Ladies at he check in very friendly & helpful. Nice rooms, very clean. Definitely not quiet but you expect that next to an airport. Only complaint was 2/8 machines in the gym out of service. Would stay there again- also have really good breakfast burritos.

Room was musty, and had very poor lighting. I realize the facility was under construction but it was noisy and filthy in every location. Parking was limited and difficult due to the construction activities and the facility still charged $10 a day to park in the lot?? Parking charge is ridiculous to begin with.

Clean and comfortable room was well pleased good Bistro indoor pool fire pit outside on the patio nice place big room had a great time stayed there for a Metallica concert the staff gave me the name and number of a cab guy named Omar he was very professional and prompt

Clean. Safe. Cozy cortyard. Great gym.Too much chlorine in the pool. Comfortable beds. Very close to the airport so you hear the planes flying over but if noise doesnt bother you, great option to stay at.

Friendly staff. Need update amenities because staff advised Hot Tub had been filled in for years. Your website indicates this hotel has a Hot Tub and that is one of reason we chose this location. We wanted to enjoy Hot Tub, so that was disappointing. Also rooms could be cleaner.

Very clean. Shower in bad need of repair. Apparent mold in the junction of wall and tile floor. Shower and shampoo dispenser was torn off the wall. Shower was kind of icky; it needs attention. But… it was clean, other than that. The whole room was clean, other than that.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Room smelled horrific. Like mold or a dog had lived there. Bathroom was very dated and the bed mattress and pillows were old, tired and uncomfortable. Hotel needs a major renovation.

The whole room was dirty, the bathroom was full of mold and had damaged walls. There have been some attempts to repair the walls and the silicone around the bathroom tub, but looked like they were made by unqualified personnel. In terrible disrepair and the carpets are old and extremely dirty.

Flight was delayed so when I called for the shuttle, rude customer service. After waiting, ended up taking an Uber. Front desk lady was the best experience - wasn’t who answered about the shuttle and she was apologetic for the disconnect on the shuttle. Room was dirty, dated, smelled of urine, and warm water at best for your shower was all less than ideal.

The room was warm and humid even with the AC on. The towels are very thin. A seeingly small thing, but the tissues and toilet paper are ridiculously thin and tear. I understand that the price is for the convenience to the airport, but it wouldn't kill Marriott's bottom line to improve the quality of these items just a little.

Charlotte is a halfway point for us to visit our grandkids in Atlanta. We had tried several Comfort Inn’s in the area and well, let’s just say we weren’t impressed. This Marriott however was significantly better at a similar price and we will use them from now on. Very comfortable room and bed, thick towels, water was hot and plentiful, quiet.

Good to be close to the airport. Three things I should mention, though: 1) The sink only ran hot water. 2) The shower curtain did not fully close. Need to change the hanging rod and pair it with a non-elastic curtain. 3) The elevator smells really bad. Time for an inspection.

Stood in cold at airport pickup spot for 40 minutes for hotel’s shuttle van. Saw every other hotel shuttle van come and go repeatedly. Called Courtyard Marriott 3 times and was repeatedly told driver was on his way. Hotel is only 5 minutes away. Driver never showed. When got to hotel, I was told the cost of the cab ride would be reimbursed. Was not. Terrible travel experience. Recommend choosing any other hotel in area , not Courtyard Marriott on Little Rock Drive.

I booked my room through Expedia and when I got to the property they did not have any rooms. the front desk guy ASSURED me he would cancel the reservation and I wouldn't get charged, but Expedia charged me. When Expedia reached out to the property they would not approve the refund. Both Expedia and this hotel should be able to refund me if they allowed booking but did not have rooms. I will never book with Expedia again, nor will I ever stay at a Marriot.

I would have rated this hotel four stars, but unfortunately, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. To our shock, there was a man asleep in the bed. While the staff quickly provided us with a different room, their reaction felt casual—more of a ‘whoops’ than the serious concern you’d expect in such a situation. This incident left me uneasy, especially when considering what could have happened if the roles were reversed and someone had mistakenly entered my room. Safety should be a top priority, and this experience fell short.

It oak 30 minutes to check in upon arrival with only one person working the desk. There was only person working the restaurant and the lobby was full of waiting guests. The hotel is in major need of renovations. The room smelled damp and the elevator is questionable.

Perhaps it was a culmination of a series of unfortunate events, but I had a few small problems - Ordered a shuttle, the woman assured me it was on the way, waited about 30 minutes, called again, she claimed they never got a call (lol) - The breakfast and dinner was fairly expensive considering the portion sizes, and also, the woman at the kitchen could only cook one meal - she was nice but the original cook had a family emergency so he couldnt show up. I think in this regard, staff needs to be trained a bit better, learn to cook more things in case of events such as that, etc. They also kept messing up my order for breakfast within 2 minutes of asking me multiple times what I had, they were lovely people, but i'm not really sure how you could forget over and over when im standing right there.. Also asked for extra towels because I ran out, and no one ever came, had to ask again the next morning. These issues didnt bother me much but I could understand how, if someone was on vacation or had higher standards, they would be upset by the customer service. I was there for work, so I was gone most of the day, but coming back to one option for a meal and no breakfast was kind of a bummer - had to order out more than i expected.

Checked into room and noticed no small bar soap in the sink area. Went to front desk to ask for some and staff could not locate any soap. We were then told they would have to call housekeeping and it would be sent to our room but we never received. Next, I had to wait 45-minutes to get a simple salad from the Bristro menu. One person working the bar and restaurant area. Poor staff scheduling and management strategy that creates unhappy customers. You can do netter Courtyard — especially given the CLT location.

Hotel canceled our reservation at last moment stating they are overbooked. Leaving us strangelled at the airport with two small kids in the middle of the night. Worst experience ever. Specially Mario the manager of the property.

The hotel was fantastic. The gal, Kisha, I had spoken to when confirming my rooms and then at check in was awesome. Super sweet, helpful, and professional. If I ever had to stay at this hotel in the future I would since it’s literally next to the airport. I also didn’t hear too much noise from the planes. There are four huge drawbacks to this hotel. 1. You’re like 15/20 minutes from downtown Charlotte. The traffic as we got closer to Panther (Bank Of America) Stadium was horrendous. I’d hire staying here to attend a concert or game-spend the extra and stay closest to the stadium. 2. Breakfast is “available” but you have to pay for it, and it’s overpriced for what it is. 3. The food/dining options around the hotel are ZERO If you want food of ANY KIND, you have to drive closest to downtown or. Eat at or close to the stadium. 4. The area surrounding the hotel isn’t the best area. And the same goes for much of downtown as you head away from the stadium.

The two ladies at the front desk were sensational! So friendly and welcoming! Bistro is only open for breakfast and lunch and is super spendy. Would like to see dinner served and complimentary breakfast. The hotel room was a little rough though. Found an ear wig bug in the bathroom. Yucky splatter of something in the bathroom door. Twisted tea can on deck with old cig butts in it. Grab bar next to toilet is coming out of the wall, and shower looks ugly and old. BUT it has the best water pressure ever so I’ll take it! Pool is nice with kiddos. Close to airport so if you’re a light sleeper, choose a hotel a little farther away so you don’t hear planes all night. But didn’t bother us. We slept great!

The property is in a great location. The staff were very nice however, the TV did not work in the room, there was no dining area. Coffee was provided but no creamer. Staff basically said they did not have any. Meeting room hard no air conditioning. They brought temporary cooling unit that did not work either. No breakfast offered despite restaurant name listed. Overall, disappointing stay.

Room was pretty clean except a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower bar that was missed by housekeeping. Late check in due to missed connection (10p) and bar was closed. No where close to get a bite or nitecap. Workout facility was small and equipment was sticky. One of the two ellipticals was working and I got the last towel. Fine for an overnight layover but wouldn’t be my first (or second) choice for a weekend getaway. They have free Starbucks coffee in the morning that is worth an extra star.
