This was an average hotel. Air-conditioning was a bit noisy. It helped to keep the fan on all the time. We used park and fly. This was a problem. Our flight was delayed and instead of coming in early in the morning it came in at two in the afternoon. They have no shuttle service between one and 4 PM. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

Convenient and comfortable option for a stay near Charlotte Airport. Front desk staff were extremely friendly, organized, and welcoming. Fitness room was lacking (cardio only - weight machines not useable due to missing parts and no hand weights available). Shuttle bus staff also very good. Limited food options within walking distance but there is an incredibly good taco truck across the street.

Great location to the airport and the shuttle service after we dropped of our rental was efficient. It was less than a 10 minute Uber right to downtown Charlotte for a great Seafood Dinner at Sea Level. You do start hearing the planes at about 5:00a though... just muffle with the heavy curtains.

The hotel itself needs a major remodel and deep cleaning. My major complaint is that we booked this hotel specifically for an airport shuttle. We requested the shuttle the night before and were told to arrive 10-15 minutes early. We waited for 20 minutes AFTER our requested departure time and finally called an Uber. The driver never showed.

What I liked was the convenience of being close to the airport but that convenience came with the downfall of the noise of the airplanes as they came to land. The hotel offered courtsey shuttle to and from the airport. the only bad part was there was no shuttle service for a three hour span of time between 1-4 pm. So you either had to leave before 1 pm or get to the airport on your own.

The hotel had a gross smell. The window was cracked and “fixed” with scotch tape. I could feel the springs in the mattress and woke up with a backache. I’m glad it was only 1 night and not more.

First off this place is disgusting and unsanitary. The room smelt like cat piss with a mixture of black mold. I booked 2 double full size beds they gave us twin XL. The windows were cracked. When taking a shower and stepping into the shower it made weird noises and felt like you were about to fall through. The shower curtain was stained and didn't even cover you or the bath tub thus resulting in water getting all over the floor.

The staff was fantastic, from the shuttle pick up from the airport, to Latisha checking us in, to the shuttle ride back to the airport. The place was clean and quiet. Location was great. The only reason I am not giving this place a 5 is due to the very uncomfortable beds and super flat pillows. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.

Shuttle from airport fast, drivers very nice guys, hotel clean breakfast good, not crowded at 7am which was nice, quiet room, only downside was hotel needs some updating, doors and carpets showing their age. Wall thermostat disconnected, needed to use window mounted ac unit next to bed to control temperature, should be a sign indicating this.

This is a great hotel if you need something very close to Charlotte Douglas. It is only about a four minute drive from the long-term parking lot but because of its location situated tucked in behind the main highway, it’s very quiet. The facility itself is a little outdated, but everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast was also very good.

The staff, including the receptionist and shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and there was plenitful towels, toiletries, etc. There are some very bright street lamps in the back parking lot, but the curtains can not be closed to block them out (room 214)

My flight got cancelled and I had to come in late at night. The staff was kind and accommodating even helping me get the shuttle. My flight got canceled the second day as well and I rebooked with them and they not only accommodated me but got me in earlier. Excellent service.

The two ladies at the lobby desk on July 2, at 11pm, were kind and very helpful to me and my son. That was so appreciated after 2 canceled flights. On July 3, the can ride to the airport at 10:30am, was wonderful as our driver - a ex-HLR pharmacy employee & from NJ - was lovely and very positive-minded, which helped us a lot. Your staff was remarkable. Thank you, all.

We had to stay on short notice due to a flight delay. The check in process was problematic from the get go and they sent us to a room that was already occupied. I'm still not sure they ever figured out the issue correctly but we eventually got a room after about a half an hour and were able to spend the night. The room was very dated, but also very clean. The location sits off by itself and is more questionable than other neighboring airport hotels we have stayed.

Property itself seemed clean but a little shabby. Employee at check in was extremely friendly. Bed was comfortable but the microfiber sheets were hot and uncomfortable. There is airplane noise which is to be expected near the airport. Shuttle driver raised his voice at me when I was 1 minute late, even though he was waiting for other passengers. He told me he would have to come back for me at 730 since I was "late." After going back and forth a few times, even the other passenger getting involved, I went inside to complain. He followed me in and claimed to be "kidding." He then slammed the van door in my face, I guess as a way to show me what a man he is. I would not stay here again due to his poor manners and extremely poor customer service.
