For as nice of a hotel as this is, the air should work better. We have been miserably hot this entire trip. At one point, it was 79 degrees in our room. We were sweating while eating breakfast. The employees were miserable as well. That’s not acceptable. The pillows were TERRIBLE! Paper thin. The mattresses are FIRM. Keep that in mind if you’re used to a soft mattress like we are. The breakfast was fine and the rooms were very clean. The only deal breaker for me was sweating the entire stay. On that note, the front desk staff was very unprofessional when I checked in. The three ladies were gossiping and talking amongst themselves while I just stood there waiting to check in. She had me swipe my card for $100 without telling me what it was, so I had to ask. It was the deposit which is (supposed) to be refunded. We shall see how long that takes. There was one staff member that shined above the rest. He helped us by getting us a cart to pack up some groceries. We all had our hands full and he just offered his kindness. Tried to refuse a tip, but we insisted. The parking is a nightmare. They apparently rent out spots to flights, so at one point there were ZERO available parking spots.

It was good, both times, except some idiots were playing loud music and it took a long while for the hotel to get them to stop. Security doesn’t get there until 10:00pm. Shuttle doesn’t run before 5:30am Not good for flights!

Nice property newer rooms and hotel that is well designed and decorated.nice breakfast buffet friendly staff. My only knock would be the top 1 foot rim of tiles in the pool need a good cleaning in the large beautiful indoor heated pool

Pool was clean and closed at 11pm. Breakfast is included in resort fee was ok. Plenty of different restaurants chains fairly close to choose. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. We will stay here again!!

Requested non-smoking room, but there was a very strong smoke smell as soon as I approached my door to get in. The room itself smelled so strongly of smoke that I began to have a headache before I fell asleep. Charging port next to bed did not work. Several ants were crawling in the sink when I brushed my teeth.

The couch had stains and the tissue box had blood on it. The information said housekeeping must be requested but only every third day. I am making a long shot assumption here but I believe it is somewhat cleaned after someone leaves but not very well.

The toilet paper was the cheapest & thinnest you could find, I had to go buy my own. There was hair on the shower wall, luckily I always travel with cleaning supplies. The iron in the room didn't work, I tried it in several outlets. I left my phone in the room luckily Kash found it and brought it down to the front desk where it was waiting for the receptionist to left her know that I left it but she was talking to someone in the back hallway and was acting like I wasn't even standing at the desk I had to ask the manager (I think) who came inside after did. to get service..... I'll NEVER stay at another Sonesta property again

Over all a really nice place. Were in the service industry with multiple Air bnb homes so we understand things happen. My only issue was the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Hair from previous guests was everywhere. In the shower, floor and on the sink. We arrived late and had a 4am flight so didn't stay long and wasn't going to say anything as we didn't want to swap rooms. In the future maybe do more spot checks or assure the cleaning crews doing the detail work. Thanks and i will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Nashville, upon arrival after a 12 hour drive the first room they gave us was dirty so they gave us a 2nd room and this room was dirty as well. Finally we were moved to a 3rd room that appeared to be half way clean. We laid down and went to sleep, then about 3AM my wife and daughter woke up to feeling wet rom the bed and a terrible urine smell, upon looking at the bed it was soaked with urine from the prior guest. It was the nastiest thing we have ever seen in a hotel. It got on our pllows that we brought and smelled so bad that the front desk lady was even disgusted and said it was unacceptable. The next morning the manager came and took a look and was apologetic and said they would make it right. The refunded the room charge and gave us some cheap pillows to replace our expensive pillows and promised to give us points that we could use in the future. We had multiple emails back and fourth with manager and have yet to received any points and now she will not respond to emails. This is a huge issue because this is a health issue that my family came in contact with someone else's body fluids. The next day they said they were steaming the mattress, the sheer amount of urine and smell should have been grounds to throw away the mattress. Travelers be aware that this is the cleanliness of this hoteland they don't honor their promises that they made to our family. I highly recommend not staying here and would find another place.

The bathroom was dirty. It had a sticky stain on the floor that the cleaning staff kept avoiding. It was still there after we left, and we asked them to clean it twice. The bed sheets were dirty, even the new sheets we received. The overnight staff was great; they did their best to accommodate, but the cleaning staff was horrible. The staff had to put up a new shower lining because the old lining had mold all over it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a horrible experience.

Great hotel! Clean, smelled nice, & was quiet. Location was perfect for getting downtown & to Opry Mills. The hot breakfast is what you would expect for a hotel. Lots of dining options nearby if needed, too. The only complaint my group has is not having housekeeping as an option when staying there, even though it was 3 nights. We had to get our own towels, TP, & trash bags(and change out the trash) from the front desk. We had to take dirty towels down to the front desk & put them in a bin as well. Hotel stays are supposed to breaks from doing all that in our own homes(especially as parents) so that was a bit disappointing! We would stay there again, though!

We have two adults and three teens. There was plenty of room to sleep, including a couch, for our very picky teenagers. The offer of providing sheets and extra pillow was very appreciated. The staff was excellent, bed was comfortable and seemed like all new bedding. Close to the airport for a 5:15 am flight. We only have good things to say. Thank you!

The room was fine, beds comfortable but the AC didn’t work well in our room which affected our sleep. The outlet to charge our phones didn’t work so both phones didn’t charge overnight. Ice machine was out of order on our floor. We made hotel staff aware of everything & they were friendly.

Booking this place was a mistake. When we got to the property, they were three people sitting on the bench outside directly under the nose, smoking side smoking. We were not able to unload our luggage due to that area envelope in nasty smoke when I mentioned this to the front desk, the lady was the pure definition of unprofessionalism and was very impolite. She proceeded to tell me that they were maybe standing by the wall and it was OK for them to smoke there. When the rest of my family came in and we pointed that they were sitting right under the sign She proceeded to tell us that I did not specify that and then apologized for the inconvenience in the most insincere manner ever. It is at that very minute. We decided to just literally stay the night and not have any more conversations or even available of the breakfast at this property. The rooms just felt very dingy and just had a weird weirdness about it. This is the first place I’ve ever stayed where at check out the front desk never even asked how the stay was. I assume they didn’t want to ask the obvious answer due to how nasty their customer services. We know for sure we will never be staying at this chain ever again. The customer service and attitude of the people at the reception of this hotel is the most pudding I have ever witnessed

Checked in on Thursday evening, check-in service, and friendliness was good. Friday morning breakfast was typical Hotel breakfast. The trouble began Saturday morning. The breakfast was subpar a lot of things missing, staff arguing about someone being late in front of all the Hotel guest. One employee using profanities because he can’t get the juice machine to work properly. Gym completely out of towels. Went to the desk to get one and was told they couldn’t find any and that they don’t put towels in the gym because people steal them. I told them I need at least one because I sweat a lot, and they gave me a bath mat towel. My wife went to the gym later that day and asked for a towel and was told we have no towels to give you and to do without. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also gym had no wipes for the machines. Told the desk, the lady just shrugged at me. It is very obvious to me you guys have the B team working on the weekends. This needs to be remedied. It was a joke.

Check in employee was very nice. In the middle of the night someone somehow got into our room but thankfully I had latch closed so they were only able to open the door slightly. This was very scary as there should be no way for someone to get into the room. When I spoke with front office regarding this they said said “I’m sorry, our system has been down so we can’t check to see who tried to get in. Sorry that happened.” This is unacceptable!

Awful. I arrived and they told me I was booked at another Sonesta. So I went to the other one and they had no idea who I was. So I called the lady that sent me away and told her I was indeed supposed to be at her Sonesta, and now she tells me I was booked for her location, but for the following day. This was incorrect and, quite plainly, according to all the receipts from having pre-paid, verifiably so. When I pressed her on how she went from “you’re booked elsewhere” to “you’re booked here, but for tomorrow”, and how that was A. not true and B. internally incoherent, she then said it didn’t matter because they were sold out and the computers were down. They have yet to refund my money. I had to find another hotel. I wasted an hour and a half plus the cost of the night elsewhere, after a long tedious day getting thru airports. Not cool. The insult to injury? I got an email a half hour after I left (1230 at night) stating that Sonesta was looking forward to seeing me on the dates following my booking. Meaning this lady went into her system to play with dates. I have the receipts and the time stamps from the app where this all was paid for. This lady and this scenario is emblematic of why our country is falling apart. So many off-ramps to deal with whatever the issue was, but she chose to deny, mislead and then obfuscate. I don’t want the money back, although I will pursue it, because this lady should not be public facing for a hotel providing rest for travelers.

I was super impressed with the staff at this hotel! We arrived early and the house manager, front desk staff, and even the breakfast attendant worked to get us in ealry to a room! I am beyond impressed with the service we recieved!

Stayed for a show at the Grand Ole Opry and was very pleased. Location is great and convenient to the Airport and Opry Mills Mall. With maps on your phone, you can get about anywhere in Nashville in 20 minutes, provided the rush hour traffic isn't overwhelming. Very clean also and amazingly quiet even though you are close to interstate and airport.

I ended up here because the Embassy Suites was full. This is definitely a step below an Embassy Suites. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Check in took a lot longer than it should have. Wifi and Continental breakfast where a $15 upcharge. The breakfast is something you would find at a super 8. I would skip it.
