Great hotel close to broadway and Bridgestone arena room had 2 kings and was very comfortable and clean Watch out for parking only valet 67 dollars which was insane I was only staying one night and wouldn’t stay here again with that fee

This property is clean and the building itself is adequate! The upkeep inside the hotel is poor! There are major stuff marks , dirty walls and broken base board in the visitors restrooms in the lobby! The pillows in the rooms are horrible! The pillows have absolutely no support whatsoever! The Valet parking was a nightmare! We didn’t get our welcome text for the valet parking service as we were told we would so we had to go down and request our car and wait 25 min to get our car and we had no option but to do valet as they will not let you park your own car! There is no room in the hotel driveway to maneuver vehicles around so the driveway was always backlogged due to the Valet service ams they didn’t have enough help either! As we were checking out, the lady at the front desk who was checking us out was literally eating food at the front desk with her hands while attempting to check us out! Very unprofessional! The description of this hotel is very misleading and I will not be back!

3rd year in a row we stayed here, love the hotel and proximity to Downtown. Great stay as always only minor issue was with elevator - we had room on 5th floor and the elevator across from fitness room wasn't working properly. Didn't go go all the way to 5 for most of our stay, had to get off on 4 and take stairs

The lobby was nice and seemed clean. We arrived late and the man at the desk continued to ignore me standing outside of the doors so I couldn’t enter the hotel until someone else was exiting. Our room seemed dated but fine. The shower flooring was moldy, sink didn’t drain and our bed sheets were stained with concerning marks. Not somewhere I will stay again.

The stay was great. The lobby was very clean and breakfast was wonderful! They had many choices. Our bathroom in our room was not that great. Mildew and mold around the floor and tub and also on the ceiling above the shower.

The room was very clean and the breakfast better than expected with many options with an excellent coffee station. The pillows were lumpy and collapsed when I put my head on it. The mattress was high in the middle, sloping to the sides. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Furniture in the lobby is worn looking and stained. Construction nearby makes it difficult for Ubers to find you.

I got upgraded to a corner suite, and it was very nice! The sound from inside the hotel was quiet, but I could hear cars racing and partiers throughout the night from the 5th floor. This is to be expected due to the closeness to Broadway.

Rooms are very large and updated. it’s great to find a hotel with 2 king beds! The breakfast had impressive offerings. The lobby had coffee available at all times. The location is great - a short walk to Broadway. I will seek to stay here every time I’m in town.

The location is great! Only a couple blocks to Country Music HOF Museum, "NashVegas" strip, Assembly Food Court, etc. Only complaint was they have a "barn door" on the bathroom (and no exhaust fan) so not only is there a lack of privacy (you can see through the edges) but sounds and smells can't be contained (if you know what I mean).

Location was great. we did some downtown walking and then used uber. Thought the cost for garage was a bit excessive. Valet service was exceptional though. The room seemed older and could use an update, especially the bathroom areas. It needed more receptacles by vanity, lighting added at the large long mirror would have been helpful, TV was very small and hard to see from bed. The carpeted floor smelled like dirty feet.

The room was big and that was a plus. The water pressure and water temp were not good some of the time. The room had some minor repairs that needed to be done, esp. in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Bathroom sink was very small and hardly no water pressure.

Suite was large enough for my group. Asked for extra pillows and a blanket... never received after being told they were on the way. Valet took an hour just to get my car when arriving. Front desk lady was not friendly.

Our flight was delayed, notified hotel. Arrived at hotel, doors locked for security purposes but no staff present to answer phone or unlock door. Piggybacked off another person coming into hotel. Waited in lobby for another 20 min until a security guard saw us and went out side to find staff to check in. Night staff appeared inconvenienced to check us in then our door wouldn’t unlock so the security guard had to go outside again to find staff to help us.

When I arrived at the property, the room I reserved and confirmed only days prior was not available to us. When the location is called to make reservations, the reservations go through a 3rd party and not the location. When I called from my room, no one ever answered the phone! When I walked down to the lobby, the phone was ringing, and no one made an attempt to answer it. Employees were standing at the desk doing nothing, including not answering the phone. The breakfast was very good and offered a good variety. However, some of the seating in the lobby breakfast area needs replacing due to tears in the furniture. The staff were nice, friendly, and attentive to people's needs.

The property itself is nice - but you can tell it's older and hasn't been properly updated. The building and location are the only two good things about staying here. Front desk staff are rude and not willing to be helpful when needed. Several questions were met with silence and a shrug or a no without trying even trying to help. Based on the staff (particularly the ladies at the front desk) we would not stay here again which is a shame because it's very conveniently located.

Hotel was good and in a great location to access to downtown. The beds were TERRIBLE. Also, there was construction that us, as people come in from out of state, couldn’t have known of. If we had known we wouldn’t have stayed as the jackhammering at 7am was a very unpleasant wake up call. A hotel really should let you know if things like that are going on.

Parking is not good, and it is expensive. No self park option. Within walking distance to Broadway. At the time there was construction going on at the building next door, that started every morning at 0530. This isn’t good after staying out late at the venues.

1st time to Nashville and the location of this property is perfect! We were able to walk to everything that we could fit into our short stop over on our drive home. We will definitely be back soon. The best part of this hotel is how close it is to everything downtown. The beds were comfortable and not caved in. Breakfast is fairly basic, but better than most. The valet crew was very helpful and efficient.
