Wonderful bar with occasional live entertainment. (Live musician on Friday/Saturday night, but not Sunday/Monday). Great restaurant with delicious food. Coffee shop onsite. Super friendly staff. Was a but of an inconvenient location for Broadway (lots of Ubering), and no pool - but other than that, we enjoyed it!

The hotel is a bit old. The air conditioning wasn’t working well (at least on the fourth floor) and several guests complained about a musty smell. The on-site restaurant was understaffed in the mornings, and the breakfast food was poorly cooked. There are only three elevators serving the entire property, so during busy times expect to wait 10-15 minutes to get to your floor. There are several good places to eat and drink around the hotel, but you will have to Uber or Scooter the 1.5 miles to the downtown tourist stuff… which with Nashville traffic can take 20 minutes. The whole place felt like it was trying to be ‘upscale’ (especially with its prices and attitude)… but without any actual upscale amenities. There is no fridge in the room (just a preloaded mini fridge telling you not to put your own stuff in there), no pool to use, and nothing besides the wifi is complimentary.

Really nice hotel. Location right across the street from Vanderbilt. 30 minute walk to Broadway. Restaurant was good in the hotel. Gym was better than 90% of hotel gyms. Service was great. If you want to stay out of the core, this is a great option.

First room had a bad thermostat; second room had construction noise. Both rooms were very dated. Parking didn’t work right and food choices were terrible and the restaurant was freezing. But the gym was great!

Quite over priced. No pool or spa. Rooms are out-dated. Shuttle service was a plus because we were advised against walking in the area. Not many food choices and coffee shop coffee was sub-par.

Very helpful front desk staff , was able to check in early without any problem and my incidental deposit was refunded within 24 hours after checkout . The room had quality linens and towels , great guest robes , plenty of pillows and an updated tile bathroom with a large shower with water excellent pressure and near immediate hot water flow . One thing I hadn’t encountered before is the lobby elevators need room key activation to go up. My rating would have been higher if not for the hefty daily fee to park your car and lack of a pool and insane mini bar rates ( 3.50 for a can of soda !!) Amazingly a DGX is a few yards away selling the same and much more including liquor at regular prices, you’re welcome !

The elevator for the parking garage was my only complaint. It would bypass the lobby altogether. First time we had to walk all the way around the building. The second time we just kept riding it until it finally stopped at the lobby floor. You would push lobby and it would start to stop then go down another floor or up another floor

Shuttle service was nice. Runs until 10 pm to close places. Very nice hotel. Downfall is fridge was fully stocked but not cold and no room to put my own things. Pulled out a couple waters to use the space. Never consumed anything from fridge but got charged for it. Was told bar was off limits due to a convention. Day down anyways and had a drink. HALIE WAS AWESOME BUT stopped at 530. So no evening entertainment for guests.

Overall an okay property. Room needed a good dusting and vacuuming as I found a toenail on the floor. Hallways could use a freshening up as some scrapes and paint missing. Gym equipment was adequate: tv connection to treadmill had no audio and a bad video connection.

On the day we were checking out we found a pair of sandals under the bed that were not ours… which can only mean the room was not properly cleaned before we checked in. We also got stuck on the elevator in the garage with no A/C in 90 degree weather. Contacted the staff to possibly get a credit or discount and never heard back. I would recommend checking under the beds to make sure there are no previous guests items in rooms.

Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate. Room were run down, dirty and bathrooms had mold in shower and shower floors. There was construction going on while we were there and no one made us aware of it. So the bathroom light fell out and onto my head as I was brushing my teeth! Bathroom sink was filling with water so fast it was all around bad. Breakfast was decent but not what I excepted for a “Lowe’s” brand hotel. Def not 5 star hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel; in future visits, we plan to stay at the Marriott further down the street, which offers better accommodations and comfort.

The hotel and staff were excellent but the air conditioning did not work properly stayed hot the entire stay. The parking fees of 50 a night were not disclosed prior to booking so was not very happy about this.

The staff is great. Snack shop was good. Lobby was fine. Room smelled funny. View was bad from room. Doors slamming will keep you up at night. Room itself had cup rings everywhere which suggests that maybe the rooms don’t get cleaned as well as they should have been. Renovation was cheaply done and already falling apart.

The property was in a good location and the common areas were great. However, I was given a room where the bathroom shower door leaked profusely, causing major floods each time I used the shower. This appeared to be a known problem. I brought it to the staffs attention, and as a result I was moved to a room with a tub, which was undesirable.

The hotel itself was good. However, parking is ridiculous $45 a night even self parking. Also, there was a refrigerator in the room, but it was already full with things to buy. There's no where for your extra food. If you needed a refrigerator, its $50.

I liked the staff text options and text check out. However, staff at front desk unable to answer most questions. Specifically called front desk and Expedia to allow family members who we rented a room for to check in. Assured by both the hotel and staff it was no problem and yet upon arrival our family had to wait for us to come back to check them in. Disappointed

Came for medical reasons and needed refrigerator and baby bed. Both available…Neither were provided. Procedure for baby was very early in the morning and the hotel staff gave me managers business card to report the items needed not being sent to room…😳 he contacted me but didn’t respond to my last email. I tried really hard to get a hotel with the amenities needed and paid what I felt was a higher price than average for an optimally comfortable stay but the room was outdated and the night life side of Nashville seemed more prominent in this location than the calm quiet atmosphere we were seeking.

The lady at the front desk was difficult to deal with. Didn’t want to give us a room and then tried to overcharge. Put me in a dirty room that was half cleaned. We went to dinner while room was to be cleaned. Returned to find I was locked out. Went back to front desk and the lady lied and said she tried to get in touch with me to tell me they were move us to different room. Didn’t offer to help move. I am very unhappy with this property and hotel.

We had a phenomenal stay! We were able to get upgraded to a top floor room, but service was remarkable regardless! The shuttle service was so nice to get around to all the big things downtown, and we never met an employee that wasn’t enthusiastic to help out! Parking is a bit pricey, but convenient. We also had no issue walking down Broadway one night - it’s about 30 minutes, but well lit and safe if you don’t want to worry about Uber surge pricing. On top of a clean room and excellent stay, I ended up forgetting a bag full of my cosmetics and they were so great to find it and get it shipped back to me. This was our first stay in a Loews hotel and we will certainly be back!

We traveled to Nashville to enjoy a concert at the Ryman. The hotel is situated away from the hub bub of Broadway but just a 6 minute drive. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and the bed was divine. There is a good coffee shop in the lobby serving Frothy Monkey coffee...a local favorite. We would definitely stay here again!

I think the hotel could use some updating especially for the rooms. But outside of that the staff was good. Breakfast is over charged I think. See basic cereal for $10 was wild to me. But outside of that it was good. Really enjoyed the conscience of having a charging station for my car since we drove.
