Adequate cooking needs were at desk on request. Room was clean except for drug peraphernalia left in kitchen drawer.

Good place to stay. Suite with kitchen for a low price ($105). Upon arriving, I had to put up a refundable $150 deposit "in case of damage to room". This was unexpected because they have my credit card info (I handed the desk clerk my card). Was told it takes a few days to get the refund.

Did not like the quality of the shower floor. Had to buy a shower mat and sandals to be able to take a shower. When asked the front desk about this, they said “all the rooms have showers like this”..would have left and just rebooked somewhere else but our home was getting work done for a few days and we had little kids with us tired from the day. Decided to stay and just purchase the above mentioned things. No pots/pans available for cooking etc, no spoons/utensils… had to request that from the front desk. Also had to bring your dirty towels to the front desk to get fresh ones. Wouldn’t recommend for families used to convenience and cleanliness, but if looking for short term decent stay.. would recommend. Thanks!

Kitchen was not stocked but we didn’t need it be stocked

Great service in from desk good personality, but the bathroom was dirty the sheets also, and the aisle impossible to walk a really bad smell my Son and I had to walk out from the stairs!!

The pull out bed mattress was dirty with stains and it smelled. The tub had black mold.

Our stay was good, room half cleaned, tv stand were not dusted and the floor in kitchen area wasn't sweep. Staff were friendly most of them. Yessss! I would recommend it to my friends and family members.

King bed on platform with only mattress and very low .

Everything was good except for our pull out bed the mattress smelled like urine and our bathtub needs renovating but other than that it was great.

Staff was fabulous. Rooms however are extremely dated and uncomfortable. Couches were ripped and stained. Shower head was turned out of the tub. Definitely would not stay again. But the staff was wonderful!

I didn't like the noise of the children above us jumping, running ,playing all day and night while we were trying to rest.I work nights and my Husband works day shift and there was any peace for either of us because of the noise .We were going to find another Hotel because of this and we still may.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We checked in super late on Friday night and Leah at the front desk was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! Very sweet and personable. I travel a lot and I don’t find that too often with the night staff. Definitely keep her! Our room had a smoke detector where the battery was dying so it was beeping a lot. The lady at the front desk came and fixed it for us the next morning. It was very quiet and clean. We had no issues with our stay.

Stuff at the front was clueless and how to check us in and how to check us out. We had to wait for 30 minutes just to check out due to new employee being left alone and was not trained.

Traveled to CLT with our 16-month-old grandson to visit family over Thanksgiving holiday. Our room would have been fine if it had been clean, but it wasn’t. I had to go buy a broom (staff said they didn’t have one to lend me) to sweep the floor after our toddler grandson almost picked up what was probably ecstasy or fentanyl pill under the edge of the couch when he dropped his toy. Needless to say, my husband and I were completely mortified because this could have killed our only grandchild. What’s worse is that the front desk staff obviously didnt think it was a big deal, just said “Well, you never know what people leave behind in hotel rooms.” Period. When we checked out (after taking pictures of the pill) we gave the front desk the pill in the tip envelope so it could be disposed of. Front desk staff laughed and said “Well, other than that, how was your stay?”In retrospect, I wish I had called the police, because no one else even cared. Because of this incident and the nonchalant attitude of staff, I will never book with Extended Stay America EVER again. Parents (and grandparents) beware! ESA, please do a better job cleaning rooms.

After a dreadful day of flight delays and cancellations, I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. Van, the night clerk, was wonderful. He could see how stressed and defeated I was and after a bit of confusion, he found me a room.

The property is nice, very convenient, very good staff,and very clean. But what i didn't like was having to walk through the smell of weed. It was so bad that i could bearly breathe. And also something happened. I don't know what it was but i got on the elevator and a young man was on it with me and he had a gun. And he was wearing a hoodie. He was acting suspicious. I was very scared for my life. So i will not be back.

Everything and everything here is really nice. Walkable and easy to book.

Shocking condition furniture and 0 service in room for a week. Don’t recommend ever staying there. For $150 a night very poor. They advertise breakfast which is non existent

No coffee at breakfast. The breakfast was just oatmeal but no bowls were available.
