G Hotel

Our truck had dent in the door when we got into it in the morning. Some may have backed into it sometime in the night.

Parking was good right infront of my room

Staff is friendly, continental breakfast was good, room and parking great. Will stay here again if in Henderson area.

Price was too high for the room without even a night stand. It is an old motel that the new owners are renovating. It has to be better to charge within $75 of Mandalay Bay rates.

Pretty straight forward place and very basic . Clean with good mattress, it’s like a motel. Coffee available in the morning and snacks. Front desk is helpful, calling it a hotel is a stretch Should be called a motel with motel price.

Staff was nice. Room was fairly clean. Pillowcases and bedspread were (dirty, stained or old). Refrigerator in room was dirty and stinky. Stairs up to room were narrow and steep. No elevator, no ice machine, no vending machines. If I had realized how sparse it was, I would have driven a little farther and stayed at one of the local resorts

Property is very new with renovations and furnishings. I was greeted by the owners and they were very friendly. The owners went out there way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay there again if we come back to Henderson.

A no frills hotel, but it was a very nice stay. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, and very friendly. The room was very clean. It lacked a few comforts like a trash can and a table to set luggage, but it was otherwise just fine. Our other hotel reservation fell through and this was the only hotel we could find at a reasonable price. We arrived at night so there was a lot of construction so it was a bit questionable for us, but once the staff greeted us and showed us to our room, we were fine. We felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The bonus was a continental breakfast was included. Overall, very happy with our stay

The hotel had an 8.2 rating so I thought it would be okay. The rating I give it is 4. The TV did not work. The door did not have a security lock. The night light outside the room was so bright it shined through the only window with shear drapes which made the room like daylight all night. There were no hand towels and no wash clothes. No paper cups to have a drink of water. Not a pleasurable stay!! It was clean.

Very clean, good ac, nice staff. Breakfast was a little sparse, and a shelf in the bathroom would've been helpful, but no biggie 👍

The breakfast choices were minimal. The bathroom was a little gross. But the bed was comfortable.

Worst stay we’ve ever had. Not as advertised, dirty and smelled like urine. Window was covered with a bedsheet because it had no blinds. 0/10 recommend.

[note: first hotel review ever, and I travel]. Let me preface by saying, the staff was nice and check-in was quick and easy. But a nice staff can't make up for an absolutely substandard experience. The room matched the website photos in that it had the things in the picture, but that's where it ended. The lighting was dingy, the room was dirty. Not dirty like they hadn't vacuumed, but dirty as in they had never cleaned the walls or baseboards, ever. My wife saw a crusty "thing" on the wall. I said "Try to ignore it", she said "I can't. When I get out of the bed my nose is literally one inch from it". Top sheet is the bedspread case. Pillows were flat and lumpy. I figured mine was fuller because it had more hair in it. If you held the towels up you could see the weak light pouring through them they were so worn out. You could get an iron, but they had no ironing board. That's okay, you can use the end table for that. Breakfast was, not exaggerating, coffee, wrapped bagels, wrapped donuts, and a couple pieces of fruit. First morning we pulled the flavored creamer bottle from the fridge. Empty. They had no replacement. By now you know, morning number two, still no creamer. When I complained the clerk said she would tell her manager. It takes me telling her two days in a row for her to tell her manager? What does the "G" stand for you ask? "GOOD GOD!" would be my reply. Again, the staff was nice. The location is what it is. The room was nowhere near the cost. Lesson learned.

Place was clean, well kept and people working were kind

The towels were very much not clean. I happened to have my own so I didn’t ask for a new one.

The room was cozy, clean and large enough to fit my needs, the only thing i would change is the mattress it wasn't terrible but it was a little on the harder or stiffer side, I prefer my mattress a little more softer.

The room was clean, but thats about all. Everything else is less than basic. Wifi was not working. Never had a bathroom without a mirror. One bulb for the whole room. Nothing else. No sockets close to bed etc. This is a renovated motel with exorbitant price tag compared to others in las vegas

Rooms are super basic (no closet) and no dark curtains so you don’t get the room dark ever (they have lights outside that shine in and once the sun comes up your sleep is done). AC wouldn’t stay on the whole time and anytime it went to sleep mode you wake up from the sounds of the street. I booked two nights as I thought it was a hotel. Got out after one and of course was refused any refund for the second which is ok… this is a dump). Don’t go there! Overpriced for what and where it is. And ignore the “good” reviews - all lies

It’s was amazing for the price. Not what I expected. Very clean, very minimal. However, there was no dresser and the table in the room did wobble a bit. But I was really only sleeping and showering in the room.

The stay was wonderful except the TV service ne ause it was internet it kept buffering would go out yet the staff was so very helpful trying to fix it.

This is our second stay at this hotel, it is good for the price. But the first night there was no wifi so the tv is not working.

Nothing fancy but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the window covering was opaque so the outside lights shone through the window! I felt like we were sleeping with the lights on 😕 The hotel definitely needs to invest in some black-out curtains.

Pretty simple accommodations, fine for being on a road trip. Was definitely disappointed with the bright outdoor lights combined with curtains that were cheaply hung and don't block out light at night. Otherwise, no frills for a place to crash after a long day on the road.

This motel looks rough around the edges until you get into the rooms — I highly enjoyed how updated and modern my room was. My door didn’t lock, though, which sketched me out a bit as a young woman traveling alone.

From the minute I got there wanting to check in early to the day I left, the staff was just amazing. They went out of their way so I could check in early. Later, do to my visit, gave me extra pillows and and a blanket to borrow for my hospital visit. Then loaded up ice in my ice chest so my surgery food didn't spoil on the ride home. Great job to the STAFF !!

We were given a very small room, but the last day, the gentleman at the front desk upgrade us to a larger room without us asking. Appreciate it

I called ahead of time to state I was a day late and to not cancel my room, was told no problem and when I arrived they cancelled my room and would not issue a refund.

Hotel was great staff was super friendly at check out carried my bag to my car and gave my son snacks . room was clean and quite would definitely go back again

The property Manager: Ms. Ty was simply terrific and accomendating with loads of local activity information. Simply a gem of a person! Overall a great experience!

The staff is extremely friendly. It is an up and coming property so you need to keep that in mind that they are working to expand the property. Given that you need to just keep in mind that there are certain limitations that they have but overall, the value is good and They offer breakfast like continental breakfast and anything that you may need assistance with the front desk is very courteous and goes the extra might help.

Great customer service, all 4 staff members I encountered were super friendly and helpful. Even offering snacks, free water, ice. I was there for one night to see Hoover Dam. Good distance, food options nearby. Adequate room for 1. Weird floorlamp though, purple tint, then yellowish. Breakfast was more than expected. Great spot for my needs.

Staff was very helpful

I felt very unsafe in room. Area around hotel just made me feel very uneasy. As a single lady staying by herself I didn't not feel safe and ended up checking out and going to another hotel. Room doors go to the outside.

Hotel was nice and clean small rooms and nothing fancy just a bit far from airport and the strip

The surrounding area is under development so it is not appealing. However, this hotel is a little hidden gem. It does show some wear and tear on the outside but the rooms have been updated. The bed was super comfy (which I had inquire where I can buy one for myself) and the pillows provided good support. On our way back home, we kept talking about how the bed was really nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be our go to when in the area.

The price was not adequate for the hotel's standard. Too far from Las Vegas Boulevard.

The staff was super friendly They were willing to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast was great they offered wide variety and everything was clean and fresh.

Breakfast was served! :) The room was very clean and we appreciated the toothbrush left in the room for us as well. Our only comment is that we were told the deposit would be $50 and it was $100! Other than that, this is a hidden gem!

Breakfast was basic, I was happy to have coffee, Donuts were day old individually wrapped. Bagels were good, also individually wrapped. Cheese snacks were a great addition for a good protein snack for us Diabetics.
