My wife and I stayed on a Friday overnight. Overall a nice stay. Room and bedding were nice, staff were friendly and efficient, gym equipment was in good order, pool area was nice. The only downside to our visit was the large number of loud and energetic younger teens visiting for sports tournament/training that were allowed to hang out in the restaurant. Ended up eating snacks in the room rather than having dinner in the restaurant.

The pool was dirty and cloudy. It’s definitely an older building so it appears dirty but really might just need an upgrade. The whole floor really smelled but the room didn’t. It seemed like a leak at the ice machine may have been causing a water leak.

Hot tub (indoors) was warm at best and pool wasn't. I called ahead of time (before booking) to confirm they would be. Heat in the room was okay at best. Jets in tub in room didn't work. Wifi in room was so bad I had to use Public and not Guest, which was slow and went in and out. Will be asking for a refund

Very nice hotel with a very nice bar and plenty of areas to hang out while we were there. Only complaint would be that breakfast was not included but otherwise really nice and easy stay.

The hotel was very clean. The inside pool and hot tub is open 7am-10pm. We used the pool several times and when we checked out on Sunday at 11am we were allowed to hang by the pool for a few hours until we needed to head to our baseball tournament. The gym seemed nice but we did not get a chance to use it. Definitely a nice place to stay.

This hotel probably had the friendliest staff of any hotel in recent memory. They acknowledge you and make themselves available whenever they see you, and promptly follow through on any request. With that said, this is an older hotel property. It has older hotel problems and could use updating. I needed to change rooms due to water leaking from a window, and both rooms had windows so dirty that I couldn't see out of them. The AC didn't do much in either room. It has a pool, but the bottom is dirty. I hesitate to mention these things because the staff is so nice, but I'd say this is more of a hotel for business than pleasure.

Overall it was fine however I expected a little more from a Sheraton. There was mold in the shower on the grout and there was some kind of stain on the bedskirt, kinda skeeved me out. The bed was comfy and I def liked the soft pillows.

This property has not been well maintained and it shows. The grout in the shower was absolutely disgusting. The ceiling in the bathroom was bubbling. From the lobby to the rooms the place needs a complete overall. I am surprised this is a Marriott property. I stayed there one night for business. Never again.

Stained carpeting Carpet not vacuumed Tub spout detached from the wall Rotted bathroom door bottom Dirty and missing tile grout in the bathroom Housecleaning removed dirty towels and failed to replace them with clean ones (no towels on day 2) We checked out a day early because of these issues. The front desk staff did not inquire why we cut our stay short, nor did they even ask how our stay was. The lobby area and exterior of the facility were well kept and clean.

I experienced a number of issues during my stay…the tub wasn’t draining properly, internet connection went down in my room, hand soap in room’s bathroom was very near empty, upon my arrival there was a leftover cloth napkin from room service. These conditions combined negatively impacted my stay. Room didn’t feel clean and attended to.

The woman at the front desk could really use some Customer Service training. We also got terrible sleep because the parking lot lights were extremely bright and shone right into our window. The curtains were screwed in at the top and could not be closed.

They had a bunch of weddings during our stay. The people were loud and partying until after 4am. Loud music and so many people in the room adjacent. I knocked on their door several times to get them to quiet down but they were so loud they didnt hear, or they just didnt care. The noise was crazy for such a nice hotel.

The check is was very upsetting and embarrassing customer service was horrible I was charged a holding fee and they kept telling me that my card was declined so I used another card declined both cards had money on them even showed them my account that showed the money was taken out they basically called me a liar and the manager would never stay here again

Slow check in ! had to change rooms ! first room was being fixed(sink) tools were left in the room. stains on the carpet burnt stain on carpet in bedroom. pool area was half painted(why start a project on Thanksgiving weekend) no chairs by pool condition of the hotel was i need to be restored!

The rooms were clean and the bed/linens were comfortable. I didn't care too much for room service. There were items missing from my order and when I called the front desk to let them know, someone hung up on me. It would have been nice to be given alternatives when ordering from the menu instead of being given half of what was advertised, especially with all the fees and charges that are associated with ordering room service. Outside of that we had a good experience. I'd just never order room service again.

Didn't have extra towels on a Saturday checking. We had three people in a room and only gave us two towels sets. Evening desk said housekeepers went home and to come back in the morning. Went back in the morning and no towels.

We stayed at this Sheraton several time over the last 15 years. It is close to where we used to live. It is clean and comfortable with pleasant common areas. The bedroom was nice, but the bathroom could use retiling. It was definitely showing its age. Overall a good stay, though.

The hotel was fine.. not great. My room on the first floor & smelled like animals. I know that it was a pet friendly room but they need to do a better cleaning/disinfecting job. Also, there was no iron in the room. I went to the bar and got a glass of wine after checking in and asked the bartender when the bar closes. His response was when there was no one there.. perhaps 11 or 12. Seems like there should be an opening and closing time. We also weren't really acknowledged when leaving the next morning so I would rate the front desk as fair.

Fantastic stay! Loved the room. Only could have been improved with a couple things: more towels in the pool area, free coffee in the lobby in the morning, more light-proof curtains, and TCM on cable!
