We had a large group and requested our rooms be as close together as possible. They immediately accommodated us. The reception and all common areas are kept very clean. Our rooms were great and any requests were fulfilled expeditiously. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. We even learned of a nightclub on the premises that we all danced in and had a great time. There is only one drawback. The food and the drinks are seriously mediocre. The Presidente beer, which is the only beer I like, tastes like watered down Bud Light. It is only offered on tap which leads me to believe that it is not the National Presidente beer. The breakfast is fine but everything else is trash. There is no such thing as a cheeseburger because they never offer cheese from the burger truck. The pastas are mush. The pizzas are probably your best bet but only if it is plain cheese or pepperoni. I do not suggest trying any of the “extra ingredient” pizzas. Just a little more effort on the food and this would be my go to for every trip to the DR.

Well let me let you guys know that whala change a lot I was surprised to see the difference between last couple years to now, clean, air conditioner, staffing, balcony, drink and show the only thing we didn’t like that much was the the buffet not that much variety and just pizza for kids. For the people who like dessert they would love this place! Variety of desert and salad I was there for 3 days and I wasn’t able to eat one whole if I eat in the morning was hard to find something good at lunch or if I eat something good at breakfast and lunch nothing good for dinner and wasn’t only me and my family who said it other customers too but it getting better I enjoy more this time that last year
