Very classy stay on a very elegant hotel that lives up to the standards of other 1 Hotels. Great location, lovely rooms, great bar & communal areas, lovely breakfast & top notch service. Perfect if staying in Copenhagen for business or pleasure.

Well located hotel with nice.staff. However it is noisy due to widespread construction. Also, the gym smells like sewage in a section. This should be addressed. Other than this, all good.

Lovely hotel - I would definitely stay again. My room was clean comfy and spacious. Location was great and staff nice. The only issue I had is that the gym is in the basement and there’s a mold or sewage odor down there.

Nice hotel and great location for a visit to Copenhagen. The rooms were well equipped. However, the gym was quite small and smelled bad. For the price and five stars, I would’ve expected a little more.

It’s a great location and the room was comfortable and a good size. We were disappointed though that both the spa and the restaurant were closed due to refurbishment and this was not flagged on booking. The bar also didn’t open until 5pm so the lobby and chill out area around the bar were deserted during the day. Perhaps just bad luck with our timing, but the room rate wasn’t value for money considering the lack of key facilities.

Our room was a dissapointment. Black mold in the shower and the sink was clogged from the start. Room timeworn compared to pictures. Breakfast and gym were very good, the room takes down the grade, it was not nice compared to the discription and hence the expectation

Unfortunately the room we were given was not clean, the toilet was used but unclean. The bed blankets smelled bad and had to be switched. On the second morning, there was no hot water. After about 20 minutes the water was getting warm but shower was already finished. (Shower was taken at 07:30. When we checked out, the receptionist told us that it was like that at times. The breakfast had a great selection but the warm buffet food was cold on both mornings. (Eggs, bacon, beans, potatoes.) The furniture in the breakfast room was very dirty. The rug on our hallway floor was very dirty, and it was apparent that the dirt was there all three days which means it was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The location was great and the hotel has potential, details need to be paid attention to. At the current state I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable — everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall it was a great stay and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Location of the hotel was great and the staff were great. We stayed for a night. However cleanliness wasn't that great. We had blood stains on the sheets which ruined the stay. Sadly was too late to do anything about it. But for a hotel of this rating I would have expected better. Bed was comfy and rooms a good size.

Staff and service were absolutely amazing. The room unfortunately was very dusty everywhere as if it was sitting empty for a long time. The walls, furniture and decor were so dusty that if you brushed up against it your clothes got dirty. Didn’t want to use the closet or hangers because it was so dusty. Also questionable other dirty marks and drips down the walls.

The hotel was nice and construction noise was barely noticeable as it only occurred during normal business hours. The breakfast was good, and they offered champagne on the weekend. The bathroom in the room was not the cleanest during the week-it didn’t appear the room was really cleaned, but perhaps swept and organized with the trash emptied.

Hotel war am 02.10.2025 erst 14 Tage neu eröffnet und daher in hervorragendem Zustand. Zimmer waren wirklich toll, gewöhnungsbedürftig allerdings die Tatsache, dass unser Zimmerfenster, wie auch viele andere, in das Innenratrium ging und nicht zu öffnen waren. Klimaanlage war ein wenig laut.

The room was so comfortable with great attention to detail, like the yoga mat in the wardrobe and the extremely well sticked mini bar. The bed was super comfy. My one negative was that we were woken every morning around 5.30am by a clanging, metallic noise ...no idea what the noise was? All the staff were wonderful, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful newly refurbished and launched hotel in a great location. All very stylish with attention to detail. Our initial room was rather dark and small with only an interior window but the staff quickly changed it to a nicer one. That might not be possible when the hotel is fuller I suppose. Staff were so charming and great breakfast options.

We recently stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary for 3 nights, the hotel had only been open for a few days prior to our arrival. We booked this as we had previously stayed in the 1 Hotel Toronto and had a great experience. The hotel decor was stunning, and the room itself was lovely - very comfortable and really thoughtfully decorated. Unfortunately we had internal room that overlooked the bar area and the music was very loud until 1:30am each evening

We were paying over $500 per night and were shocked that our window in our room looked into an indoor meeting room. No outside window. We complained and the hotel did switch us to a room with an outside window (to their credit). They told us that for our rate (over $500 per night!) we only get a window that looks into an inside room - no window to the outside. But they said they “upgraded”’us to a room with a window. Be careful if booking this hotel that you may not get an outside window.

Extremely small rooms. Even when we got a suite. Sauna was under construction, which is part of why we picked the hotel. Nothing on their website said that it was not available. Huge disappointment. Staff is super friendly and great customer service though.

Hotel's check-in time is 3pm, and they will not budge. We arrived around 1pm and thought it might be possible to get the room. Kept being promised it would be expedited and ready as soon as possible. 3pm arrives, and the room is still not ready. We ask to speak to a manager, and magically, the room is suddenly available and we receive the key to the room. I hate being lied to. Poor customer service. Do better.

The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and some of the stuff was great as well. The night receptionist was not that friendly and he seemed surprised when we asked about the times breakfast was served. There was no pricelist for the minibar. One of us used a small bottle of water and it was more expensive than a beer out in the city centre bars. Overall we liked staying at Skt Petri, but we didn't think it was a great value for money.

Det var långt under förväntan. Små saker som omnämndes på hemsidan samt här i appen som skulle finnas på rummet fanns inte, som tex högtalare. Städningen var också under all kritik, första dagen glömde de att städa vårt rum trots att vi satt på servicelampan att vi hade behov (vi hade också beställt room service där maten ej plockades upp och osade ordentligt). Vi fick gå till receptionen och sedan städade de, men glömde ändå att tex fylla på med rätt antal vattenglas och toalettpapper. Andra dagen hörde vi av oss till personalen att plocka våra rester från room service samt byta lakan i samband med städning och varken eller utfördes. När vi sedan påminde om detta fick vi ingen kompensation heller. Otroligt besvikna på servicen faktiskt. Annars ett mycket fint hotell men blir inte sugna på att boka hotellet igen.

Hotel staff were all amazing, friendly, and helpful. We had to move rooms due to a weird smell and they were very accommodating. We had the breakfast one morning and it was very good, something for everyone and their dietary choices. Hotel felt new and clean. We were able n the 2nd floor and didn’t hear the noise that other reviews had mentioned. The hotel offered bikes for a fee, had very thoughtful room amenities (drinking water tap, yoga mat and roller, robes, rain coat and umbrella….all with a sustainable focus. Would recommend

Exceptional staff throughout the entire hotel and restaurant! Very environmentally conscious, which is a core value reflected in every part of your stay starting with all the plants and trees intentionally planted throughout the lobby and entrance to the zero waste restaurant! Modern, luxurious accommodations that made us feel comfortable and cozy while far from home! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Copenhagen! Location is incredible, but it’s the staff and accommodation that make it top tier!

Great room in a lovely hotel within walking distance of all the key sites and attractions on offer in Copenhagen. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the metro and it’s 20 minutes on the metro to the airport so really convenient. Staff friendly and whilst we didn’t have breakfast we did eat in the hotel one evening which was excellent

This hotel is ideally situated to everything one would find interesting as a first time visitor, incl. walkability to shops/boutiques, various restaurants, other fascinating sights and the likes, museum accessibility, options to borrow bikes from the hotel as well, and really lovely staff and service. Beautiful property in an extremely central location. Friendly, helpful staff and wonderful amenities. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet,.which had delicious and diverse options. Would definitely stay here again!
