Stayed 4 nights

I requested, "No Pet, Non Smoking Accommodations due to Extreme Allergies." I was placed in unit 217 which very obviously has remnants of CATS of all pets. 1st night I attempted to sleep with a mask on after experiencing sinus issues. I slept about 4 hours. I called the front desk and left a message for the gentleman whom checked me in. Ty is his name. He was not available. So, being that I had loads of work to do as this was a business trip. The second night I was up all night with sinus issues and terrible head congestion. I had no choice than to go to the office the next morning and complain. I showed pictures of the unit. The tub and shower were dirty with a ring around the tub. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and on the toilet. The pics clearly show cat pet hairs an the floor along with cat food. I was allowed to switch rooms for the remaining three days and checked moved to another hotel for the remainder of my project work. Even those last three nights were aggrivated by some jerk hanging out in the parking lot all night, all hours setting off his car alarm and yelling loudly. I have had better experiences here, and not sure if I will return as I have continuous projects there on post-helene reconstruction. VERY DISSAPOINTED!! It took a full week to recover from the pet allergies which goes without saying were torture. I slept an average of 5 hours repeatedly getting up for nasal maintenance each night and morning numerous times. Never again!!

Stayed 1 night

Beautiful! The room was modern, well-maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were an unexpected surprise. The location was 5 minutes from Biltmore and a few restaurants so we didn't have to drive very far. Of course the scenery was amazing although we were a little early for the fall leaves. Enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
