El lugar es terrible! El trato del encargado es pésimo! Cobro una tarifa adicional porque no se le hacía justo lo que pagué en expedía… al final simplemente tuve que pagar… el desayuno de lo peor, mal servido, todos los días era exactamente el mismo platillo, se molestaba si tomabas una taza de café o si usabas una cucharada más de azúcar, el baño terrible… todo el tiempo hubo fuga de agua, el baño se descompuso varias veces…. Goteaba agua del techo, no se porque… en un día hubo 9 apagones de luz y el calor era insoportable igual que la actitud del encargado…. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel, por favor desaprovéchela es lo peor que pueden encontrar en Santo Domingo

You will not visit it again , Ac work for 10 minutes only and you have to turn it on again and again, water cut from midnight till morning, so you can’t use the washroom in that period

La habitación sucia, el techo filtrando, no tenía agua caliente y no quisieron darme el desayuno . Nos dijeron que los que reservamos por expidia no tenían desayuno porque ellos no salían bien y que expidia lo que les paga y que era una miseria. Eso fue la respuesta del señor de recepción. También mi mamá separo una habitación de dos camas y se la dieron de una cama y no nos rembolso el dinero que se pagó por las 2 camas. De verdad no sirve. Da hasta asco los baños

Upon arrival i was surprised tonfind out that the area was like a rundown slum where garbages were just lyingbon the street corners around the property. In the inside after getting a room the first thing i noticed is that there wasnt a queen size bed as i was told on the site, next the walls were dirty and the bedside tables in delapidated condition. The tv had no remote control. When i opened the balcony door i was greeted with a eye sore old building for a view. In the bathroom had a funky smell and yhe fixtures were partially rusty. No hot water and the face basin stained and dirty. I only spent 2 nights instead of the intended 10. I waited only until my spouse arrive the fallowing day to book somewhere else. The beach too was a mess of an attraction.. i met a displeased guess downstairs the morning i was leaving who herself was leaving because of deplorable conditions. She told me of an experience wherein a bed literally broke under the pressure of just sitting on it.

The overall building is in need of an overhaul. Stairs decaying. Door knobs rusted and difficult to operate. Room walls were filthy. Balcony doors broken glass making it hard to open them. No WiFi. Internet spotty. Shower curtain ripped. Shower sprayer bracket broken. No breakfast. Giant dead roaches in the closet. This hotel not meant for extended stay. Only good if just there for a couple of days to go to the beach. Website very misleading. Desk attendant was welcoming and hospitable. Very affordable stay due to lack of amenities.

Its was all good for the price, Pros : just a few steps from the quiet boca chica beach, and plenty of very good restaurants on the beach, descent space rooms, 14 mins away from airport wich cost about less than $10 on Indrive rideshare app, dont use Uber! Cons: if you are picky then dont come, but rooms are 100 % clean

It was cheap and super bare bones. The beds were very clean and the staff helpful but the place itself is quite dismal. Toilet didn’t work until we turned on the water in it. Paint splatters in the bathroom… fridge was unplugged and smelly when opened. Outside was party time til very late so was very hard to sleep… but the staff was kind and communicative. It was ok on a budget.

I was acheduled to stay 4 nights, however i checked out after the first night. The room was not good. There was no electrical outlet to charge my cell phone. The windows were unable to be locked. The sliding door to the patio was off its tracks and wasnt able to open. The toilet was falling apart. Ther E was nothing average about the room...just horrible. Looks very differnt online than in person.

En primer lugar el hotel se ve bonito en fotos pero cuando estas en el lugar es otro, el aire no estaba en consiciones ,el personal protesta porque consigues a un precio economico en la aplicacion pero cuando estas hay dicen que muy poco dinero,, no me quede la habotacio. No estaba acta,,aparte el mal humor del empleado diciendo que es poco dinero que pagas por reservar osea esperan que luego des algo extra. No lo recomiendo si decides cancelar no te devuelven el dinero

Le rapport qualité prix est bon mais le personnel que j'ai trouvé la nuit ne maîtrise pas bien le système de réservation en ligne. Ils m'ont carrément refusé au prétexte que je n'avais pas de réservation et il a fallu que j'ouvre moi-même leur ordinateur pour leur montrer ma réservation. Ils étaient prêts à me faire sortir sans chercher à rien comprendre ni même me proposer une autre alternative.

Al dueño del hotel le molestó que hubiera alquilado la habitación por esta aplicación. De no ser porque ya estábamos en el lugar y no teníamos donde más ir no nos hubiera recibido. La verdad que nosotros no tenemos la culpa de que Expedia le pague menos de lo que me cobró a mí y es el quien debe solucionar el tema con la app. Durante la estancia siempre nos miró mal por lo que considero que es un pésimo servicio. De resto las instalaciones estaban adecuadas y limpias.

This is a horrible hotel. They couldn’t fine our reservations upon arrival. Money lost completely. It’s was over $400 for a big family group. We were left without a place to stay for the night. The neighborhood at night is dangerous for tourists. Don’t book here. I don’t recommend it at all. Dont stay there

This place is terrible. They had lights and no power no TV I could not plug a cell phone in. I booked a family apartment and they showed me a room to rooms because the first one had no electricity neither did the second one, but he offered to run an extension cord which also didn’t work. He told me to contact Hotels.com that they would refund my money and one Hotels.com contacted them. They refused. I did not end up staying at the hotel and they stole my money very disappointed in Hotels.com for offering me $25 in one key cash when I used $23 in one key cash to book the room so really I’m only being compensated $2 when I lost $100

Nos dijeron que los que reservamos por expidia no tenían desayuno porque ellos no salían bien y que expidia lo que les paga y que era una miseria. Eso fue la respuesta del señor de recepción. I had a great time here though it could had been better and much safer without random strangers trying to ask you for money and follow you back to your hotel. Everything else was excellent with the staff!

Upon arrival i was surprised tonfind out that the area was like a rundown slum where garbages were just lyingbon the street corners around the property. In the inside after getting a room the first thing i noticed is that there wasnt a queen size bed as i was told on the site, next the walls were dirty and the bedside tables in delapidated condition. The tv had no remote control. When i opened the balcony door i was greeted with a eye sore old building for a view. In the bathroom had a funky smell and yhe fixtures were partially rusty. No hot water and the face basin stained and dirty. I only spent 2 nights instead of the intended 10. I waited only until my spouse arrive the fallowing day to book somewhere else. The beach too was a mess of an attraction.. i met a displeased guess downstairs the morning i was leaving who herself was leaving because of deplorable conditions. She told me of an experience wherein a bed literally broke under the pressure of just sitting on it.

Its was all good for the price, Pros : just a few steps from the quiet boca chica beach, and plenty of very good restaurants on the beach, descent space rooms, 14 mins away from airport wich cost about less than $10 on Indrive rideshare app, dont use Uber! Cons: if you are picky then dont come, but rooms are 100 % clean

Cobro una tarifa adicional porque no se le hacía justo lo que pagué en expedía… al final simplemente tuve que pagar… el desayuno de lo peor, mal servido, todos los días era exactamente el mismo platillo, se molestaba si tomabas una taza de café o si usabas una cucharada más de azúcar, el baño terrible… todo el tiempo hubo fuga de agua, el baño se descompuso varias veces…. Goteaba agua del techo, no se porque… en un día hubo 9 apagones de luz y el calor era insoportable igual que la actitud del encargado…. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir a este hotel, por favor desaprovéchela es lo peor que pueden encontrar en Santo Domingo

Location was great. Rooms were terrible. Whole bathroom was dingy. Service was either terrible or non existant. Asked for some coffe and manager told me it was the wrong time. Asked for clean towles and the manager would not give me any because again he said it was the wrong time. No hot water as well.

The overall building is in need of an overhaul. Stairs decaying. Door knobs rusted and difficult to operate. Room walls were filthy. Balcony doors broken glass making it hard to open them. No WiFi. Internet spotty. Shower curtain ripped. Shower sprayer bracket broken. No breakfast. Giant dead roaches in the closet. This hotel not meant for extended stay. Only good if just there for a couple of days to go to the beach. Website very misleading. Desk attendant was welcoming and hospitable. Very affordable stay due to lack of amenities.

Got upgraded for free to ocean view. Beautiful view and less than 1 minute walk to the beach. Very simple. If you are super fancy, do not come. If you want to enjoy the beach and be close to everything, come here!!

Hello from adventure of Remy and Alexis this is more like a USA motel , the bed was ok no bugs at all no ants nothing they keep up with fumigation, they have hot water clean running water and Air conditioning for the price you can’t ask for more is across the street from the beach and the staff is really friendly anything you need they get it , at night a bit of noise because of all the bars and restaurants corner store next door regular price morning $ 3 breakfast next door not bad . For the price you can’t beat it
