Stayed 3 nights

We got in at 10:00pm and were exhausted . The entire motel smelled like musk. There were air moisture units up and down the halls. But they were not plugged in. Upon entering The “suite” part of the room, it was very very hot and damp. Cobtining inyo the bedroom area, was an old unit along the window. The biggest problem was the bright lights coming in through the large window and no way to block it! No blinds, and the yukky curtains were not large enough to block the marque lights on the top and bottom. The room was musky so we wiped everything with disinfectant and did not sleep well. We left the 2 days early and found a much better hotel for the next 2 nites. I had to fight with hotels.com and only got a partial refund. THIS IS NOT A 3 or 4 star hotel!!! We did not eat the yummy prepackaged garbage breakfast. The hotel smelled and we just wanted to get out of there ASAP and start our few days in Nashville in a nice environment. Very disappointed in Hotels.com for advertising and misleading the public. Bait and switch situation.

We were in Nashville for a medical appointment at Vanderbilt for our 3yr old special needs son. The staff was smoking right at the front door. The lady at the desk was very rude. The halls smelled of mildew/mold with dehumidifiers lining all the hallways. The room had 2 queen beds but one was sunken in the middle. I let my wife and son sleep on the more decent bed (that statement being a stretch) and I slept in a hole. My son couldn’t stop sneezing and has had a sinus infection ever since. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites in this condition and never will again. My son’s health is more important than saving a few dollars.

Staff was friendly, decorated for the holiday. Paint was peeling off the walls in our room. Mattress was just okay. It works for a quick stay.
