The stay was ok, but when we got up Sunday morning, our vehicle, along with several others had been broken into. The hotel staff was clueless about what to do. The hotel also did not have a maintenance person on staff that could have assisted the guests. The only thing they were able to do was let us use a small vacuum to clean up the broken glass. They claimed someone was on duty all the time, but we has issues with no one being at the front desk after check in or during the issue at hand in the morning.

The property was ok. I didn't feel unsafe there but unless you were going to opry mills there were few restaurants, even fewer gas stations and the parking lot seemed too small for the facility. If the hotel was at full occupancy i wonder if everyone would have a parking spot for their vehicle

We liked that the hotel was close to the Grand Ole Opry - that is what brought us to stay here. Parking spaces are limited (and very narrow) - we came back from the Grand Ole Opry and didn't have a place to park (there were 3 spaces available, but the cars/trucks parked next to them were over the line and my car couldn't fit - we had to park at a neighboring hotel). Also, there was also a very musty smell in the hallways. It was quiet and fairly clean, but overpriced for small rooms and bathroom.

Within walking distance to a couple of bars, had a option to book a shuttle to take you to and from downtown Nashville for a decent price, I would definitely stay here again

The room was great but the staff there is horrible. We booked the stay for 2 nights, check in on Friday and check out on Sunday. Sunday morning when we went to check out and got to our truck, it had a broken window on the passenger side and our personal belongings stolen. We was told that the night shift office personal saw the whole thing and never thought of calling our room to let us know what happened. There were other cars broken into at the comfort inn along with other hotels along music valley drive. After reporting this to the police, we asked for a trash bag to put on the door as a make shift window till we could get somewhere to make a better cover for our 4 hour ride home with no help from staff at the hotel. They all acted as we was the criminals in the situation with no help at all from staff or upper management. I advise you not to stay at this hotel if you care about your safety, vehicle and personal property.

Nice, clean, quiet good location to Grand Ole Opery and Mall. Comfortable bed on second floor facing the back. Nice small pool with sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrellas.

Nice front desk (Sarah, a super nice mgr!), our room is very comfortable, one of 2 tvs in room not working properly & techs couldn't fix it (grrrr). Clean, nicely appointed bathroom. Nice breakfast. Pool water cold, need to up temperature. Wish they had a hot tub!

We had several issues with our room. I spoke with 3 people who advised me that the manager would call me. He never did. Our fridge was broken, the carpet smelled horrible, and there was feces all over the toilet. They advised i could not move to a different room.

This property was FILTHY!!! The elevator had big spills in it left the entire stay. My white socks were black from walking around in the hotel room. Seriously gross. The staff was very friendly but the property itself is nasty. I was COMPLETELY OVERCHARGED for this stay!!!

Great location. However! Once we walked in the door, the stale, musty smell was overwhelming. Thinking maybe the a/c needed to run, we turned it on and left for the evening. The smell did not improve. Everything was damp from humidity and couldn't sleep. Informed young lady at desk and she apologized and offered new rooms. Both of thise room had the same smell, so we opted just to grit through it one more night. The morning we were to check out, noticed the carpet was soaking wet by the a/c unit and finally had an answer for the muggy feeling room. Informed the young lady at the desk and she apologized. She was extremely nice, and our negative experience with this stay had absolutely nothing to do with the staff.

Room was nice although separate bathrom sink area was minimal for putting our items on & toilet way too low (hard to get up from). Bed comfortable. Alex was helpful telling us how to get to Grand Ole Opry without having to pay for parking. Breakfast area cramped for both food items and seating. Didn't use pool, water not heated and no hot tub which would've been nice. Appreciated Arlington, at front desk, allowing us to check out an hour later. OK place to stay, was close to where we wanted to be.

The hotel is pretty great in terms of comfort! The only issue i had was the shower. I was given a wheelchair accessible room, so the shower would leak water all around the bathroom and into the hallway outside the bathroom. It was a little slippery.

Not a bad place for a night (maybe 2 if you’re not going to be in room much). Close to Opry Mills. Close to Highway, so traffic noise is pretty bad. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I’m an average size man and it was hard for me to maneuver around to close the door.

The room was ok, a typical budget hotel. The breakfast was better than most complimentary budget hotels. Convenient to get to. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk when we arrived, waited about 15-20 min before we were greeted. The check in process was very slow. The bathroom was SUPER tiny. The sink area was tiny, couldn’t feet a toiletries bag on it. But overall, It was fine for the price.

Front desk clerk was great at check-in. We actually arrived early, but he took the time to see if a room was ready, it was, and he let us check in. He was one of the most pleasant front desk people we have encountered. Room was great.

The young men who checked me in was very pleasant and tried to be helpful and attentive. However, when I checked out, there was no one on duty (7am) and multiple sticky notes on the desk and doors with a phone number to call if you needed help. Not surprisingly, didn't get a receipt and had to call the hotel. Still have pending charges on my credit card three days later. Just seems sketchy. Hotel itself was ok - clean room, very tiny bathroom.

The front desk people were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. Room was great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend Comfort Inn!

The bathroom was really small. The area was pretty sketchy. I went into the gas station right near the hotel and there is a police office that greets you, as he is stationed inside the store for security. There was a high school sports team (soccer?) there with us and my adult daughter overheard them saying that one of their teammates went to that gas station to get snacks and a gun was pulled on him in the parking lot. Obviously we just overheard the story and didn’t see it first hand, but it is totally believable. The front desk staff was very friendly, as was the housekeeping. Very clean, but not fancy at all. Very basic and probably not as modern as most comfort inns. And the continental breakfast was typical food. The seating was always full- but again, the hotel was full (spring break) and we did have a sports team there. It’s nothing at all special, but clean and friendly. Sketchy strip of stores and a closed down go kart/mini golf course, which looks horrible and some run down campground down the street. Strangely, it’s right across the road from the beautiful Gaylord Resort and opry mills mall. Wrong side of the tracks, you might say?

This property is located across the road from the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel and a really big shopping mall (Opry Mills) with lots of local and chain restaurants. It's about 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Staff is friendly, rooms and property are very clean and well maintained.Would definitely stay there again!

If you are going downtown, you get shafted for parking. You don’t know what you are going to pay until you put your card in the machine when you go in. ($40). Take the shuttle from the hotel. ($10pp) Same deal with Opryland ($35) Park at Opryland Mills mall and walk along pathway to grand ole opry and hotel (free).

Never did see it. Breakfast was not ready to eat at 6:00am start time. That was included in the room price should be a partial refund if they don’t get it setup by the posted time. We were leaving early to beat the traffic and were unable to eat because the breakfast wasn’t there at 6:00. The lights weren’t even on in the breakfast area.

The pool was green so we weren’t sure if it was clean and couldn’t use it. There was hair in the shower from the previous tenants. Everything else was okay. Would have preferred more fruit options with breakfast. Staff was okay, but no overly friendly. Location made it easy to get on and off the free way. Bob Evans right down the street had amazing breakfast!

Hotel was good for the night. The breakfast had a decent variety of simple foods. Our room sleeping area was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there was hair on floor left by previous guest. Sink located outside bathroom smelled like sewer coming up from the pipes.

Overall it was a good stay/value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small. No counter space for any toiletries. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Elevator needed a good cleaning and had lots of broken tiles on the floor.

Jay at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating while checking in! Very convenient to the event we were attending at the Opryland Convention Center. Squeaky clean and up to date. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of choices although I couldn’t find any hot tea. Bathroom (tub and toilet) is tight to navigate. Very little counter space around sink. All of the lights are led and too bright, but that’s just my personal opinion. Why aren’t there ever any hooks for towels????
