Property was under construction. The elevator was not working properly. All down buttons didn’t work so you had to go up to go down. The air had a stagnant smell. There was debris everywhere around the parking lot. Will not stay again

From arrival, this hotel was a mess - the pool was closed (not a big deal as this was shared on the website). But, there was no A/C in the lobby and the odor smacked you in the face. Doors were propped open 24/7 so that wasn't safe and it allows for bugs, etc to be throughout the lobby. Because of this breakfast service was too hot to even enjoy. In addition, breakfast was poor without having proper condiments, or food in general, (waffles-no syrup, bagels/toast etc - no butter). The rooms, while standard for the price were not clean. My room had hair in the bathtub and lent everywhere like they never touched. The room floors also had an odor. 1/2 of the 3rd floor (where I stayed) had carpet pulled up and rolled up on the side - but I never saw any construction taking place. I requested a receipt at checkout and was told the printer was broke. I provided my email address (and watched her type it in) - and I still haven't received a receipt. It is now 2 days after I checked out!

The property is next to the highway. Traffic can interrupt sleep. It appears they are undergoing much needed renovations. The facilities are dated. But the convenience & shuttle to the airport are worth the less than modernized facilities. Staff is superb!

IT WAS A TERRIBLE VISIT. WE ALWAYS STAY HERE. UNDERCONSTRUCTION IS A NEW TERM FOR DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING. NO TV! NO INTERNET! JUST A ROOM WITH BANGING VERY EARLY 8AM. IT WAS JUST AWLFUL. I HOPE WHEN WE STAY AGAIN THE CONSTRUCTION WILL BE FINISHED.

One elevator wasn't working and they only had two ice machines for five floors. This meant that one machine was always out of ice and the wait for the elevator was long. The beds were fairly comfortable and the shower was good.

There pool was down and they lied about the pool working then we had one of the employees say there sister location pool was down but it wasn’t it was open and very unprofessional when we needed anything at the front desk

Hallways and room smelled like smoke, elevator smells like weed. Sink was clogged from the minute we used it and we had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth and wash our face, which was fun given the fact I am partially disabled. Floor and carpet is completely disgusting and partially missing in many places. Generally speaking, filthy walls, filthy surfaces everywhere. You will not want to touch ANYTHING with your actual hands. Grime every square inch. Breakfast was eggs—unseasoned, lukewarm, and so soggy they’re literally swimming in a pool of yellow liquid, dry sausage that tasted a bit old and off, and the coffee machine was broken so nobody was able to drink anything with their breakfast. I told the girl at the counter about the broken sink and she did not seem to want to make the situation right. This is the first one star rating I have ever given in my life. Congratulations.

This hotel was under construction and was not disclosed when I booked it. Ceilings were full of mold and falling apart and the room they sent us to was on a floor that carpets were stained and more than half the floor was under construction. It looked like an abandoned building. The room smelled of mold and the AC did not work. I asked for a full refund 5 mins after checking in and went to another hotel. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Walked in to a terribly hot room. They supposedly had just cleaned the room but I walked in to blood stains on the comforter and on the carpet by the beds. Elevator took us up but did not work going down so we were stuck on the 6th floor!

Absolutely nasty! All throughout the hotel (including rooms and common areas) carpet and walls were filthy, and ceiling tiles were missing and/or water stained! Where there wasn't tiles, the popcorn ceilings were peeling off! It was so bad, we didn't stay - went down to the Hilton and it was nice! Waiting for my reimbursement!

Staff is very friendly. First rooms keys nor the tv worked. Moved us to a different room and it was really noisy with traffic. The tub has a constant stream of water coming out. Not a dribble. Between a hat and the traffic, I don’t think we would be back at this location. It’s clean but needs a LOT ofmaintence and updated.

The bed sheets were clean, but our hallway smelled bad and our bathroom smelled worse and did not lock, it looked like they just painted and chalked over mold. The security features on the door were clearly ripped out of the door before. There was lots of spot painting because none of the colors used matched the original color, giving it a patchwork appearance.

When ypu read this, I have stayed her before to utilize the Airport Shuttle Service and that stay was great. This stay, not so much: The property is going through a remodel and it would have been nice to have been informed. When I first drove up the front desk area on the street side was obstructed by construction equipment. The room I was given was on the 5th floor, 1 side of rooms is being remodeled and is open. What that meant was the heat from a hot summer day was in the floor and my room was uncomfortable from the heat. My recommendation is wait until this property is done with remodel before staying. They have one ofcthe best staffs in the area.

The rate was fair. The room needs some tlc. The security lock on the door was busted. The door to the balcony was broken and would not close completely so I had a lot of traffic noise from outside. The lobby and dining area were extremely hot and therefore uncomfortable.

The property definitely needs to be updated. The carpets are quite stained and need to be replaced. It would be nice if there was a wall put up on the freeway side to dampen the noise of traffic as it is very loud. Especially in the early morning. I was woken up around 5:30 every morning…no sleeping in!!

If i could give zero stars, I would. this hotel has balconies off each room that over look the busy highway only about 100 yards away, and the doors to the balcony do not lock. This makes the room VERY loud; almost like i was trying to sleep on the side of the highway. When I called and asked if i could be moved to a more quiet room, or at least get some ear plugs, i was put on hold for 10 mins then hung up on. When i called and again asked, i was told no, because the rooms on the other side of the hall for every floor were being remodeled--the only rooms they had faced the highway! first time i've ever hear of a hotel that remodels half of multiple floors and multiple halls. Overall, just a bad experience and a bad nights sleep.

Check in attendant very nice, place being remodeled, quite a mess. Early morning attendant not to be found, outside smoking, very heavy & sloppy. Shuttle driver , very scary looking man, big sloppy. Hotel was convenient to airport, the good news . I think LabQuinta could do a lot better to protect their reputation. Price was good, fortunately we didn’t stay there long.

The communication was terrible! I reached out at 4pm to inquire about the airport shuttle...never received a reply. I tried calling the airport multiple times before and after landing...never got an answer. Finally decided to have Expedia reach out to them, and they told me the airport shuttle would be there by 11pm. 11:15 came around, still no shuttle, and my conversation with Expedia had ended. Called the hotel again and they finally answered...only to tell me the shuttle stops at 11pm and I was out of luck. Ended up having to get a taxi to the hotel, and ended up missing my dinner reservation. Never received an apology from the hotel. Their only excuse was 'they were very busy'. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service.

We went to check in and there was not one worker to be found. NOWHERE ! We waited 35 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. So long that we called the corporate phone number. I actually answered the phone myself and talked to corporate as they were trying to figure out what was going on. Also, the air conditioner wasn't working on the lower level and it was 90 degrees while eating breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the only thing to eat was waffles and bagels. THAT'S IT. No syrup no cream cheese, no coffee. And finally, we were not able to enjoy the pool as it was closed ! Needless to say, we will never stay at another La Quinta ever again.

Please note, while the shuttle to BNA airport is free, and runs every hour beginning at 4:30 am, it has to be scheduled in advance with the feont desk. I didn't know this, and had a stressful morning when the shuttle didn't come. However, the gentleman at the front desk were kind and understanding even thpugh there was nothing they could do, and the General Manager provided excellent customer service to turn the situation around. Nicole exceeded my expectations, and for this, I will return to this hotel in the future because its extremely convenient for airline travel and parking. Just dont forget to reserve the shuttle when you check in folks!

The AC in the lobby did not work. The guy working for the front desk was incredibly rude and didn’t know what he was doing. I waited in line for over an hour to check in and he made me wait let another person in front of me because I was booking two rooms. The rooms were clean but the staff made the experience unenjoyable.

The hotel lobbies are missing rug and tile, maybe there was a leak. I’m ok with that. What I’m not ok with is my trailer getting stolen from the hotel parking lot after being asked really suspicious questions about the trailer at check-in. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was clean even though it was old. The thing I didn’t like was the noise from the freeway that ran right in front of my window. The parking lot wasn’t well lit either. It was just a lay over from getting off a plane late and driving home so it was a good price for that. I don’t think I’ll ever rebook it. Not nearly up to the standard of the Laquinta we’ve stayed in previously.
