Parking was confusing. I exited at the nearest door I found myself far away from the entrance. It was raining and I had to carry my luggage way around the regions building. I’m hard of hearing and the pleasant girl at the desk was very soft spoken. It was very hard to hear her.

Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for a Panthers game. Our only disappointment is the fitness center was shut down and there was no notice of this when we made our reservation.

The parking situation at The Westin is something to be desired. Unless you check in way early for a big event in Charlotte, valet will be filled and you’ll have to navigate the god-awful underground parking deck. Otherwise our stay was great. Just beware of the parking.

The hotel is in the heart of Charlotte. Every place was in walking distance. The rooms were very nice. Loved the bed and pillows. Nice restaurant in the hotel as well.

Modern hotel situated close to the Convention Centre. Comfortable stay in a modern and well furnished room. Only two oddities. 1. Housekeeping didn’t show up on one of the five days I stayed there. 2. Intermittently, it was impossible to get cold water in the sink even after running the tap for five minutes plus.

The property is currently under renovations, which I wish I'd known when I made the reservations. Our room was one that hadn't been renovated yet, and the A.C. didn't work properly, so we were pretty warm throughout the night. Our friends stayed at the property the same time, and they were in a newly renovated room. We paid the same price for our room that they paid, which I think shouldn't have been the case. I feel that the property should let potential guests know ahead of booking that they may be booked in a room that isn't newly renovated, but the price should definitely reflect that. I am not sure I will return.

I recently stayed at the Westin Hotel, and while there were some positives to my experience, I was quite disappointed with the room placement. I was assigned a room directly next to the elevator, and it severely impacted the quality of my stay. The constant noise from the elevator, including the dinging and the sound of people coming and going, made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was fine – spacious, clean, and well-appointed, as you would expect from a Westin property. However, the noise was unbearable at times, and it felt like a huge oversight to be placed in such a location. I would recommend anyone booking a room here to request one far away from the elevator if possible. Overall, the stay could have been much more enjoyable if I hadn’t had to deal with the constant interruptions throughout my stay. The hotel requires us to become a member of some kind of group in order to access the internet for free, which I did not accept since I don't want my data to be shared with a third party. Therefore, I did not have access to the hotel's WIFI.

Horrible service. No glasses in room. Only 1 robe. Not enough coffee. Ridiculous charge for milk for coffee. No shower caps in bathroom. Not a good experience . Wouldn’t recommend. Was threatened with parking after 15 minutes while waiting to check in.

When check in is at 4pm, and you show up at 4:45 to check in & you get told that it’s going to be at least another HOUR before your room is ready is beyond unacceptable. When you’re paying $600 a night for a room, you’d think it would be ready at the listed check in time. We weren’t offered any sort of apology or anything. Next day, went to the bar/dining area for dinner. Food took over an hour and a half to show up, and when it did it was wrong, over cooked, and inedible. It wasn’t our servers fault, but again no manager ever came to talk to us or any table in the dining area, anything. We have stayed here before and it was fine, but this visit has changed our opinion of the Westin brand hotels.

Hotel was fantastic. Staff was very accommodating and kind. We attended the ACC Championship Game, GO NOLES! and the staff from the from desk to the security and everyone in between was so kind. Enjoy the hotel and would 100% stay there again based on the experience.

This hotel is in the center of pretty much everything in the city. 3 blocks from Bank of America Stadium, a 1 1/2 blocks from the NASCAR Hall of Fame and about 5 blocks from the arena. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distances as well. All the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional.

The room was great and the little amenities like the roll on essential roll was lovely. The parking situation is a challenge because the structure is super tight and confusing but whatever. It’s more in a central business district type location so it’s not walkable to a ton of local spots but renting a scooter made all the difference. Easy to walk to the Whole Foods which is great. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed here one night for a concert at Bank of America Stadium. Valet was closed because of the vast amount of people checking in, but it wasn’t a big deal to self park. The hotel was totally packed because of the show, so there were lines to get on the elevator, long waits at the restaurants, etc. But considering the crowds, the staff handled things well. They went out of their way to accommodate us or give us alternate options. After the concert when the crowds were especially large, they opened the service elevator to help move people more quickly which I appreciated. The only constructive feedback I have is to have more staff and stay open a bit later after the concert. There were signs for pizza until midnight after the show, but the lines were so long that they sold out before a lot of people could get food. The front desk has some shelf stable snacks (chips, cookies) and cold drinks for sale which was very much appreciated!

I stayed for a few nights while attending the Design-2-Part trade show. Service was great, very friendly and attentive as required. My needs were few, but service at the bar was great, my room was always clean and well appointed. The space was perfect for my needs. The person that greeted me each morning at the breakfast buffet was amazing. She has a great personality, and she is a perfect fit for that position. The entire staff in that area was great and the breakfast was AMAZING each morning! I gained 4lbs while there and I might blame the breakfast, LoL. I was completely satisfied with my stay!

Exceptional hotel with top notch service. My mom and I raved about the mattress and pillows! We treated ourselves to dinner at the hotel restaurant. The ribeye was mouth-watering and my salmon dish was savory and comforting. We also thoroughly enjoyed our craft cocktails. Nick was a gentleman and took great care of us. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and JP’s restaurant!

Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and good hot shower. Very fast elevators ! Late night meal at the in-hotel bar and grill was great. Friendly staff. Not the cheapest deal with the flight included, but I would stay again.
