Took 25 minutes to check one guest in front of me and then me into the property. Booking site says airport shuttle but when I arrived there was a sign at the front door saying shuttle service was discontinued in September.

There was supposed to be a shuttle from the airport but was ended the beginning of September. We were not told this and never found out until we'd called for pickup. Someone needs to refund us the cost of the shuttle.

I liked most everything but picked this place because they advertised a shuttle but did not specify that it did not start until 6:00 am. Tha t was a problem for me because I had to be at the airport by 5:00. Had to get a taxi for another $20.

Close proximity to the airport. There was an elevator for higher levels. Room was comfortable for what I needed. I did book a shuttle. Unfortunately, the driver called out. The staff accommodated my needs by booking an uber on their expense. I enjoyed talking to the morning clerk.

Location to the Nashville Airport is great and they have a shuttle service just remember to call them to pick you up as it is not on a regular schedule. Very nice staff.

SO MANY BUGS they kept coming out of the sink and shower drains. Otherwise it was an average hotel experience. Musty smelling blankets, uncomfortable bed, terrible soap and shampoo.

The place was full of cockroaches, I had my two daughters with me, they were very scare so we couldn’t stay there, we ended up staying in the airport because we didn’t have money for another hotel and still waiting if we can get a refund

Where do I start. This was my first time in Nashville. My room was disgusting. I let the front desk know and she said that would be a housekeeping problem. So i got lysol and sprayed everything. I tried to find another room, but they were booked everywhere. The toilet was dirty, shower dirty, food on walls, coffee maker was dirty with a old tea bag and it look like it had not been cleaned for a while. The mixrowave was dirty. The sink was clogged. As i was checking out the cleaning lady was in our room 11:22, she was out by 11:28. There is no way she cleaned that room and sanitize for the next customers. I would never stay here again or recommend too anyone else. Another guy was complaining as I was checking, I should of got out then. I also took pictures.

The room was not clean - hair in the shower and sink - floors were sticky and dirty - was not happy at all with this hotel for 169.00 would not recommend to anyone ! Almost had to sleep standing !

This property is disgusting. We found glass in our bed and bed bugs. This place should not be in business until they clean the entire inn of these bugs and rid the rank smell of mildew. This stay was absolutely horrendous, filthy and sickening.

Checked in Room 121. Got unpacked and was ready to relax when the TV wouldn’t work. Went back up to front desk which moved me to 141. Had to repack and move all personal belongings to that room. The card key wasn’t programmed correctly so the door wouldn’t unlock. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get another card key. Finally after 25 minutes I was able to relocate

I got to my room and realized that there was no microwave or fridge... when i called the front desk i was told those things would be extra... wth... hmm.. you would think that every room had those things... heck i paid like $90 plus had to pay a $54 deposit.. should have frifge and microwave.. next time ill go to the laquinta..

I was charged an extra amount - for what, I do not know. As I was still on the road, did not have time to look into it and given my experience with the front desk, I did not feel it was worth my while to make the phone call in hopes of getting a clear explanatiobn.

Going into the room, it appeared acceptable. After 1st night noted no makeup of the room, fresh towels (only 2 towels for 2 persons). Never was answered on hotel phone. Went to desk and was informed they do not make up the rooms even thought I was there for 7 nights. When asked about towels, handwash cloths, coffee, cups, trash bags, I was given some supplies. The office people did not appear caring and for the most part seemed bothered by my questions and request. Just stating that was the policy. When asked what to do with trash and towels, they shrugged their shoulders and just said put it outside. They also have electronic locks to get in, but no interior dead bolts. There is a latch to move but no deadbolt. Anyone could come in when your asleep. Very unhappy for 6 of the seven days. I asked what the plus stood for in Red Roof Plus+? The desk person said it was for airport transfers, (when available). Horrible and disappointing. I was give a card for Tara Glover the General Manager, but was never contacted by her when requested.

We needed two rooms for one night. Room number one a remote control would turn on the TV but would not do anything else. At all. We called down to the desk and person said all I can put you in another room. We said we're already unpacked and getting ready for the evening can't you just send us up a new remote? Or send up somebody to program it? The guy said well I'm the only one here and I can't leave. I can put you in another room if you want. Did not seem to care at all. I asked if you could send somebody up to help us transport our bags to the other room, and he said I'm the only one here and I can't leave. Interestingly, the next morning when we went down to get the shuttle for the airport, girl behind the desk said okay well we'll be leaving in a minute. I asked her who's going to be the driver and she said well I am. I'll just lock up the door and take you there. Kudos to her. Room number two, the telephone handset wouldn't work, so we couldn't even report that until the next morning when we're getting ready to leave.

The place itself was okay. The shady business practices are what I didn't like. At check-in I was told they needed a $50 deposit for "incidentals". That was okay since I knew I wouldn't have any. After checking my credit card statement I found that they charged $54.38 deposit, of which they only refunded $50. It appears on their confusing receipt that they charged a separate deposit for the safe which I did not use and for which I was not refunded. I tried to call several times but they would not answer. I informed the credit card company that it was a bogus charge.

Red Roof Inns have been my preferred reasonably-priced hotels for literally decades and my experience at this hotel was so bad I will never stay at any Red Roof again. My reservation was not booked correctly in their computer - hey, it happens, not a problem as they clearly had many vacancies. After 30 min of arguing between themselves about which one of them messed up the computer and the two clerks repeatedly taking my phone to verify everything I said was correct (it was), trying to charge cards I’d never heard of, using phone numbers that were not mine - then they told me I could not pay for both rooms I needed, my employee must pay for their own. It was so bad I honestly thought for a moment we were on a hidden camera show, no kidding! I had my partner book rooms at the hotel next door after 30 min of the clerks arguing with each other. (I stayed calm, mostly because it was so surreal!) I suggested the clerks reverse the extra $50 charge they had just added to my card and I would leave and I could work out refunding my room on Monday when their vacationing Manager returned (at one point their internal argument was about if Karen would even answer her phone if they called to ask how to fix the computer - she didn’t). Finally one clerk stopped arguing with his coworker to tell me that while he COULD reverse the $50 charge, he didn’t want to. I finally had to just laugh and leave. The folks in line before me were having issues and had just given up and left as well.

Front desk blond lady was extremely rude, they tack on charges that are ridiculous, won’t give you copies of receipts, you have to remember to ask to have the charges (a safe charge?) removed at check out. Room is filthy, not enough towels, coffee, or supplies. Gross. Lots of hair that wasn’t ours, pee puddles on the toilet, mold on the floor, etc.

This was a nightmare. After arriving in Nashville at 10:00 PM they took almost an hour to check me in with 2 people in line, they said their computers are “real old”. I had to wait 20 more minutes when they had to walk to the room to make sure it had been cleaned. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised and I was on the road the next day when I discovered they hadn’t returned my drivers license and I had to drive back to the hotel(one hour) to get it. Worst stay ever.

Unsafe enviroment, people on drugs in parking lot. Someone tried to check if my car doors were locked while I was checking in. People argueing and screaming at each other at midnight and 4 am. Bathroom had sticky residue puddle in one spot. The rest of the room appeared cleaned. Bed was clean. Front staff stayed on his phone talking during my entire check in. I did not enjoy my experience. I'd go elsewhere.

Needed a one night stay near the airport and that's what we got. The front desk staff was pleasant and the room was clean. There's a Waffle House and Panera next door and fastfood across the street. All pluses. The minuses were the room had an unpleasant odor and damp feel, like there was a wet dog hiding somewhere. The curtains did little to block out the outside lights and the bed was terrible. But it provided the basics: a place to lay our heads for a few hours and a shower.

The hote is nice near to bus stop to city center, clean, it is a very good choice if you need to stay near the airport and visit the city between two flights. Very nice people at the front desk. Many option to eat at walking distance

1st the extra pricey cost at check-in , no shuttle for time needed to go to airport, the staff had to come turn on tv and then no coffee so we had to walk across the street to a gas station. I will never stay at this place again or recommend to anyone.
