and hallways were smelly and the corners in the bathroom had dirt and dust. The cubby where towels were kept in bathroom were very dusty as well. The air conditioning vents were quite dusty. Seems as though these rooms just get a quick cleaning but fixtures and heavy cleaning are never done. I understand there is high turnover with an airport hotel, but the managers have a brand standard to uphold in all areas not just guest facing employees. All of the staff were friendly except for one, the shuttle driver she seemed to have an attitude when she saw our party of four come out with full size suitcases. We all had to put our own bags in the back, which was fine but I didn’t need all the attitude at 3:45 am.

Pros: The front desk staff was quite helpful. The check-in and check-out process was effortless. Cons: The hallway needed to be vacuumed and stayed dirty both days I was there. It was obvious that housekeeping did not touch my room. After my first night, I retuned to trash still in my room, my bed unmade, and my bathroom still dirty.

Great location for the airport and easy access to drive into Nashville. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Check in was OK although the lady on the desk was not very welcoming or friendly which was off putting. The carpet in the corridor going from the lifts to my room were very dirty like they had not been vacuumed for a couple of days. I had food in the bar which was not bad and the service there was good. In the morning I noticed food debris on the floor in my room which was a bit disconcerting as I had not eaten in the room so it was clearly from the previous guest. Then when I had a shower there were a few hairs in the bathtub. So I’m not sure my room had been thoroughly cleaned which was very disappointing.

While not the cleanest hotel, it was close to the airport. Original room assigned had a broken Deadbolt and had a balcony that only looked onto the atrium and could be accessed by the hallway near the elevators. Asked to be reassigned and was given a new room, no questions asked which was good. BUT beware, the property is not super clean or welcoming. Convenience wins, but not a highlight of our trip

We had an amazing stay here. The receptionists were very friendly and kind. Check in/check out was so smooth. The only downside you should keep in mind is that the hotel is right next to the highway so it might be noisy at night. But it’s convenient that way.

Our room was wonderful, comfy, had plenty of charging ports, and was nice and quiet. Hotel has a great location. nice pool, EXCELLENT gym, and plenty of parking. BUT, there are no microwaves in the rooms. Not even one per floor. Just one little weak microwave by the front desk for a 14 story hotel with hundreds of rooms. This makes reheating take-out or leftovers a monumental pain in the rear end. (Very unfriendly to families, especially). I just can't forgive that in the year 2025. They need to put a microwave on every floor next to the ice machines.

The shower door did not close causing water to spread into the bathroom. The air conditioning sounded like heavy equipment in the room and came on every five minutes blowing cold air onto the bed! It was impossible to sleep with the racket. We stay almost exclusively at Marriott, so this was really not as good an experience as we have had before

I tried two nights in a row to order room service and no one answered me ever. I called the restaurant and no one answered the keys to our room suddenly stoped working and I had to go to the front desk with no shoes and the whole stay was just not pleasant. Everyone but a few were very rude and the room was very dirty as soon as we arrived

Check in time at almost 10pm took over 25 mins where they couldn’t find my reservation. Then I get inside and the door was ajar. Safety concern. The tub was dirty and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. Calling the front desk was an issue and the button was broke on the phone so I called using my cell phone and getting connected was frustrating because no one picked up. I gave up and fell asleep. Bed was comfortable and room temp was fine. 2nd night no hot water. Took so long to get someone on the phone who informed me the can send a tech up and noted they had any children in the lobby. Unsure the relevance. Went down for buffet breakfast, flies in the pastries, sausage was cold. For the price of $25 dollar it was waste.my brother stayed down the road at the Cambria and I would choose that hotel over this own. I was truly disappointed and more so when I looked at the price online and was overcharged by a lot. Never again.

Shuttle from the airport ends at 11 pm so if your plane lands after that you have to find your own way there. Don’t believe them when they tell you if you are later than that just call and they will send someone out.

Brandon at the front desk is extremely helpful to us as Marriott credit card billing shows up as airport limousine charge! I canceled my credit card as I received a credit fraud alert on my card. Breakfast personnel was also extremely nice.

Close to downtown and airport area. The shuttle did not run as it was supposed to. We were told that we would have a shuttle leaving at 2:40 AM. We made sure to be down in the lobby area at that time. The shuttle driver explained to me he was the only driver and we would not be leaving until 3 AM. He said that he was the only shuttle driver and that he was on break. I did not appreciate this because I had asked the previous night if a shuttle would be available to us and we ended up having to catch an Uber back to the airport.

The day time shuttle driver(the African American) man was rude. When I got on the shuttle he smacked his lips because I opened the door. He seemed agitated & annoyed. I thought maybe it was a one off, however when I caught the shuttle to the airport during the day it was the same energy. He was very dismissive & rude to an elderly lady who also caught the shuttle. If he doesn’t like his job maybe he should find a new one. Besides that the hotel was subpar at best. The shower in my room had black mold inside the shower. The property charging for parking when you’re already paying $100’s a dollars a night is insane. I would expect better from Marriott.

The time that room service options are available is poor. If you want to sleep in and order room service, you can’t because they only bring you food while the restaurant is open. Defeats the purpose of ordering room service when you’re ready so you don’t have to get up to go to the restaurant. So it’s not really room service. It’s just someone bringing up food at the same times you could go down and get it.
